The war of Humans and Elves.

For centuries Elves and Humans have been fighting, it's gone on so long, not even the elves remember why they started. All they know is that they must defeat the other no matter what.

Rules-
-No god modding or controlling other characters.
-No killing without permission.
-Keep Romance PG-13, any higher take to PM's.
-Two characters per person.
-Elves are better suited for archery and magic, even though some are skilled with swordfighting.
-Humans are best suited for swordfighting and archery, but not as skilled with archery as Elves. Although, some are good with magic.
-This takes place in a world without technology. No computers, cars, or even guns.
-You can't just go wherever you want, there are cities for Humans, and forests for Elves, both of which are heavily guarded. But there will be hidden cities for those who wish to live in peace with eachother, where both can roam free.
-There are three classes, Archery, Mages, and Warriors. You are only allowed two, a main class, and a secondary class. Your main class is what you are best in, the secondary class is something you're still training with.

Blames the world for his parent's death. In the human armey, he crafted himself the Machine name for his systematic way of working, and once he was fired, it struck with him so he just goes by "Machine". He is no longer in the army, but as he blames the world for his parent's death, so he now fights both the elves and humans, if any come his way.

He doesn't care much about the war and has more than once been mistaken for an elf. Although he's a bit on the "old" side there are times when he acts immaturely. He's tried looking at both sides of the war and found that it was just pointless. Many people despise him for acting passive but he usually contradicts his own philosophies by constantly getting into fights...and winning because of his use of magic.

Other: His father commited a crime (Bane was never told what), and since his father thus commited suicide, his mother was put to blame with the son, Bane. There Bane earned his childhood memories. Eventually his Mother died and he was put into the general population of the prison. He earned the name Bane from the warden who called him nothing but ab Bane due to the fact that there was no one left but the world to care for him and the world is no one's mother. Eventually he was put into solitary for causing trouble with other inmates. The Warden made a deal with him that iof he helps destroy the Elves city he may go free, if he doesn't, he willl be execuited for crimes his father commited. Though, he doesn't plan on doing this work to the full. During his time at the prison, he had to fend for himself and became strong. He also learned magic from some imprisoned mages in the prison.

Ireth sat ontop of a low wall, staff laid beside her. She scanned the people as they walked down the streets, watching them carefully. She smiled slightly, picking up her staff to examine it. "Still in pretty good shape," she commented. She flicked at the wood, listening to the sound of it. She nodded her head once and then sat it on the ground. She leaned against it and slowly waved back and forth, still watching the people as they went along with their normal lives.

 

Arwin walked through the city, but felt himself being watched. He looked up and saw Ireth. He didn't know her personally, but he knew of her and her abilities. If she were in the elven army, he knew she would probably be a general like he once was. He smiled to himself.
