The Unknown Destiny

"Go after your own kind! Chase a bird, it'll be more entertaining." Ryo said.

 

Vaahg smiled and chuckled.
"Aww well I ran over here, I should be able to walk back. Plus, I was supposed to be discharged today anyway, the only hard part was taking out the I.V."
He held out his hand which had a small bruised hole from where the I.V. was extracted.

 

"Meaning?" Kohoko asks.

 

She stopped then. "fine."

Ryo stopped too, he turned to face him.

 

"I just met him along here after running away. And I've been with him ever since." she said.

 

Rei looked. "Aw! that must've hurt!" she said.

The FBI agent came in at that moment.

"Is this going to become a regualr thing with you?" Rei asked.

"I'm afraid so missy. So, Vaagh, you look like you are doing fine, what are you doing here? Ah, let me
guess---"

"I was kidnapped. Vaagh saved me from the Animal King." Rei inturrupted.

"Yes, i thought so. Anyway, that wasn't an Animal King. The Animal Kings are too cowardly to do something like this so early in battle. That was only a demon, trained to look, talk, and act like one of the Animal Kings. He was even as strong, too. Get in my patrol car, your battle has begun. We are meeting in town square soon."

It was awfully quiet in the agents patrol car. Rei and Vaagh were sitting in the back. Rei decided she should thank Vaagh for saving her. She leaned over and kissed him on the cheek. "Thanks for saving me." she said.

 

Vaahg was surprised when she kissed him but he turned to face him, his eyes were warm and kind.
"No....don't you see...you saved me. A wolf doomed to roam alone is the worst fate. You saved me from that. And by the way...you missed."

He took her chin in his hand and tilted it up. He moved in and gently kissed her on the lips.

 

Rei's eyes widened and she felt her face turn hot with blushing. She kissed back.

((OOC: ok, eveyone now knows about their powers and the Animal Kings and all that stuff, just by default. alright?))

 

Vaahg pulled back and smiled at her. He felt the car jerk and looked up.
"I think we are here."
He gave her a quick peck and then opened the door for her, getting out after her.

 

"Thank you, doorman." she said sweetly, putting on a evil smile.

The FBI agent got out. "They should be coming soon."

Vaahg smiled right back and then turned to the FBI agent.

"They?"

 

"The other kids, of course!" he said.

"I finished school just before I ran away from my family. I ran away because they don't even care or love me, I couldn't live that way." she said looking down,.

Ryo looked away, he didn't really like hearing this over again and he knew she didn't either.
