Zuko jumped out of the way of the attack and shot a blast of fire at Kairi that knocked her off of the ship. "I can't let you do that..." he said and grinned.

Katara's eyes widened as she saw Kairi fall. "No! Kairi!" she shouted and she felt hot tears run down her cheeks. "I... have to help..." Katara stood up and tried to bend the water.

 

Kairi gasped from the pain but was smiling weakly from the water up at Katara, "Be there in a second." she called up. She swam to the shore slowly, Thank the worlds I grew up on an island. She stood up shakily, feeling the poison more than ever.

 

OOC: Sorry, what's happening?

 

OOC: Recap please!

 

OOC- Zuko is fighting Silax, Kairi, and Geryl in his pursuit to capture Katara... He now has Katara on his ship and Kairi was thrown into the water by Zuko. Katara and Kairi have both been poisened by Zuko but the only way Zuko will give them the antidote is if Katara helps him capture the avatar...

Katara winced and fell to the floor again when she unsuccessfully tried to waterbend. She suddenly screamed out in pain as the poision began to take its full effect on Katara. She felt a sharp pain course through her whole body. She felt hot tears run down her face as she collappssed on the ground, coughing up blood.

Zuko kneeled down next to her. "This is it..." he said. "If you do not take the antidote now... you will surely drift into unconciousness and die... so... what will it be, waterbender?" he asked her and grinned.

 

OOC woo! nice recap Destinystar, sorry (again) i have to go for awhile. bbl

BIC:Kairi ran up on the ship, "Zuko, stop this, you have to give her the antidote now!" she yelled, scared that Katara would die.

 

OOC- hehe... thanks! :p

Zuko looked at Kairi. "She must do as I wish... she must say that she will help me capture the avatar... she must swear it on her father's life... only then will I give her the antidote... or so be it she can die here..." he looked down at Katara. "Well?" he asked.

Tears ran down Katara's cheeks as the pain grew only worse. And not just the physical pain... the mental pain as well... she did not want to help him capture Aang... but she wanted to live and see her friends again. She let out another yell of pain. "I... I'll do it..." she said slowly, and unsurely.

 

Xeal sat the the table near the back of the bar with a beer in his han and three empty mugs at the side of the table "I am soooooo bored...." he said

 

Xarden walked up. " Xeal, you got any spare cash?" He grinned. "Long time no see."

 

"Xarden!?" Xeal said "Long time no see. Why don't you sit down and grab a beer?"

 

OOC: back again lol

BIC:Kairi stared at Katara, but didn't say anything. Shoot.

 

" Well I wonder how long." He sat. " I think last time was in the darkness?"

 

Katara just closed her eyes and let the tears run down her cheeks. Saying that was like torture to her. "I... I have no other choice..." Katara said. She shakily stood up and walked to the edge of the ship. she watched as her tears dripped into the water.

Zuko stared at Katara.

 

"Yeah when you saved me from DeathGaze's control right?" Xeal said as he passed a glass with beer to Xarden. "Then i left for all that time and i finally come back now..."

 

Kairi felt the world spin again and clutched the side of the boat but kept looking at Katara, "If you think that's right..." she finally said, queitly.

 

Katara winced and let the tears run down her face. "I'm sorry..." she said and walked up to Zuko. "I swear..." she started but seemed to choke on the rest of the words.

 

Kairi looked around awkwardly, Okay, Katara is going to help Zuko, shoot! Now what?

 

" Thanks." He took a sip. " Ya. That was the last time. So long." He laughed. " Then I finally hear you're back so I come. How've you been doing?"

 

"Well... Garxena and I are enemies now, I met up with my brothers, and i have kick a$$ dragon powers" Xeal took a big gulp from his beer.

 

" Seems like your relationship with that girl is over." He took a swig of the beer. " I've been training, fighting, training, looking for any traces of Sons, and training and fighting more."
