OOC: Dunno. Enemies of the UO?

 

OOC: It's gone, so we can forget about it.


BIC: Xane reclined in his seat. "Anyone want to talk about how we'll face the Brotherhood. Any plans, or something?"

 

OOC: Yayz.

BIC: "Very carefully," Tera Roth said. "The Guardians should be arriving any minute."

OOC: But we should keep doing filler until Nulix shows up OR I figure out how to do what we're going to do next...

The sad thing is: we can't really try to destroy the Virus until Nulix, Wing, and I are all online...because of this thing we were going to do.

But I can probably come up with some problems that we'll need to deal with.

 

OOC: Sorry. Dinner. And it's okay, I guess. We just need to wait.


BIC: "The Guardians are almost here? That's cool," Xane said. "But I'd still kind of like to know what we're up against in terms of the Brotherhood. You don't know anything specific about any of it's members do you?"

 

Tera Roth shrugged. "Name a name. Who do you want to know about?"

 

"Well, are there any we haven't met?" Xane asked. "And I don't know too much about Zaxor, Marlene, Trent, or Ravakov. Let's start with them."

 

OOC: Yeah, I'll try to find my list...

BIC: Tera Roth pulled out his phone.

"Zaxor: born on the world of Ultima, once known as Bahamut there. It seems he was the leader of the world before Sorion, also a native, led a revolt against him. In the end, neither of them ended up ruling and both were exiled. Neither of them blamed the other, they started working together, caught the interest of Scourge, and were recruited into the Brotherhood." Tera Roth scrolled down. "He can control dragons, and has the essence of one inside him, making him practically immortal. But perhaps not invincible."

"Marlene: native to Dark City from the old days. Not much else to go on since Xardius didn't tell me much about her. I do know that they were close, either Xardius was helping her train or helping her plot the rebellion in which she got killed. Except she wasn't killed, so..." Tera Roth shook his head. "No idea what her powers are. I'm guessing twilight, from what I've seen..."

"Trent: unknown native world, but I do know that he was an elder in a clan, and was trained in extensive martial arts. He takes his power from the cat, if that's any help." Tera Roth looked at Xane. "He's probably not as broad in his field of the arts, but he's stronger, so if you're going to go head to head with him, you'll have to use more subtlety."

"Ravakov: chief scientist in the Brotherhood, though I'm not sure what else," Tera Roth said. "I have the feeling that he did something really horrible, and went to the Brotherhood for help. When he was recruited, his slate was cleaned...totally. That's why there's so little information about him."

"Anyone else?" Tera Roth asked.

OOC: Eclipse would be a good option for next, while I find my list...

EDIT OOC: Here's the list: Azull, Eclipse, Ella, Enigma, Falcon, Jack, Kardas, Wirdikov, Marlene, Novice, Sorion, Trent, Wraith, Zaxor, Mordeth, Tul Raijin, Vecked, and Ravakov. I think that's everyone. I might add in two others: Apollo and Turmoil. I also might resurrect Xeno.

 

Xane nodded, before asking, "Define subtlety..." he asid, before going on. "I've got a few more. "Sorion and I know a little about Novice, but not too much, so can you elaborate on him? I think I've also heard of one called Eclipse."

 

"Subtlety in that you'll probably want to dodge or deflect his blows, not take them straight on," Tera Roth smiled. "Novice...You'll find out. It wouldn't do to spoil it all."

"Eclipse, on the other hand, I can tell you about it," Tera Roth said. "Although I don't know much about his history, I know his powers are all to do with metal. He can become metal, indestructible except to the elements, which is his weakness. He also stores power like a battery, so the more you throw at him, the stronger he becomes."

 

"Sounds like a challenge," Xane said. "And what about Sorion?"

 

OOC: Dinner.

BIC: "Sorion gathers his power from the moon, and his power changes slightly with the fluctuations. He's more light oriented when the moon is nearing full, and more dark oriented when the moon is nearing total blackout. And on eclipses, Sorion's power goes through the roof. He gets stronger than anyone I've ever met, even Xardius," Tera Roth said, smiling. "Of course, I've never actually been there when it happens, nor have I been around Xardius when he goes completely all out, so there could be a fight there that would be worth telling legends about..."

 

"And Scourge is a phoenix, right?" Xane asked.

 

Tera Roth nodded. "Oh, yes. Why do you ask?"

 

"Just to make sure," Xane said. "So, he can do the same stuff Xardius can, right?"

 

Vecked glanced at the group as they talked of plans and other nonsense. Nulix read through his book, until he came across his drawing of Bellatrix. Nulix raised an eyebrow at the picture...

 

Xane looked at Nulix raising eyebrows. "Uh, what's with you?" he asked.

 

Nulix glanced up, "I'm just in deep thought..."

 

"On what?" Xane asked, looking over. "Oh, that picture you drew of Bellatrix? You still have that? It's good that it's stil in pretty good shape."

 

Tera Roth hesitated. "Yes and no........"

He rubbed his temples. "I don't know really. Scourge is a lot like Enigma. If he's even half of what I think he is, no a quarter, I'm scared. But, then again, I've always been prone to exaggeration."

He drew in the dirt a list: At the top was Xardius, Scourge, and Enigma. Down below were other names, including his own and Xane's.

He then drew a diagram to the side: a graph chart.

"From what I can gather," he said, scribbling the names at the bottom of the graph chart that he'd written in the list. "There seems to be a limiter on power. Enigma might have spoken of this to you once."

He drew a line near the top of the graph. "This is Kingdom Hearts. Everything within it is contained by its power. In order for Kingdom Hearts to regulate it, which is its job, the power has to be lower. So you're automatically limited by Kingdom Hearts."

He began drawing the graphs in for himself, and others. He was near Kingdom Hearts' line, as was Xane's.

"As you can see, we're both close to the limit," Tera Roth said. "However, that's due to the billion hearts I have inside of me. I will only get weaker with age."

He drew a dashed line below the top of his bar. He then drew a dotted line above Xane's high above the Kingdom Hearts line.

"So let's use you as an example: You have the potential to grow stronger than Kingdom Hearts. That's because you're a Nobody: you can merge yourself with your other, and your Heartless and create a "Kingdom Hearts" within yourself. Your power will be regulated by what you can handle, which due to the fission into three parts, will be much higher than it was before.

"However, there are four beings that I know of that never had this limiter in the first place. They were never under the jurisdiction of Kingdom Hearts...Enigma, Xardius, Wing, and Scourge.

"I don't know why...I only know that their potential is probably around limitless. You could get there if you could merge, but..."

He stood up and brushed his legs off, strode a few steps and drew a dashed line directly in front of Xardius', Wing's, Scourge's, and Enigma's bars.

"Limitless," he repeated. "Maybe."

 

Nulix glanced at Tera Roth mongering fear to the rest of the UO, before turning back to Xane. "Hey man... do you love Mellodia?"
