Vecked and Nulix walked down the streets "say, remnant of Nulixaje, may I ask you something" Nulix looked at Vecked "shot" Vecked smiled "all of you clame to have a heart" Nulix sighed "and...?" "and, I was wondering, hav you felt your heart?" Nulix looked down "you know Vecked, I think I have" Vecked looked at him "but if someone wants something, they will have it" Nulix looked up "huh?" Vecked looked down
"your kind all want a heart, that is there one desire, but they can never have it, so... they just think they have it, a want turned into to a need turned into a have" Vecked said

 

"Ok." Varxus said, as he let Xane go. "Do you know where abouts the map piece is?" He asked Xane.

 

"Nulix" Vecked said as the walked "you are not a real being, not like me... none of you are" Nulix looked at him "I have never hurt any real being, but you... your kind has"
Vecked smiled "I will let you go to your comrades if you answer me this, how can you live with your selfs?" Nulix looked down "of course, your kind has no hearts" Vecked smiled
"see you around" and with that he threw Nulix into a portal

 

"Well my info only told me it was in this world, not where it was in this world." Xane said.

 

"I guess we should start searching then. We're in the Canyon at the moment" Varxus said.

 

" so we have to search everywhere huh?" Bellatrix asked, " so where to next?"

 

Xardius sighed and rubbed his temples. I need a break... Xardius thought. This is getting old.

He noticed Geryl was standing near the edge of the room, leaning against the wall. Walking up to him, he sighed.

"You know," Xardius said. "Maybe what we feel isn't what we actually fell but what we think we should feel...You know what I mean? Ah, what does it matter..." Xardius scratched his head. "If I ever get my heart back, I won't feel remorse for any of my actions..."

He looked up at the ceiling. "Sorry to bore you, but...I gotta get this off my chest. I've hurt a lot of people. Murdered people. But I've always had a cause...If you really think about it, hurting people was my job before I came here. So it makes sense that I still act this way.......But what about the others? Vexneah doesn't seem like the type to go around killing people...But she has, now that she's a Nobody. Is it because she can't feel remorse, can't feel the pain or wrenching feeling in your gut every time you take a life? I don't know. Maybe we're only pretending...to keep ourselves sane."

"But then again," Xardius said, "there's nothing wrong with fighting people...that you know...would kill you...if you didn't kill them first." He sighed. "But are they truly murderers, if they kill a...Nobody? We were never supposed to exist...It's not our fault...We don't even exist in a very real sense...Yet we do, in another...So, which is the truth? Are we really Nobodies? Are we...really non-existent?"

"Perhaps the answer will never come to us," Xardius said. "But I'm not going to stop looking..." He suddenly grinned. "Man what a monster. Sorry Geryl."

Geryl just shrugged, and pulled two weapons out of his cloak. "Here," he said.

Xardius took the weapons. "Chakrams? Never had much use for throwing weapons...but...thanks anyway Geryl." Xardius grinned, and flipped the weapons up.

"Fire..." Xardius said. "Keep us warm."

sudenly a portal opened up infront of Bell and the others, and Nulix flew out

 

" Nul! " Bellatrix yelled and ran over to him, " are you alright!?"

 

"well... I guess" Nulix said, as he slowly got up

 

"Hey you're alive." Xane said.

 

"What happend to you?" Varxus asked Nulix.

 

"so I have noticed" Nulix said "I just got up, and then Vecked was there and he ate a dark fruit and sent me here"

 

"Well now we have somone else to help us search." Xane said.

 

why would he do that? " well let's get going shall we?" Bellatrix asked, smiling.

 

"Hang on, why didn't the fruit affect Vecked the same way as it affected Wing?" Varxus asked Nulix.

 

Nulix thought about it "hmm... I dont know, is Wing okay?"

 

"Well he helped attack me after I revealed my weapon. He must be okay" Xane yawned.

 

"that's good", Bellatrix said.
