The Ultimate Organization III

Xane eyed something in the distance, before yawning and asking. "How did you manage to catch the Virus, anyway?"

 

"Well..." The soldier began, "Supreme U.P.A. and U.O. Space Captain Cotaxus and Supreme Ulfire and U.O. Terra Commander Crapo-"

"What?" Vecked interrupted.

"Commander John Crapo-"

"Oh, of course," Vecked interrupted again.

"Commander John Crap and Cotaxus created a plan. With the special Brotherhood pink forces, we were able to... contain the Virus. We plan to build a secure lab around its capture location and figure out its secrets," The soldier said.

 

"Yeah, I don't buy it," Xane shrugged. "Even if you did get a hold of the Virus, I have a feeling that it won't be there for long. And why are you guys usin' our title, the U.O?"

 

"We aren't, you're using ours." The soldier replied. "They want any media attention the UO may of had to be diverted to the alliance," Vecked explained...

 

Xane sighed and shook his head, looking off into the distance again. "So, where are Commander Crap and Cotaxus, anyway?"

 

"Well not on this crap hole," The soldier chuckled, "On the world of Kanata, Ulfire."

"Oh hell yeah," Vecked said. "My second home there... but that'll take days to reach... we don't have time."

"No you don't," Cortaxus' voice said as he walked out of the shadows, a group of U.P.A. elite soldiers following him. Another man stood beside him, followed by a group of red armored soldiers.

"Oh, Supreme Captain, Commander Crapo," Vecked smiled. "Shut up," Cotaxus replied. "So, the high and mighty finally fall, eh? Captured against the might of a sneak attack Brotherhood rookie group!"

"Calm down, we gave up," Vecked replied...

 

"I just didn't want to embaress your army, Cotaxus," Xane said. "Giving up now would give the rest of your troops the hope that they'd actually win this war."

 

"We're not at war," Crapo replied, "The U.O. is peace between nation. The only enemy here are the terrorists. The Ultimate Organization."

 

"Us? We're siding with the real peace keepers here," Xane frowned. "The Knights. A little insane, but they're still heroes and not greedy, power hungry dumbasses like y'all are."

 

"The Knight's were replaced as the peace keeper's of the Sora System, by the U.P.A.," Cotaxus replaced. "The Knights, or whatever that sad organization is today, are of no threat to us... or the Sora people."

 

"Of course thir not a threat," Xane said. "That position was also taken up by you. The Brotherhood too."

OOC: Gotta go. See ya later.

 

"With out the people, we have no system," Cotaxus said. "Why would we hurt the people which our corporation depends on. We do not profit from war, not if the Sora System's involved. We loose money. Even that smooth talker Lexx didn't hate the people, he started an economic disaster, spending a large amount of money on the Kingdom of Sumer, but other than that, he didn't hurt anyone."

Crapo chuckled, "Vecked, Xane... the systems not corrupt, it can't afford to be. We are not mindless barbarians. We only go to war when necessary, when faced with a threat. Outside forces... the Jee, The Brotherhood, the Virus. We have eliminated the Jee, and... civilized the Brotherhood. The Virus will either become civilized, as the Brotherhood has..."

The Brotherhood soldiers smiled.

"Or," Crapo continued, "It will be destroyed in the process."

"Or it will destroy you," Vecked muttered. "You politico's are all the same, looking for weapon and then smoothing it over, making it sound real nice. Who ever learns the secret of controlling the Virus, if there is one, will turn on the rest. Maybe Sora won't, but Ulfire and the rest will rage war with their new killing machine."

"If any evil, if any double crossing is to happen," Cotaxus started, "Then our Gran Hairis Skinnar would stop it. That man knows how to lead an army, even against the Virus."

"So why isn't he here?" Vecked asked, "Why hasn't he led this army to victory."

Cotaxus chuckled, "A Gran Hairis cannot be troubled with unimportant plans of an ever changing capture mission. He is in charge of the Sora System's protection. Military, Secret Service, Public Service Knight's... the only real organization left of the Enigmatic Knights..."

"Or, alternately, he disagrees with this madness," Vecked said.

"Shut up, Vecked!" Crapo yelled, "You think you know everything? Maybe you should pay a visit to the graveyard in Rivit Town..."

"Wheres that?" Vecked asked.

"Small town in the Alistia Province of Jakara, Kanata..." Crapo said. "I think you ought to check out the graves there... very interesting..."

"Was that some kind of badly conducted threat?" Vecked asked.

"Shut up," Cotaxus muttered. "Look... we can clear all your records, all references of your criminal behavior and employ you in the U.O... a special division, for special missions only. You may even get a glimpse of the Gran Hairis... its that or die..."

"How bout' no..." Vecked replied. "Then you die," Cotaxus explained, "Its a small world... Vecked, Xane... a small, charted world. We know the place of everything in this universe, and we know exactly where you are in it. The map has been filled. Sora, Ulfire, the rest of the System's are all part of the U.O., even the dark worlds are in it. There is nowhere left for you people... well, only one place..."

Crapo smiled, "You can either find your place in the new Universal world or die in the old, disjointed one."

 

"What really pisses me off," Xardius growled, jumping down from the top of the ship, "is that you take corruption as a matter of course. You seem to think that you can bribe, bully, or kill anyone that gets in your way, and so far, it's worked for you."

He pointed a finger at Crapo. "I don't forget people who shoot bullets in me. I don't care if I have the rest of the Ultimate Organization backing me, my next target after the Brotherhood..."

He smiled grimly. "...is going to be you and your pathetic form of government."

The next instant, chaos broke loose as the Enigmatic Knights rushed into the Brotherhood forces, followed by the Larenskan forces crashing into their backs. The Brotherhood, unprepared for a double volley but well-trained, quickly turned and began fighting back.

Where the ship lay, Knight forces rushed into the clearing, hacking the Brotherhood soldiers into pieces before they could raise weapons. They charged at the remaining soldiers, Tyre Rutherford veering off to take out the guards around Vecked and Xane.

His sword splintered their handcuffs. "Time to go," he said, turning back around. "We can handle ourselves. Highwind should be here with the Virus within the next few moments, so get a ship and get out."

Highwind smashed the bubble down into the crystal quite suddenly, releasing Wing's power.

"Wing, you deal with this guy, I've got to get the Virus to the UO," Highwind said.

Dyran nodded. "I'll cover him. If you can't handle this guy, get out. No heroics."

 

"Be Careful!" He called after Highwind and Dyran. "Tell the others I'll met up with them later!"

Jack chuckled. "You wish you were meeting with them. Today we finish this battle. We've been on opposite sides for so long, I'm looking forward to finally finishing of Inverted Prism, the only Organization that no one has heard of. Give it up Coa, no one knows about our world, no one care about what we've done in the past. We are nothing in this grand universe! You know what happens when a nothing disappears from the planes of existence?"


He paused, a satisfied smirk on his face.

"Nothing. No one is going to notice that you're gone. The Ultimate Organization will just think you're off on your own once again...They wont look for you. You've had so many members defect already, they wont think twice about you not showing up to finish the fight. You'll look like a coward, and I'll be a hero. The Great Master of Gales killed by my blade! Ha! i can see it now! You will be begging for your life!"

He raised his blade and rushed Wing, who casually stepped to one side and watched as Jack ran right past him. At the last Second, Wing's wrist flicked and he caught the back of Jack's breast plate, cutting it off and leaving a nasty wound down his back.

Jack turned around, pain and anger in his eyes as the armor fell to the floor.

"You're not afraid of me anymore I see."

He rushed Wing again, but this time when he stepped to the Side, Jack sung his blade and caught the blonde in the side, sending him flying into the stone pillar on the far side of the room. his keyblade falling from his hand, blood pouring from his side and mouth.

"You know you don't stand a chance."

Jack said as he squatted down and grabbed Wing's face, forcing him to look in his ice blue eyes. The same eyes that Wing had when he was a nobody. He hated those eyes, they were cold and detached, and belonged to mad-man like Jack.

"Come on, quit now and I'll make this painless."

Wing shook his head slowly, summoning his keyblade back into his hand. Jack snarled in anger and thrust his blade through Wing's left shoulder, pinning him to the crumbling pillar. Wing gritted his teeth through the pain. He refused to scream out in pain in front of Jack.

"You're pathetic Wing you know that? You cant seem to accept when you lose."

Wing smirked.

"Because I haven't lost yet."

The room echoed in laughter as Jack threw his head back.

"Haven't lost? What do you call this?!" He asked pointing at Wing's injured form.

"A slight irritation."

He pulled the blade from his arm and stood up slowly, using the wind to help him. Jack shook his head as he called the blade back to his hand and raised it to strike again.

"Jack. Im sorry it didnt work out the way you planned."

Wing said hanging his head, letting the power inside him surface. Jack watched in awe as Wing transformed into his Phoenix state. Glowing twilight filled eyes, wings made from twilight and wind. His body began to heal itself.

"So it's as the prophecy foretold. When the world falls a Phoenix will be born, defeating those that oppose it, he shall recreate the world. Well, the future's been changed before, and that's what I plan on doing here!"

Jack began attacking Wing, who stood there and smiled, watching the false keyblade bounce off his twilight wind cocoon. he held out his hands and his four keys appeared, circling his body, each ready to strike. Jack staggered backwards, realizing that this wold be his final day.

"So, this is it? Then I wont make it easy!" He jumped up and brought his blade over his head, ready to cut Wing from top down. The oathkeeper and gales launched themselves at Jack, stabbing through his arms and pinning him in mid air. Wing levitated to eye level and frowned.

"I'm sorry it had to come to this Jack. I thought you had changed after Prism."

He grasped the handle of the twilight realm blade and featherdancer. He fused the two into the twilitdancer and ran Jack through.

Jack coughed up blood, which landed on Wing's cheek.

"Touche..." He said with a smile before his head slumped and his body began to disappear.

"You can rest in peace this time Jack..."

Wing fell to his knees and opened a portal. Xardius was alive, it was time to regroup.

"Take me to the flames...its almost time to finish this."

 

Vecked was tempted to yell at Xardius for a moment, but decided not too. Looks like the conversation was cut short, there was another way to get information though. "Xardius! I have to go... don't wait on the ship for me! Head to the world of Kanata! The east most country on the map, head there. Go to the Alistia Province... meet me in Rivit Town, look for the cheapest hotel in the downtown area, alright?"

Vecked glanced quickly to the side, where Crapo and Cotaxus were fleeing. "I'll be gone, not for long! We regroup in the cheapest hotel, downtown Rivit. Understand?" And with that, Vecked ran off towards Crapo and Cotaxus...

 

Xane pulled his arms apart, ripping the handcuffs in two.

"We're going to Kanata, now?" Xane asked. "What do we look for there?"

 

"I told you!" Vecked yelled as he ran away, "I'll get there before you! Trust me!"

 

"If you say so, man, "Xane shrugged. "Before, heading towards an Enigmatic Knight ship nearby. He was surprised to find Mellodia in a seat, sittin comfortably.


"Mellodia? What are you doing here?" Xane asked.

"The pilot was a first timer and this ship doesn't have autopilot. I had to coach him through the whole thing," Mellodia answered. "Do you need to go somewhere?"

"Kanata," Xane replied.

"Kanata?" Mellodia asked. "why?"

"I dunno," Xane shrugged. "But Vecked said we should head there and we need a new place to regroup anyway. Especially if the U.P.A really do have the Virus."

 

Vecked suddenly burst into the door of the ship. "Fly!" He yelled, "I tried to get past the first wave, to the U.P.A.'s main ship... but I can't. I can't get past the first wave... lets go! Fly!"

 

"Aren't you a phoenix?" Xane yawned, nodding towards the pilot to take off. "Can't you just roast 'em or something?"

the pilot made sure Xardius and some of the Knights were on board. Others made their way towards other ships.The ship then took off towards Kanata.

"Pilot," Mellodia ordered," Check to see if any enemy ship are in orbit around here."

"And make it quick," Xane added.
