I should probably back you up, Zentaro..." Katara said. "Will you be okay, Silax?" she asked.

 

"Damn!" Xeal said he called a Twilight Thorn. "Bring me Garxena!" Xeal said and the Twilight Throrn was off to find Hideo and Garxena.

 

Hideo tossed Garxena against a wall. "That was obnoxious."

Zentaro came out of the ink portal. He met Hideo's eyes.

"I am to understand you've betrayed me?" Hideo sighed. "Oh well. Your end, not mine."

Zentaro drew his short sword. I know his tricks. I can figure out a way to counter them.

 

Silax ran out of the portal and to Garxena, "fool....I don't know what you have done but you will pay...." he said gently picking Garxena up in his arms, "you got things here Zentaro?"

 

Kotone had followed Silax but stood afar, watching them. A frown was upon her face as she watched them speak and react.

Katara ran out of the portal and took the water out of her bottle. She suddenly remembered something. "Silax..." she said. "How does it look...? Would you like me to heal her...?"

 

Zentaro nodded, keeping his eyes on Hideo.

"Very well, Hiwatari." Hideo shot Darkness at him.

Zentaro jumped to the side.

"Don't get so confident." Hideo stood. His hands glowed with Light and Darkness.

"Go, Silax." Zentaro didn't turn.

 

The twilight thorn appeared in front of Silax. "Give.............Me..............The...............Girl......................Master.........wants...................Her.........." The the twilight thorn said

 

Hideo sent Light and Darkness at Zentaro.

Zentaro dodged both.

Hideo glared at him.

Zentaro smirked. He threw his short sword, pinning Hideo to the wall.

Hideo took the sword out of his shirt. "Work on your aim." He threw it back.

Zentaro let it hit him.

 

"Not going to happen...." Silax said his dark eyes on the twilight thorn, "Kotone...I know your there....please take and watch after Garxena...." he said running over and giving her to Kotone, he turned around and stood infront of them.

 

Holding Garxene in her arms, Kotone tilted her head down, looking at her. Looking back up at the battle, she frowned once more.

 

"Master.............................wants.......................to....................Fight................the...................one.............called..............Silax.................Master...............says.........to.............meet...............him.............at...............the................Clock.............Tower................Portal......................take.............Silax..............there................"The twilight thorn stood aside, revealing a portal "Master....................is..................waiting..................."

 

Katara looked at the twilight thorn and then at Hideo. "Zentaro!" she said. "Are you alright?"

 

"Master is it....." Silax said, "I'm sorry Kotone....just please watch after her..." he turned to Katara and Zentaro, "can you two handle things here?" he asked.

 

Zentaro pulled out his sword. "I'm fine." He smiled at Katara.

"And who's this pretty lady?" Hideo flashed beside Katara. "What can you do?"

Zentaro stabbed Hideo in the back. "Get away from her!" He kicked Hideo away, removing his sword. "We're fine, Silax. Do what you must."

 

"Go ahead, Silax... we'll hold things up here..." she said and smiled. She took a step back and made some swift motions, using the water as a whip to hit Hideo.

 

Xeal sat at the top of the Clock Tower, manipulating the water in the air, turing it into all shapes and sizes. "Damn... where is he.... I hate it when people are late."

 

Hideo cut through the water with Light. "Pathetic." He slammed Zentaro against the wall with Darkness. "You've chosen the weaker side, Hiwatari."

Zentaro recovered from the hit. "I was never on your side! I work for the King!" He ran and hit Hideo's shoulder with his short sword.

Hideo knocked him aside. "Double agent!"

 

Garxena slowly opened her eyes. "Kotone...?" She winced.

 

"Understood...." Silax said before turning to Kotone and Garxena, "my trust is in you Kotone.....Garxena....I love you....." he said stepping into the portal.
