Niles was searching through Vecked's things when he heard his name mentioned. "Say what?" Niles asked, looking up.


OOC: No, I didn't read that. I don't read any long posts. (The irony)

OOC:Here's something to wrap your mind around while I'm gone for the week. Ever wondered perhaps where the insperation for Darxess and Orb came from? I'll admit, I didn't entirely pull their characterizations from thin air. At first, of course, I'll admit, Darxess drew heavily from Xemnas, at an attempt at being a serious, no nonsense leader. However, since his creation, I've been trying to distance Darxess from Xemnas. Thus, I took the robot-human pairing of Darxess and Orb and drew heavily from another source, that which has lead to their current comedic duo:



That's right. David Hassel the freaking Hoff. Darxess is the Hoff. On the other hand, Orb draws from another source. It was from an old 80's called "Knight Rider"



Uh huh, Orb is KITT. Hence, why Orb never received an official name. It's just part of the style. It was this pairing on this old show that I base most of the attitudes and characterizations of Darxess and Orb from. Now, of course, I've added my own unique flair, but that is the general premise behind their characters. How's that for mind blowing?

And a show called Märchen Awakens Romance with Ginta and Babbo. It's not the greatest of shows, but I must admit, it had a bit of influence with them.

Well, I showed up and no one was online. Today, I'll hopefully be able to be online. My parents are mad at me; they might ground me. I don't think it likely...but you never know.

 

Wing looked around, disgust clearly written on his face. He was tired of waiting. He was more then ready to finally end this war and move on with his pitiful life.

 

OOC: Hey Wing! I'll wait for someone to show up.

You really shouldn't feel out of place, Hidden, because you missed the three-week break we all took for schoolwork.

OOC: Sorry Wing! I moved for a minute and my brother jumped on. It was really...annoying...

BIC: Dyran didn't like taking charge, but... "Wing, you and me will infiltrate the caves and find the Knights. Vecked, you take the others and attack the Brotherhood army once you've made contact with the Larenskan army. With luck, we'll crush the Brotherhood within a few hours."

OOC: Hidden, if you come online today, you can join any group you want. If anyone wants a recap PM, I'll be happy to give it to them. Also, we're working on character profiles again, so get some history ready.

The profiles will probably be like this:

Character's Stats including Name, Date of Birth, Age, Height, Weight, etc.

An abbreviated history (though in Nulix's case, it's not...)

Wing nodded slowly, taking in the battle plans.

"More knights." a grin flashed on his face before he chuckled. "history has an odd way of repeating itself. Time to finish the mission i was assigned a few years ago. This one's for Darxess."

 

OOC: Gah, sorry. I got caught up in some homework, lol.

OOC: If anyone came on last night, I'm sorry; I was in a talent show competition which turned into more of a goof-off. Of the fifteen people that had talents, only about six of them were viable talents (including myself). I played Guitar Hero, and managed to win absolutely nothing.

Kind of what I expected; the only people who can appreciate Guitar Hero are those who play it; no one else understands how hard it is. *sigh*
