General thread for the show and for comic books for the people that have read them can be talked about here. I wanna know what do you all think about how the show is going and what expectations do you have for season 3. For those of you who don't know about the show: The Walking Dead Detailed info on the episodes: Episodes My expectations for next season is that I hope they do all the characters justice. That's all I ask for. I have too many attachments to these guys to let them die or what not without justice. Already been ticked about a couple of people dying because of freaking CARL! Speaking of carl, who all else wants him to be gone???
To be fair... Spoiler Shane gets re-killed by Carl in the comics anyways. Only one person has been killed off in the series because of something Carl did. The other character was killed by Rick, then re-killed by Carl just like in the comics. Anyways, I'm not sure what to think now that the prison well be featured for the next season along with the so-called "Ricktatorship".
Spoiler But dale really wasn't suppose to die till wayyy later, and shane should have died in the first episode if they went by the comics. I absolutely hated how dale died. He was my favorite character in the series. He was the old man that new all lol. He was my gandalf! Everything is carl's fault. Otis dead, carls fault, lori pregnant, carl's fault. shane dead for good, carl's fault. see the pattern. we should get rid of carl before more crap happens.
Spoiler Otis died because Shane wanted to save himself from being killed by the Walkers. Remember it was Otis that accidentally shot Carl, and was even risking his own life to get the things Carl needed to stay alive. Shane shot Otis on the leg so he couldn't run away and leave him while the Walkers had something to distract themselves with while Shane ran away. I don't see how it's Carl's fault there, and same with Lori's pregnancy. It's her own fault for sleeping with Shane and then sleeping with her husband after he came back. Shane died because of Rick. Not necessarily his fault, but Rick was the one that killed him. Shane came back as a Walker and Carl killed him again. I already want it to be fall so I can see how the next season will go. I'm kind of excited to see the girl with the two dead Walkers on chains. I forgot her name but she seems pretty damn cool. I don't know who I want to die or who I'm expecting to die. Seeing as how the characters I wasn't fond of or just didn't care about are gone, it can be just about anyone now.
Spoiler Actually carl getting shot is carl's fault. Rick told him to stay by his side, and what did he do, went wandering around and got accidentally shot. Same thing with dale, carl went wandering off, found that walker, walker gets free from mud, kills dale. How many times now has carl been told to stay put in the house or something, and he doesn't and look at what happnes??? Yeah, lori being pregnant isn't carls fault, but getting shot by otis, which causes shane to kill him so he can get away safely is carl's fault. Carl is to blame for lots of things.
