OOC: ..........You RESPONDED to it, and we discussed it. We then discussed Tera Roth. Remember now?

The whole plan here was to bring the Virus to where it was weakest and shatter it with Wing and Vecked's power. Tera Roth was there to make sure it all went according to plan.

BIC: Tera Roth's eyes narrowed. "Wing?"

 

OOC: Oh yeah...

 

Wings eyes grew wide thinking of all the people he had failed to protect, and the friends he wanted to see again. Oxyrt, Vexneah, Geyrl, Xegrany. THe innocent people of Twilight Town....he could bring Twilight Town back.

He turned at the sound of his own name, but just shook his head, telling Tera to hang on.

"You can create? Well you know what I think about that? Everything happens for a reason, a reason i wont always understand, but a reason none the less. If i bring back something, i change something else. You dont get second chances in life. A choice is a choice, a path is a path...theres no turning back."

He let go of the bracelet, watching it fall into the light, cracking the prism, and absorbing the virus.

 

"I hope so..." Xane winced. he was starting to feel sick again. Mellodia frowned at the various ricocheting noises in the back of the ship and sat down in a seat.

OOC: Hey, DK! Listen to those songs, yet?

 

Vecked blinked, "Is it gone?" He asked. "Are we done?"

Niles laughed as the ship blasted off, through the street, and off the edge of the beach, skidding on the water...

 

Tera Roth opened his mouth.

Inside the light, a shape was forming. A thing made of many parts...

"Uh-oh," Tera Roth said. "That didn't do it."

The Virus finished forming itself, and stretched. Tera Roth's eyes widened in panic as he saw that the Virus looked stronger, more defined.

"I don't think..." he began, and then the Virus attacked, blasting them backwards with its sand, smashing Tera Roth clear up the passageway and back into Twilight Town where he slammed into the pavement with a crack.

"We messed up," Tera Roth coughed, heaving himself to his feet. "Darkness grows more defined the more light there is...What should have been it's weakness is actually its strength. Wing, Vecked, we have to lure it into the other side! The darkness!"

 

"How long will this take, anyway?" Xane asked.

 

"The dark?" Vecked started, before being blasted back by the Virus. "Oh my god! Oh my go!" Vecked yelled throwing a net of flames around him. The Virus ignored the fire and jabbed Vecked in various places. "No! No!" Vecked yelled, lying to the ground. "My arm!" Vecked yelled, grabbing his left arm. "My leg! Oh my god! What am I looking at!?" Vecked yelled, holding his stomach as blood squirted out...

"There it is," Niles said, looking out the window, "Twilight Town... whats left of it."

 

Wing winced in pain feeling his arm break. He cracked a few ribs as well, and began coughing up blood as he tried desperately to reach for Vecked. He threw a wind spell under him and lifted Vecked into the air away from the Virus's reach.

"No! You wont take him away!" His voice was barely above a growl as his keyblade appeared in his hand. His wind form activated and he floated to the Virus's eye level.

"You offer to create, and then you destroy. You are nothing but a monster that needs to be put down. Sand or no sand, life or no life...I will kill you!" He rushed the virus head first plowing into its massive form, sand consuming him. and avoiding harm. He emerged on the other side of the now angered super virus and gritted his teeth. He had one option and one option only...

"I hoped id never need to use this power...."

 

"Any idea where are friends are? "Xane asked. "And why're we headed here anyway? You worried about Roth, Alyt?"

 

"No! Don't leave me!" Vecked yelled, lying on the ground as Wing ran away. "Oh god don't leave me! I don't wanna die! I don't want to die!" The Virus broke into pieces. One part of it going after Wing, another Roth, and the last to finish off Vecked...

"Tyre gave me his will. Not a huge fortune but... you know, a good amount of his stuff and stuff... he said I wouldn't see him again," Alyt paused, "I'm gonna give his will back to him."

The Virus moved all its forces to Wing, and then, it left. It disappeared.

"Help me, god!" Vecked yelled, still lying on the ground...

 

"Damn, is that Vecked?" Xane asked, pointing out of the window towards a figure below.

 

Wing touched the ground running towards Vecked. He picked him up and forced his body to produce a twilight portal, He raced through it coming out in a hospital waiting room....they were in Midgar now. The nurses saw Vecked sate of being and all rushed to help him. Wing made up a story about being in Soldier and they instantly wheeled him into the O.R. Wing collapsed in a chair and waited, refusing treatment for his own injuries.

"Just take care of him..." He said with heavy eye lids.

 

OOC: I'm seriously confused now. What exactly is going on and why is Vecked screaming like he's being murdered!?

EDIT: Oh well, I don't suppose it matters.

BIC: Tera Roth scrambled back into the passageway, muttering angrily to himself. The Virus was still here somewhere.

He quickly looked through the light room. Nothing. Not a shadow.

Tera Roth's eyes narrowed. "Is that right...?"

He heard the shifting of sand behind him, and he smiled. He looked over his shoulder at the Virus as it stared at him with hate-filled eyes.

"Gotcha," Tera Roth grinned, and the Virus struck.

 

OOC: The Virus got him.

 

OOC: The Virus messed Vecked up. To the point where any normal person would be far beyond dead.

BIC: They took Vecked into another room.

Niles landed on Twilight Town...

 

"Think the Virus is out here here?" Xane asked.

 

Niles shrugged...

 

"Well, keep your guard up, then," Xane asked. "Got any weapons? My fists are kind of useless against the Virus..."

 

Wing slept while they took him in to the OR, they weren't going to let him sit there with a broken arm and ribs. He slept through the healing and woke up some hours later in a recovery room. Mako energy was being attached to him and he quickly denied it. He had heard what it could do to people, and he didnt need the addiction. His mind raced back to Twilight Town and Tera Roth...they had left him behind...

"Oh no..." He said in a whisper. "Tera Roth isn't a Phoenix....he'll be killed." Wing mind burned in anger with himself. He sent Tera Roth to his death. it was all his fault. He shouldn't have let the bracelet fall...he shouldn't have even captured the virus!
