The Unknown Destiny

Rei bit her lip. "I was just so scared! I thought I'd lost you...and I can't have that!" she looked him straight in the eyes, trying to show how she really felt.

 

Vaahg felt her emotions behind the look and pulled her into a short one armed hug, daring nothing more because of his injuries.
"I won't leave you...I promise."
"Now help me stand up, we need to get out of here."
With some difficulty, he managed to stand.

 

Rei blushed. She helped him stand. "Let's get you to a doctor. I can carry you, if it hurts to stand."

 

"I can stand...but you might have to help me," he admitted to her, having to swallow his pride. He leaned against her and they hobbled down the street to the hospital which was in sight. As they walked, Vaahg stumbled and his shirt was turning red with blood.

"Hurry," he cried out.

 

She leaned with all of his weight. She gasped at the sight of blood pouring from his shirt. She made him put more of his weight on her. She was practicly carrying him now. the hospital was right ahead (convenitatly placed near the school---lol) "Oh, i think you've broken a few ribs!" she said. His blood was getting all over her brand new shirt, but she didnt care. If she had had the choice, she'd rather the car to have hit her and not Vaagh. They made it to the hospital. "My friend needs serious help!" she said as soon as they were in the door.

 

Vaahg leaned on his own weight for a moment, to get his shirt off. He leaned back on her and applied pressure to the gash, trying to stop the blood.

Rei took the ribbon out of her hair. "Here, tie this arround it. It'll help stop the bleeding." she said.

The Doctor rushed over. His nametag said "Hi! Im House." ((Haha get my joke?)) "Whats happened here?"

Rei looked worried, "Oh, soo much! he needs help. He was attacked by this maiack and hit by a car!"

Dr. House nodded. "We'll get him help immediatly." He motoned to 2 nurses and they brought the stretcher. "now you just stay here, little girl."

Rei gasped. "what? No! I'm going with him and you can't stop me!"

Dr. House sighed. "if you must.."

rei nodded. "i must."

Vaahg stared at the ceiling of the hospital room, bored out of his mind. He wondered idly when visiting hours were and squirmed as his eyes wandered over to the dripping I.V.

Kohoko was watching everyone from another direction up from above. She suddenly heard a high-pitched noise. She covered her ears when she heard it. She looked down again. She didn't really see who actually made that sound though, she decided to fly down though. She was pretty tired and bored of just staying up there.
