The Ultimate Organization III

OOC: Yesterday? Must not have noticed. Hold on, then...

 

Vecked woke up slowly. There was smoke in the air. "Put that out," Vecked muttered. He had made himself a little war hideout in the battle worn forest behind the army's campsite. He had been waiting here with the four light users, waiting for a radio from Niles. "Put that out," Vecked repeated, reaching over and grabbing a cigarette from one of the Light user's hands.

"These things are disgusting, your gonna die," Vecked muttered, throwing the cigarette to the ground and stomping it out. "Sometimes you need some comfort, ya know?" The light user replied, "Come on, man. Cut me some slack."

"Shut up," Vecked muttered, lying back down. "Shape up, actually. Your gonna be the key to the universe and survival and love and power and science and power and..." Vecked's words became gibberish as he drifted into sleep...

OOC: Just thought I should explain what Vecked's been doing these past posts.

 

OOC: Hey Nulix. Only got time for one post.

BIC: "Vecked!" Marcus called, running up. "The Brotherhood's getting riled up. It looks like they're pulling all their forces forward towards the caves. The Knights must be attacking. If we hurry, we can catch the Brotherhood off guard and plow a hole straight through!"

OOC: He seems overly excited. Maybe a few posts, actually. I'm not sure. If I somehow disappear...sorry.

 

OOC: MR. THIRTYSIX!

BIC: "Stay here, hidden!" Vecked yelled at his light users before running up to Marcus, "Lead the way, straight to the Brotherhood," Vecked said...

OOC: Have to go.

 

Marcus nodded. "Right. This way."

He led the way to a short treeline, fronted by a large boulder. "Here."

He walked up to the boulder, and scrambled upwards on top. "They're beyond the hill over there, so you have to get on top to see them."

He helped Vecked up and pointed them out. "See, they're breaking camp and already half of the camp is on the march towards the caves."

 

"So, how many are we talkin' here?" Xane asked, climbing atop the boulder. "Billions? Trillions? And how many do the Knights have compared to them? "

 

"Trillions is insane. I say we leave this battle field to the army's, do a small attack for the Virus, avoiding the useless death and leaving it to the one's who are supposed to uselessly die," Vecked muttered. "We don't have time for this, we really don't."

 

Wing felt his power being absorbed by Highwind. He wished with everything he had that everyone would make it out of this place in one piece. He felt the letters in his pocket and wasn't sure he could deliver them if they died.


"We will win..." He thought...thats when he felt him...his eyes gazing into his soul. Jack swanson stood there, key chainless keyblade in hand.


"I'm afraid I can't allow you to leave here. Not today Wing."


Wing felt his heart rate speed up, his anger grow...the Phoenix inside began to stir.

 

"Well, I'm no good against the Virus," Xane shrugged. "I guess I can join up with the army and help them out. Are any of the actual Brotherhood members here by any chance?"

 

"Maybe," Vecked muttered, "Or maybe the involvement of Brotherhood members was voted against. You see that logo, under the flag? U.P.A... the Brotherhood's joined the U.O., Scourge got Skinnar or Skinnar got Scourge, it doesn't matter. Either way we are screwed..."

 

"That may be true, but there is no way that this little team up of theirs will go over well for either of our enemies," Xane said, before deciding that he wasn't clear enough. "I mean their gonna screw each other over before this is done. Doesn't matter for now anyway, let's just stick to our assignments."

 

"I don't think they will," Vecked muttered, "The Sora System needs peace. They will destroy themselves with another war, and betraying the Brotherhood will end in war. They can't afford it. This is the first all system alliance in years, the Brotherhood representing the Dark Worlds."

"Unity against us," Vecked smiled. "This is actually good... well not for us. I say we get in there, in the army base, find some plans, hopefully get a lead to the Virus."

 

"Well, I don't think there's really that much of a chance that the U.P.A will betray anybody. They know what's at stake," Xane said. "But, the Brotherhood...I don't even know what they're plans are in the first place. That and Scourge seems to hate the U.P.A, anyway. I wouldn't be surprised if he threw off the alliance, sent all of the Brotherhood's main members here right now, and start to try an and wipe out everyone. Friend and foe."

 

Vecked sighed, "I don't know what the Brotherhood is thinking. What I do know is that which ever... section of the U.O. Army gets the Virus first, whether it be U.P.A., Ulfire, Brotherhood... they will betray the rest. Thats the only reason for this alliance. If we... destroy the Virus, the U.O. will be left in the wind. Its all politics from there. Ulfire will jump on the Brotherhood if they try anything and Sora will just supply, they need money."

"Commander!" The smoking light user yelled, running up behind the two of them. "Brotherhood special forces, using Sora brand guns, came from behind. They were planning a sneak attack and found us Light users! We lost three guys!"

"That leaves us one guy!" Vecked replied.

"Exactly sir! I ran!" The smoker said, "The forces are heading this way!"

 

Xane cracked his knuckles.

"Hope Bella and Mellodia are okay," Xane said. "I called them in hours ago. But, I guess they can handle themselves. Right now, we need to take care of these Brotherhood soldiers."

 

"I couldn't care less about them," Vecked replied, pulling his gunblade out. "Here we go."

At least a dozen soldiers ran into the area. "By order of Commander Cotaxus of the Universal Organization I here by arrest you!" One of the soldiers yelled, "Come peacefully or get shot down! Our Commander has your Virus and wishes to negotiate it."

 

"You wouldn't," Xane frowned and looked towards the soldier who spoke. "And how do we know you're tellin' the truth?"

 

"You do know if you do not cooperate we shall blow your heads and necks off!" The soldier yelled. "Well alright then," Vecked muttered, throwing his gunblade down. "I give up."

 

Xane frowned for a bit, before lowering his arms. The soldier's threats might as well have been empty for him, but he needed to see if they were telling the truth about their capture of the Virus, first.

 

"Its time for you people to come with us, scum!" The soldier yelled, as two other soldiers ran up and handcuffed Vecked and Xane. "Calm down, man," Vecked muttered, as the soldiers began escorting them towards a ship...
