Kamina's scream of agony echoed out before stopping suddenly as Gurren collapsed, unmoving...

"KAMINA!" Yoko called out in shock, having just witnessed it all. Tears hitting the floor as she was powerless to do anything but hear his scream die down.

"KAMINA!" Simon yelled out in complete shock and agony.
This was his fault... Lagann roared to life, it's own face in rage as Green energy erupted from it and it charged towards the dark god, only to be batted away and smash into the ground. It erupted from the ground, again and again, only to be knocked away each time.
Simon lost in a rage like never seen before.

 

Harry looked at Ichigo and realized something, "Ichigo, maybe if you can figure out where you saw it's clothing before, it can take us back to where we were before!" "Harry might be right, since Ichigo does seem recall seeing this thing's clothing before all this." Miroku said, pondering in thought, Akiza thought about it and looked at Ichigo, "I hope you and Harry are right, Miroku." Inuyasha just stared at the statue.

 

Rumbling subsided in a flash of light as the Moon had crashed into them.



They were now in the same exact town again; except, now, both the moon and the statue were gone. A happy barking could be heard about the area as everything seemed normal once again.
The large clock tower had open doors and a welcoming tick-tock sound to it.

Jolyne nearly choked on her own saliva when he said that. "Yeah...we noticed..." A bland look was upon her face, "Uh, hey look! Scotty's gonna be our leader-guy!" She just seriously wanted to change the conversation to something else. ANYTHING ELSE.

Kakyoin inched his way over to Magashi's side and whispered a plan into his ear. It was cunning, it was devious, and it was downright odd.
But it wasn't like the either of them cared. It had to be done.

Time seemed to slow down around them.
Everthing was happening too fast. Too fast.
It was murdersome.
They had lost their tranquility.
They had lost their leader.
They had lost their family.

Star Platinum was disenaged. He was going to kill this thing with his own hands. It was probably immortal a few seconds ago. But now? It just signed it's fucking death warrent.

 

Harry and Inuyasha felt a sharp pain in their chests for a brief moment before Inuyasha shouted, "Everyone, into the clock tower!" He ran to the clock tower with Harry close behind, he thought to himself, 'The pain I felt, I hope it had nothing to do with you, Kamina...............' Miroku thought he was seeing things when he saw a single tear run down Inuyasha's face. Kirara had changed into her demon form and placed Axel on her back, running with everyone. Harry wiped some tears from his face as he ran.

 

Ichigo, Moka and Dante immediately followed the others but Ichigo had to wonder, what was this twisted game?

Earth Sonic watched in horror as his alternate self was smacked around mercilessly, and eventually thrown off into the jungle along with Yusuke. "Sonic!" He fell to his knees, it was as if he could feel the pain that Freedom Sonic was feeling. That pain then grew into anger. Inside of the cabin, the Chaos Emeralds he had left there began to glow, rise out of the bag they were inside of, and float toward Earth Sonic. They started to spin around, quickly gaining speed, until they were absorbed by Earth Sonic turning him into Super Sonic.

Earth Sonic rose into the air. He was about to go for the god, but he could tell that Jotaro was ready to tear the thing apart with his bare hands. He went after the Seed instead, which was growing closer and closer to Rein and Defense, who had summoned some kind of dragon creature. He flew down to the two, hovering next to them. "Let's show these freaks what we're made of." He said, charging into the army.​

OOC: Will make Deadpool post later. Got family stuff to do.

 

Scott blinked. "I mean, unless someone else wants it." he said, still a bit confused as to what's going on.

Luffy grabbed hold of the edge of the ship, keeping himself still as the boat rocketed towards the island. "Wait, so what are we going to do when we get there?"

"Hmhmhm, You've met with a terrible fate, haven't you?" a voice said from behind the group in the game, catching all of their attention.
Before any of them had a chance to respond, everything around them began to fade away, dissolving into blackness.
It was only a moment before they woke up again, in a flat, grassy plain, with a single tree in the centre of it.
The sky above them was a beautiful blue, with only a few clouds dotted here and there.
The place seemed idyllic.

"Fine, I can do that." Magashi replied to Kakyoin's plan.

~~

"I'm half way towards getting an admiralty, but part of being a good leader is to be able to take orders yourself." Chrono answered him.
"You want leadership, take it."

"No way... not Kamina..." Defense said, breathlessly. She really couldn't believe it. That man had seemed invincible up until now.
Her dragon howled loudly into the sky, as though mourning the man in its own way, before it unleashed more blasts at the beast that had caused it. Such was its empathy with its master.
"Defense... is he... is he really gone?" her other self asked her, the normally stoic woman almost begging her to tell her it wasn't true. But whatever response Defense would have given was cut off by a loud, piercing scream.

Surrounded with a brilliant white glow, Rein had been the source of the scream.
She had looked up to that man.
She had joined that mans team, been inspired by him, had fun with that man, and viewed him as one of her close friends.
And now he was gone, just after she had sworn to protect them all.
The black creatures, they would undoubtedly now do the same to them too. What could they possibly do?
Abruptely, a voice echoed in her head, deep, authoritive, yet soothing somehow.
It told her to speak its name, to call for its help now, when it was needed the most, but only this one time. Its services would not be abused.
Suddenly, she knew exactly what, who, was talking to her.
"Help us...
Voltaire!"

The name echoed several times, as the area surrounding them rumbled and grew dark.
Then, the same summoning square that Defense had used only moments ago, bright pink despite the absence of his master, formed behind the girl, and it was massive.
Heatless flames rose from into the air around them all, ashes filling the air yet unnaturally avoiding each of their breaths, harming no-one.
And then, the being itself rose.
It arms folded, almost identical to the way Kamina would do, it rose from the depths, eyes closed.
It finished rising, its titanic body dwarfing even the beast they were facing.
Its, no his huge eyes opened, their yellow glow piercing even the ashes and flames he himself had brought with him.
His wings spread, almost as long as he was tall, and the monsterous dragon roared into the air.

Voltaire, the Thundering Roar of the Heavens, the Guardian Dragon of Alzas.

"No more..." Rein said, sobbing to herself. "NO MORE!"

The inside of the dragons wings were set ablaze, as Voltaire charged the cannons that were melded into his flesh, each charge approximately the size of Defense's Scarlet Dragon in its own right.
The blazing orange beams fired, ripping through the legions of Seed and melting every last one, the command towers included, into nothing but ash.

OOC: It's not Rein summoning him, but here's the actual summoning.

Scanty and Kneesocks looked at eachother for a moment before shrugging at Luffy.
"Whatever we can do."
"And if not-"
"There's always our orders."
"Right."
The two girls refused to say what their orders were. Of course they consisted of the usual: hostages, prisoners, bondage, RRUURUUS, and then back to the tower before sundown.

Kakyoin picked up strips of cloth and held them behind his back; walking over to Tsukasa with the biggest, most sadistic smile. "Magashi. Now."
They were going to fix up the kid whether he was going to agree to it or not.

"Of course!" Jolyne shouted before smacking poor Scott's back with a muscular arm.
Suddenly there was beeping....."Huh?" Picking up a cellphone off of the ground she showed it to the guy, "I think you dropped this." After messing with it for a bit, she decided to check the text.

'Take care of my daughter.
-Jotaro Kujo.'

Showing it to the group she then bit her lip slightly, "Yeaaaah....my family's kindof weird like that...."
Knowing her father, this was probably meant as a threat than a demand.
"Either waaaaay...." she handed the cellphone back slowly, "Let's head off!" The energy could be so clearly heard in her voice, it was rediculous to know why or how Jojo could be like this.

Dio pursed his lips at the fact that he had to now watch the fight at a longer range. Something must have killed all of the cameras in the area.
"Well I suppose you deserve alittle something." The vampire quipped before shoving all of the cash Fate's way, "Here you go; winner." Turning over on his stomach he then revealed a sharp, toothy grin. "This is quite the entertainment; now isn't it?"
Despite the range of the camera; he still has the best seats in the house.

Regaining some sort of sanity back from his fury; Kujo turned about to notice that everything had turned into hell in a handbasket. If it wasn't destroying, it was either screaming or dead.
He seemed to realize how much things have unwraveled. Even himself.
"Kamina." Jotaro called out under his breath, "You better get your ass back here---"

On the order, Magashi punched Tsukasa in the face as hard as he could, knocking the guy out yet again with his still-attached arm.
"Done. Anything else?" he asked.

Fate didn't react at all towards Dio's 'prize-giving'.
"There are still more of Howzer's creations yet, do not count them out."

Voltaire roared again, turning to, but not acting against, the abomination that was responsible for Kamina's death. He felt no need to act just yet, if he would need to at all.

More Seed-Venas's descended, somewhere between 10 and 20 of them, landing as gracefully as the first and howling in unison at their now-tired opponents. There wasn't a single person that would be able to take on all of them at once, and the great dragon that had been called upon seemed to no longer have any interest in destroying them.
Things certainly looked bleak, as the group of Seed howled together once again.

Alice looked at everyone. She was a bit confused, like Oz probably was, but she kept to herself. 'So, she must be Joylne, and he must be Scott. Weird, so many people have come to this world after we were captured.' She thought, glancing at Oz. 'I wonder if they wanna go home as much as we do.'

On the other side of Alice, BRS kept a careful eye on Dead Master. With so many people around, she would have trouble keeping to herself like Oz and Alice.'She better not dare kill anyone while we're here. It could get us in huge trouble.'

OOC: Sorry about being a late. School shopping started yesterday for me. -_-
And now, my dad's making me go outside.

The screams of anguish and rage echoed around the battle field...
One man's request was heard through it all...

"...Kamina... please..." another girls request was heard...

"Gee... can't a guy get a little sleep..." The dead man muttered from inside the mechanical house monster...
He had been dreaming that he had been about to meet someone familiar.
But... no.
His work wasn't done... yet.

Simon's rage had quietened down into despair... "It's just no use... no point at all..."
"Simon! Snap out of it!"
Then... Lagann got smacked by something unexpected.
Gurren's arm.
And there he was, Gurren was standing in it's torn to pieces and messed up state.
"Bro! You're alive!" Simon shouted in relief.
as everyone else looked on in awe, amazement and relief, the Leader of Team Gurren was still ready to fight as always.

...
"Simon! Just who the hell do you think you are?"
Gurren pointed it's remaining arm up to the sky.
"Your drill is the drill that is going to pierce the heavens!
Through the Earth! and through to tomorrow! Right?
What are you doing just sitting around here?
You know that we've got this battle won! That big guy don't stand a chance.
There's no need to hold back."
"Bro! Right!" Simon said, feeling his will come back to him.

The dark god roared in what seemed like dismay...

Kamina sat in Gurren, covered in blood... "That old beast don't know when to quit does he?
...Simon, listen, let's finish this in one go."
"Huh?"
Let's combine to make Gurren Lagann... one last time..."
"Bro! Alright!"
"NOW LET'S DO IT!" Kamina roared as green energy surrounded both mechas, and Lagann came smashing down into Gurren's head, all the damage to Gurren being completely mended during the combination and Gurren Lagann standing as tall and strong as ever in it's place.

"We brawlers are sustained by willpower! Even when mocked as reckless and crazy!"
"If there's a wall in our way then we smash it down! If there isn't a path, then we carve one ourselves!"
"The magma of our soul burns with a mighty flame! Super Ultra Combining - Gurren Lagann!!"
"Just who...!"
"In the hell...!"
"Do you think we are!!?"

Yoko smiled as everyone cheered. A tear in her eye from relief. "There's nobody else like them."

Suddenly, the remaining SEED Venas jumped in the air at Gurren Lagann.
"EAT THIS CANNONFODDER!" Kamina roared as Gurren Lagann erupted drills from all over it's body, annihilating all of the SEED at once.
The dark god then shot flames at the mecha.
"YOU GOT TO DO BETTER THAN THAT!" Kamina shouted as Gurren Lagann raised a hand and caught the flames.

Kamina's face popped up on the screen next to Simon. "Listen, Simon, never forget. Just believe in yourself! Not in the Simon that I believe in, not in the Kamina that you believe in, have faith in the Simon... that believes in you..." he spoke calmly and fatherly...
"B-Bro? What are you-"

Suddenly Gurren Lagann's sunglasses flew off it's body into the air, where they were caught and then thrown at the dark god.
This was the move that Kamina would leave behind... part of his amazing legacy.
"FINISHING MOOOOVVE!
The glasses split into two seperate and much bigger glasses in midair and then slammed into the dark god, raising it high into the air, mangling it, and then keeping it trapped and locked in place.

Gurren Lagann raised a hand to the sky as drills erupted from it's body...
"GIGA!..."
The drills vanished and then form into a much bigger single drill over Gurren Lagann's head, attached to it's hand... this drill was several times bigger than the mecha itself.
"DRILL!..."
Gurren Lagann pointed the giant drill forwards as the drill started spinning.
"BREEEAAAKK-EEEEERR!" Gurren Lagann took off flying at high speed, spinning also, and green energy surrounded it and the drill until it looked like the drill was being propelled by a vast beam of this green energy. Gurren Lagann tore through the Dark God's body easily with it's finishing move...
the dark god vanished in mid air... being destroyed atom by atom from the powerful attack, as Gurren Lagann landed on the ground. It's drill thinning and then retracting back into it's body and the Sunglasses flying back automatically and attached themselves to it's body.
...The space where the dark god had been exploded.

Kamina felt himself slipping...
"...Later Buddy.."
and it was then, after ending things on his own terms despite having already been dead the whole time... that The Mighty Kamina... Team Gurren's Badass Leader and Paragon of masculinity...
breathed his last...

It was raining... The battle was over... The sound of the rain falling was all that could be heard in the silence.
The hatch to Gurren Lagann was open, as everyone just looked on at Kamina's dead body...
Yoko had her face covered by her hands as tears streamed down her face...
Simon was down on his hands and knees... tears pouring from his heart and soul.
...The rain, made it look like the face of Gurren Lagann itself was weeping over the death of the great man.
On that day... We lost something that could never be replaced...

"Well I suppose this Act is at an end." commented the figure as he raised a wine glass to his wheelchaired friend. "Cheers."

Taking notes down on his own creations; the scientist glanced over at his old uniform. Removing the lab coat and putting on the old boots, bulletproof jacket, and other items; he had a bit of reminiscence.
Upon pulling a gun out of it's holster, he aimed and put it back.
Oh weren't those the days?
He adjusted his shades and threw the outfit carelessly back onto the ground. "Those fools...."

The S.S.Satanic finally rested on the shore.
Scanty was near-sick of listening to his 'Luffy' creature babble about absolutely nothing as she munched on her salad slowly.
Her sister, albeit, acted more professional about this. She let loose the gangway and prepared for their upcoming cargo. "I suppose we're late." The demon shrugged for a moment, "It no longer matters. We still have our orders."
"Hm?" looked up the demon, "It's raining..."
For some reason a moment of melancholy spread over the group.
How sad.

Angelique looked over at her two Tarot cards.
The World and The Fool.
"What a pity you had to go too...but, at least he is no longer alone."
Straightening her hair one last time, she then made her way down stairs, no one would be able to see through her cleverest desguise...except for maybe Bernkastel, Dio, Howzer, and the others....
It doesn't matter, though, she had better things to do with her time. Angelique set off on her way quietly. Surely this time will be so much more rewarding than the last.

Approaching the boy in the shadows, Dio pulled on his jacket and pointed forward, "We should get there before they do anything foolish." He glanced back to Fate and gave her a blank stare; she was perfectly fine as company. Even though she is practically a talking board with tits.
Yes.
Either way; this should be fun. He's been wanting to toy with those pesky things ever since they ruined his play time with Jonathan.

Sakuya sat on the train and looked over at a very large man. He seemed to be just sitting there soundlessly. Although this was proven to be eerie to the girl.
Looking behind her, out at the passing scenery she stared at the city. What a dissapointment it was. Not only did she have to wear this getup but she was cursed to tread in this concrete jungle without even so much as one measly flower to provide the most sincere comfort. "I will count the days until I can see my mistress again..."

Sitting in her chair quietly, Bernkastel watched the clock clack back and fourth.
"My, this is something, isn't it?"
With a quick sip of her tea, she could feel her eyes droop into a slow slumber.
"I suppose I can grant you a miracle."
"Just one"
"But understand this; your reunion will not be as you expect."
There was a short pause before she ran her fingers across the cup.
"All of you have changed."
"And this will be evidence of it."

The witch closed her eyes, awaiting for the next chapter.
A bustling city.
A desolate wasteland.
A fragile child.
A strong warrior.
A reunion in life.
A reunion in death.
And, of course, betrayl, betrayl, betrayl.​

With tears running down his face, the man wrapped his arms, invitingly, around the boy. "I can't believe it--!"

Hugging in an incredibly tight manner, he lowered his head, "Thank you for all you've done. Kamina. For me and everyone else."

A familiar big figure came into view...
"So... I meet you here eh?
...Yeah, so I guess it is true... I'm dead. Well, both of us are.
But oh well." The Paragon of Masculinity pulled the much bigger man into a manly hug of manliness.
"It's good to see you Jonathan Joestar."
The ghost then turned around and pointed his fingers to the... well... he certainly wasn't in heaven right now. So it still worked to point upwards.
"SPIRIT WORLD! The Mighty KAMINA is here!"
He looked at Jonathan again. "Hey... The others will be just fine. For sure." he smirked.
He wasn't wearing his sunglasses nor his cape. So Jonathan could see the sureness in his eyes.

 

"Yes they will." Jojo nodded happily, "It might take them a while but-- they'll keep walking. I'm sure of it."
There was a warm smile upon his face before he looked over at his friend, "Oh; there's someone I would like you to meet..." The man trailed off with his words before picking them back up again, "She's a really lovely woman. I'm sure you'll lover her."

Far off in a world composed of magic; all of the girls at Scarlet Devil Mansion were watching the story unfold.

"UGH! I can't believe we've been watching this since forever!" Nibbling on a slice of cake, the vampire flicked peices at the screen. "China, you're terrible at this job!" Remilia, The Scarlet Devil, was not impressed by her guard's fill-in job as house chef/maid.

"S-sorry Mi'lady!" Called the redhead, attempting to balance several trays at once. Ohh this time she actually missed Sakuya's big knives penetrating her flesh. Wait...OH GOD! She's starting to even sound like her in her own mind!

"China; what is this?" Knowledge raised up a crystal ball which was covered in grubby finger prints. A sure sign that the girls had been playing with it again.

"That thing is so filthy!" Meiling stated obviously, "And please; don't call me China!"

Her request was, of course, denied even before it passed her lips. "Chinaaa~ our little 'secret' needs someone to play wiiith~ heheheheheh." She reached over to grope the poor girl with a sharp-toothed grin upon her face.

"Marisa is getting in again."
"I need more blood tea!"
"Oh hello!"
"Sister's getting antsy."
"She stole our newspapers again."
"UWAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!" screamed the girl in undeniable mental torment as her work overloaded with more and more burden.

She will be counting the days until that maid returns again.

This is pretty much how the intermission goes.
As you can see by my example up above; everyone in each particular world is watching what is going on around this one.
In other words; on ever television, radio, broadcaster, whatever; this is being shown. Your job is to show other characters (Although I should suggest that you should start with your character's friends and family and work your way into other places).
If you would like to share a world/time period with someone; please work that out amongst yourselves.

This is just the intermission and you don't have to participate; although I find it a fun idea while I prepare for Act 2. Also; you have a break from your usual characters; Oh joy!

Color coding doesn't matter just as long as you point out that these are different characters every time.

The lights on the TV flickered.

"I made bacon, guys." Wallace said, carrying the plate back to the couch.
Ramona glanced up. "Yum. Ssh."
Wallace rolled his eyes and sat down. "What'd I miss?"
Knives grabbed a piece of bacon. "Stuff."
"Your sass is top-notch today."

In a small house on a large island, a group of pirates gather around a small table.

Nami turned the dial on the radio. "Stupid choppy signal."
"Ugh." Zoro tapped his fingers on the table. "Can't you get it to work?"

 

In New Domino City, a trio of motorcycles rode one of the many highway bridges. The riders appeared to be looking for someone, before they rode into a garage attached to a clock shop. A trio of people were waiting for them, a young man with dark blue hair asked the rider of the red motorcycle, "Any sign of her?" He shook his head and sighed, the rider on the black one said, "Yusei, if she was in the city, we would found her already." Yusei nodded and took off his hamlet.

 

In another, seperate world of magic, several girls and their 'father' were sat in a cell, watching as the story unfolded on the screen before them. Most of them were not prisoners; the girls were simply visiting their 'father' around the same time that the projection had started, each of them having become fixated for their own reasons.

"Huh, so that girl's dragon summon is there too? That kinda came outta nowhere." the redheaded girl said, Nové, whose loose clothing seemed perfect for fist-to-fist brawling, despite her current activity being nothing more than relaxing with her sisters and 'father'.
Joining her sister in the commentary, Sein mentioned something that was bugging her.
"There's a lot I don't get though! Like, who the heck is that shadowy guy?"
"That's the point. We're not supposed to know who he is yet." Sette added, fiddling with her eyepatch in annoyance. Her sister could really be dense sometimes.
"We wouldn't recognise him anyway! He could be from any world, ever!"
"That Howzer man," their 'father' said, smiling broadly, "I think he's the kind of man I could appreciate. It's too bad I wasn't brought along." he finished, laughing gently as he ate some of the popcorn that Sein had brought along.
"But I'm glad that none of you girls were either, or we wouldn't be able to spend the day like this, would we?"

To the guards, the sight of Jail Scaglietti, inter-dimensional criminal and genius, enjoying the projection of an otherworldy event with his clone 'daughters' was very strange indeed.

 

Hermione stretched her arms and began to comb her hair, she thought to when Dumbledore appeared at the end of her first year and created a clone of Harry for some reason to stop who they thought would be Snape. She sighed and put on her school robe, she shouted, "Mum, Dad, lets hurry!!! I promise to meet my friends at Diagon Alley." She smiled, and couldn't wait to see her friends again, though she didn't know one of them was still in another world.

In the federal era, a trio of people sat in a small hut, seeming to wait for someone. The young fox demon sighed and said to his companion, "Kagome, lets go. I don't think they're coming." "Shippo's right, Kagome. But I never thought I would start missing that perverted monk, though I wonder where Kirara went?" Sango said, looking at Kagome. "We still need to find the jewel shards, even without Inuyasha, Miroku, or Kirara." "You're right, Sango. Lets go." Kagome said, standing up with her and got on her bike, riding it with Shippo in the basket and Sango on the back.

Leo, the male of the twins in the garage, shouted, "Maybe Akiza just disappeared from the face of the earth." "Don't be ridiculous, Leo." His sister, Luna, said. "If something happened to her, our Signs would be alerted us." Yusei, Jack, Crow, and Luna each looked at their Signs and Bruno looked at them, "I'm fine she's fine." "Come on, lets get ready."
