"Three months with no interuptions." Zentaro said blankly.

 

Katara looked at the necklace around her neck and thought for a moment. "I'll be right back..." she said and walked out of the room.

 

"You know a lot. It could be dangerous if you know too much." Kai watched Katara go. Is she thinking of that picture?

 

Katara walked down the hall.

 

Silax was not impressed by Kai's answer, "your upset....." he said blankly, "I figured......although I would like you to tell me why......"

Katara walked into her room, but left the door open as she went to her bag. She took the picture out of it and placed in on the floor next to her bag. Then she reached into a pocket on her bag and pulled out another picture. She set them side by side, her eyes wide. They're exactly the same... but how? I thought there was only one copy of this picture... and even more importantly... how did it end up in my hand...?

 

Kai turned to face Silax. "You know why."

 

Zentaro looked at the two. According to Katara, this is normal.... But Kai seems angry....

 

Katara studied the pictures and shook her head. How is this possible...? There was only one copy that I brought with me... perhaps... Katara gasped. D-Did Zuko happen to have a picture of my mother?! But for what reason?! And that still doesn't explain why it ended up in my hand...

 

"So your upset because me and Garxena want to get married....." Silax sighed shaking his head, "and tell me.....if it were you getting married would you want it stopped?"

 

"If I was about to marry the wrong guy, yes." Kai turned away.

Silax looked at Kai confused, "Wrong guy?....." he said shaking his head, "and thats supposed to mean what.....that I'm not whats best for Garxena?.....that our love doesn't matter to you?"

 

Katara sighed and put the pictures away. She silently walked back to the lobby. "Hey... did I miss anything...?" she asked cheerfully as she walked back into the lobby but stopped when she saw Silax and Kai's expressions. "Is something wrong...?" she asked.

BIC: Silax looked up at Katara, "apparently Kai has found problems and faults within me....saying I shouldn't marry Garxena...." he sighed, "I have yet to find out what those problems are....."

 

Katara looked at Silax and remembered Zuko and looked down.

 

"Whats the matter Katara....?" Silax asked confused, "don't tell you believe her?.....does no one think this should happen other than me and Garxena....." he sighed.

 

"No! Of course not! I like to see you two happy together! It's just..." Katara sighed.

 

"What is it Katara...?" Silax asked, "here come sit with me.....you can tell me...." he smiled getting up and walking over to a couch, "I'm here for you...."

 

Katara sighed as she sat on the couch next to him. "Well... um... it's just... I don't think you can control your darkness very well..." she said. "I don't mean any offense by that... but I don't want to see anyone else get hurt..."
