"Follow me to the kitchen, then." Zeliek said before heading to the kitchen.

 

Maya followed him to the kitchen.

 

Zeliek got a glass and a knife. He set the glass down and cut his hand with the knife, letting the blood fall into the glass. He then wrapped his hand up and handed the glass to her.

 

Maya took a sip and set the glass down. Demonic features began to grow on her body.

 

"That's a nice set of wings you have, and I like the new shade of gold in your eyes."

 

Maya looked on herself and smiled.

 

Zeliek put his arms around her and kissed her passionately.

 

Maya kissed him back.

 

"Now we're bonded for life."

 

Maya smiled and held him.

 

Zeliek took her to his room.

 

Maya looked around.

 

"I know I'm sounding a bit forward, but I'd like it if you slept with me from now on."

 

Maya smiled and nodded.

 

"You haven't had any cravings for souls yet, have you?"

 

"No, not really."

 

"Let me know if you do, so I can go harvest some for you."

 

Maya nodded, then sighed. Her family probably had their spiritual backs at her now.

 

"Nighttime came pretty fast. We better get some sleep."

 

Maya nodded and got in bed.
