Help the video doesn't want show

all of cutscene that i open doesn't want show. the pop-up is exist, but no video in the pop-up. help me please.

 

Update your flash player and get fire fox.

 

I installed that flash version 10 and fire fox but doesn't work.

 

What kind of computer do you have?

 

windows xp

 

Just tested it - works fine for me. Must be a setting or something on your comp.

How old is your computer because I had an old one awhile back and it did the same thing.
