The Undead​

Welcome, you pitiful little thing. You are now in a world nothing like your own. You stand at the center of a zombie apocalypse, with death breathing down your neck, and hope hanging by a thread that's just out of reach. Every moment counts. Every step is critical. Every decision you make, could be fatal. But there's no time for even the slightest bit of hesitation. Most of the world's population has already fell to the same brutal demise that you'll likely endure as well: being eaten alive by walking corpses. These monsters have no principles, boundaries, or morals. All they are is blood-thirsty. And all they want is you. So I guess that must leave you to wonder, are you really lucky to be alive? Perhaps somewhere in your journey you'll find out.​

Those are your only guidelines. Short and sweet. You should know the basic rules and all of RPing by now anyway, and if you don't, GTFO.

Name: Jesse Carter

Gender: Male

Age: 24

Location: Chicago

Appearance: Jesse Carter, fairly in shape, approximately 5'10, multiple tattoos across chest and arms.

Weapon: Shotgun and handgun

Character Background: Throughout his adolescence, Jesse never could stay out of trouble, but could you really blame him? No good could possibly have come from being raised by a depressed single mom who spent more of her time drinking than bothering to pay her child any sort of attention. Plus with the absence of a fatherly figure to discipline and set him straight, Jesse was on a road of no return, or at least that's what his teachers said anyway (though you must take into account that they didn't exactly see much of him). By his mid-teenage years he was experimenting with various drugs. A year or two later, he was helping local gangs distribute them for a generous payroll. Not only did this keep him happy, but it also benefited his mother in the sense that he used a portion of it to help out with the bills. Assuming her son had acquired some type of job at a local business, their relationship grew stronger. That is, until, Jesse was arrested. He was sentenced to 6 months in a Juvenile Detention Center, until the day came that he turned 18. When that day finally arrived that Jesse was released, his mother sent him a letter letting him know that she could no longer look after him and that she had fled to somewhere else. Jesse found himself alone in a cold world with no solid ground to stand on. Having nowhere else to turn, he enlisted in the military where he was exposed to true discipline, punishment, and labor for the first time in his life. Once he got through basic training, he was stationed in various parts of the world where he faced many cruelties and hardships that affected him mentally and physically. After his 4 assigned years were up, he returned to America where the military would pay for his education. Unfortunately, it was then that the zombie apocalypse began to spread into the US and tear society to shreds. Not only that, but after some research, he found that his mother had been reported dead. Today, he lives carefully day-by-day and uses his knowledge gained in the military to survive in this hell.

Yes indeed. I really wanted to make an RP with plenty of room for creativity and innovation (of course the basic KHV and RP rules still apply, though). So if you're interested in something like that, feel free to fill out a character form and we can get started as soon as possible. :)

Excellent! By all means you're more than welcome to join. I have to tell you, though, I had really started to give up on this, especially after an RP as elaborate and well constructed as "The Walking Plague" was introduced! Lol but anyway, just fill out a character form and we'll get started as soon as possible. :)

Weapon: She's better with a knife than a gun (at least when fighting with humans), but along with her knife she has a small handgun.
Character Background: Nayuta was born and raised to believe that perfection was absolutely achievable. Her father ran an important business and her mother had taken over when he passed. She was born to be wedded off to someone equally wealthy, and live on honoring the family name. However, when she finally turned of age, the first thing she did was leave her family without a word.
