The Ultimate Crossover RP

Rein's rune appeared again as she was set down, and the appeared to get a little colder inside the cave. Still bringing the temperature down, she turned to face Jotaro before speaking again. "Actually, Rein is small on her world too. Unison Device's like her are always small." She then paused for a moment. "Well, except for the first Reinforce, but she was a special case," she finished. The temperature stopped lowering at those words, and the ground was now noticably firmer underfoot. Being finished with her spell, the rune disappeared once again.

Kamina felt the air around them get colder and noticed the ground become particularly harder. "Wow... now this girl has some skills... We could use her back on our world... it is way too hot in the dessert..."
"...Bro... she isn't a cooling system."
"I know! But my manly spirit tells me that this girl has more power than she has revealed. She would be a good addition to Team Dai-Gurren!"
"I'm not being funny bro... but... you've said that about practically everyone we've met here."
Kamina just looked at him. "and?" he asked.
"Well... if we can even get back to our own worlds... they won't be able to join us, they have their own worlds right? ..so..."
Kamina sighed. "Fair point. Oh well..." he suddenly clenched a fist and pronounced loudly; "We'll just have to take them back with us!"

Simon face palmed...
Somehow... I get the feeling it's not gonna work like that. he thought sadly to himself.
He quite liked everyone he had met so far. If it did come to where they say goodbye. It wouldn't be easy, but he still wanted to return home too... he missed Yoko, Boota, Leeron and everyone.

"........Freaking little bugger aren't you?" he said although....freaking wasn't the word....Jojo the proceeded to pet her head in congratulations, "so you're some kind of...thing?" he was intrigued by her more than he really should have been..."Ah, wait a second" the then pulled the last piece of chocolate he had (which was only half a bar since Alice gulped quite a bit of it) splitting it apart he then handed one piece to her. He then took off his hat and tossed it into her head- his hat hair was...incredibly messy (to say the least) then throwing his longcoat on her, "I'm going out to find something to eat- probably with Kamina since the guy can't keep himself still..." he then turned to her and pointed, "make sure that you stay with Simon- I don't want you to run into danger like some dumbass...." with that he headed out towards the two, "And I'm not going to your world- dead or alive....At least not if they're as loud as you."

 

Inuyasha knelt down and gave Harry the bandage for his stomach wound. "Kamina would be surprised, I think." Harry said, Inuyasha said, "No he would probably say this is what soul brothers do when they're wounded."

"Scarily correct." She muttered, her face turning and eyes analyzing him herself.

"You fight with a sword, don't you?" She asked, before slowing down and looking at their surroundings. Having gotten lost in conversation, it began to slipped her mind as to exactly what they were looking out for.

Ichigo heard Merry's question about how he fought and he stopped as well, noticing Merry stop as well. "Yeah, most people back home use a sword or as we call them, Zanpakuto...they are extensions of our spirit in form of sword as that sword is also aware of it's surrounding and each have a unique persona, all Shinigami eventually have to learn the names of their Zanpakuto and commuicate with them to grow stronger, the name is also the first release in power however, my sword is a full-time release state since I can't control my spiritual pressure."

Ichigo looked around and continued. "Of course, you've seen me use my Bankai, that's a full release of your power as your strength perhaps four times your usual strength in your first release, but Bankai's are only obtained by learnign how to manifest your sword's spirit in the real world then fighting it to learn the name of your bankai and finally, train for a thousand years to know it's weaknesses and strengths, I on the other hand, was forced to learn it in..." Ichigo held up three fingers. "3 days thansk to a special object that forces that spirit to manifest thus bypassing a huge portion of the training, however, that was my time limit since your sword doesn't tell you the name, you have to figure it out for yourself and since I had a friend's execution coming in three days cause her brother said it's upholding the law, I had to learn and adapt at quick as possible to save that friend, even if I was going to die." Ichigo stated.

"Talk about harsh..." Kamina said in response to Jotaro's comment. "But whatev."
He looked at Simon, "Be sure to look after short stuff while we're gone."
"Kamina... her name is Rein." Simon told him.
"Yes! That's what I said!" Kamina exclaimed loudly. Whether or not he actually realised that he didn't say actually say her name was a mystery indeed.

Her head tilted, eyes blinking at him while he explained his own selflessness. It was sort of a nice change of pace, her herself tending to be a bit rash and self-absorbed. She breathed in deep and shrugged her shoulders as to dismiss her wonder at the subject.

"It sounds interesting."

All the while, she gazed around her, eyes alert for anything suspicious, fingers intertwining behind her back.

OOC: :lolface: I laugh at the fact that it's like Jonathan doesn't exist~ it's funny really! Since that's the case, I think I'll kill him sooner *nod nod* Yup, I still got a good Lol out of it though.


IC:

Jojo nodded at their conversation, "So THAT'S why I could fell the ripple bouncing off of you so fast!" Hearing ichigo talk about doing anything to save his friends, the teen the replied with "I know what you mean..." he then patted Merry's head, "Time to walk off a bit now, little miss!"
Jonathan slid his hands under the dirt as it cracked downward- creating a large 'V'-like hole in the earth, "there we go!" he yelled upward to everyone. Using the ripple to leap a rather large height out of the hole, "Now we'll need to make a canopy!" he pointed to Ichigo, "would you help me?"

 

Ichigo sighed. "Sure, whatever." he said in response to Jojo's request and rubbed his orange hair out of habit but something was bugging him but he couldn't quite place it. "Best leave it alone for now, but anyone could attack at any time." Ichigo thought.

(also... it seems like Oz was randomly forgotten lol, so I'll mention him here to make sure it's known he was with these guys too :P

Kamina left Gurren at the cave with Simon, Lagann, Oz and Rein.
He spoke to Jotaro, his voice for once not so loud... kinda serious actually. "So... Jo... what do you reckon? Is there a chance we will get to go back to our own worlds?" he asked, his sword in his hand and resting on his shoulder.

Meanwhile back in the cave.
Simon sat in Lagann awkwardly... he didn't know if he should talk to Rein or what he would even talk about. He just sat there twiddling his thumbs, literally.
He assumed Oz was somewhere outside the cave, fascinated with Gurren.

 

OOC: I concur with Bushy. The thread must continue!

BIC: Jotaro's coat and hat were too big for Rein to wear properly, but they would definitely keep her warm, so she decided to put the blue coat and matching hat on anyway. Of course, her only being the size of a normal child, the coat dragged slightly on the now-frozen ground, and the hat partially covered her eyes. Being Rein though, she liked the clothes anyway. Only after putting them on did she notice Simon, sitting in the head-shaped mecha alone with an awkward look on his face. She approached him, hoping she could make him feel a little better, whatever it was that he had his mind on.
"Simon-kun" she called, "is everything okay?"

 

Jotaro retrieved his hat from the kids, realizing it was way too cold to run off into the snow without it, "I dunno, heh, it wouldn't really matter if I returned or not." he shrugged off the thought, "maybe I WILL go to your world" his love of adventure still hasn't died over the years. He eyed the blade for a moment before saying, "With that thing, it'll probably rip up the animal. I can kill it painlessly without disturbing the meat" he then straightened his collar, "Damn...I hope we don't have to end up killing a dolphin or anything" he said; remembering his profession. "It would be Ironic"


Jonathan and Ichigo started off to look for a canopy, "Hey! So you're one of those Orientals!" he said in a rather odd way; then suddenly taking note to the large sword (Yes...just now) "Are you a samurai?" he was overly excited at the thought- Ooh man would speedwagon be amazed at this!

Kamina noticed Jo was a bit cold despite that fact that he himself (Kamina) was topless with nothing but a cape and he strangely didn't really notice it. He wondered what a Dolphin was and if it was poisonous... He heard what he assumed was a half joke, but half seriousness when Joe did say he might go to their world.
"Heh! Alright!" Kamina yelled out. He then paused and actually showed his more softer and serious side again. "So... what was your world like anyway? Something tells me you weren't bought up underground."

"U-uh... U-um... I'm fine..." he paused realising how she had addressed him. "Simon-'Kun'?" he questioned, stopping the twiddling of his thumbs long enough to point to himself. He had never been addressed like that before.
"Y-you can j-just call me Simon.." he said as he twiddled his thumbs faster, blushing ever so slightly.

Jojo stared at the teen for a long period of time with his bright cyan eyes before looking back to where he was going, "Huh....it was--" he paused for a few moments before going, "Bizarre." The man didn't LIKE talking about things- expecailly himself; but this kid was kind of like his mom so he felt the need to say, "You're a nosey little snot aren't you?" Only 'shot' wasn't the word.
This was followed by a slight smile and then a pause, walking faster- ahead of Kamina- with a "It's a long story" before moving his cap to the side, "Hopefully your world was better"

 

Ichigo listened to the guy's question of being a samurai as Ichigo shook his head. "Nope, I'm a Shinigami, a person who is a spirit who departs souls to the afterlife and wipe out our enemies, the Hollows who are souls that are corrupted, ones that do not commit many sins get the chance of entering the afterlife and if some are too sinned, well... they get sent straight to Hell." Ichigo recalled.

"And before you ask, yes the afterlife and Hell really do exist, well, I haven't exactly entered the realm of Hell so I don't know what it's like there, the afterlife or the Soul Society as it's called is just any other town as the center iof it all is the Thirteen Court Guard Squads, Everyone within those squads is also a Shinigami, me however, I'm a Subsitute Shinigami who lives in the World of the Living, I allied myself with Soul Society but they don't call em to battle or anything, I pretty do what I choose, keep the peace in my hometown and if a threat within Soul Society or Hueco Mundo, home where Hollows are threatens my hometown, I have to protect it."

Sonic noticed that the Mario brothers were the only ones still standing with Sonic and Silver. "So how about we get a move on? Just standing here won't get us any closer to saving your future, Silver." Sonic said. ​

OOC: Sorry for the short post, I just wanted to get another set of characters moving again...

"Heh." Kamina chuckled, he wasn't wearing his glasses at the moment.
"As I said, we all lived underground in my world... none of us knew why really. It was all we had ever known... but... I knew..." Kamina recalled his father and his trip to the surface as a young boy. "There was more than just the cave ceilings... there was a whole world up above on the surface. With a sky." he continued on, speaking rather softly and still serious. "I... I wasn't ready to go at the time, but I never gave up. Simon... his parents died in a cave in.. there were always these tremors see? ...Poor kid had no one. We were the first two members of 'Team Gurren'... We were much alike him and I. Well... Simon is the better of us really, I'm sure you've noticed it by now too." he paused as he looked up to the sky above.
"I hatched plan after crazy plan to get us to the surface. The surface I had seen as a kid...
One day though... a plan of mine went wrong, and we ended up trapped. Everyone was panicking...
I wasn't brave. I was just acting tough. All I could say was 'to keep moving'... but little Simon, just kept silently drilling. It pushed me on. We got out because of his strength.. I decided, then and there. When I set my heart on something, I'd go through with it. I'd be someone no one could laugh at when things got tough. In bad times, I would just recall my memories... and I would remember the sight of his back as he continued to dig that time. It would give me strength...
If it wasn't for him... we'd have all been screwed long ago.", he paused and suddenly gave a small laugh.
"It's funny, you're the second person I've shared this story with."

He stretched a little.
"Anyway, one day, Simon is all excited about having found this huge face. And then bam... the earth all around us is shaking, and a big Gunmen drops from above, shattering the ceiling and revealing the surface. Then... she appeared." he smiled as he remembered the scantily clad red haired girl.
"We all found our way to the big face which turned out to be Lagann. Simon got it running and we were able to beat the big thing and make it out to the surface..
Later... we found out about the Beastmen. The beings on the surface who were responsible for forcing us all underground.
The tremors we felt all that time, were them up above in Gunman, smashing along the surface.
Skipping ahead of all the details a little, I came up with another crazy idea... and I was able to acquire my Gurren.
And so, we set off as Team Gurren to rebel against the Beastmen.
We've fought many battles, and our ranks grew and we became 'Team Dai-Gurren'."
He stopped to look at Jotaro. "I've never felt more alive than being among all of them and fighting side by side with Simon and the other members of Team Dai-Gurren.
Anyway..." he started walking again.
"I'll let you decide if you think our world is better.
All I know is that I think the world is what you yourself make of it."

OOC: Kamina showing his softer and more serious side is quite rare, so enjoy it while you can :P

OOC: Whoa. That is one huge post, Bushy. And how strange... Kamina monologueing without yelling a single word. I forgot it was possible!

BIC: "Simon, then." Rein replied, smiling. "You're worried about how you'll get home, maybe?" she asked him, still hoping to cheer him up a little. "Because if that's it, Rein doesn't think you have anything to worry about really. Whatever brought us here can send us back, so all we need to do is find out what that is!" Even though she said those words herself, Rein wasn't quite sure it would be as easy as that.

Jotaro weighed out his thoughts before saying, "Alright, I'll share alittle" he nodded to himself in agreement that if THIS kid could do it- he could at least try to; "When I was seventeen, I was beating the crap outta these punks- but then something behind me started to- almost slaughter them." he shrugged slightly" I thought I was possessed by a demon but later I found out- with the help of Gramps- that it's my stand." he pointed behind him to where Star Platinum usually resides. "Things happened after that-" he popped his knuckles while still in thought, "I lost three friends that adventure- but save my mom and probably the world from this guy named Dio" Jojo said rather unenthusiastically before scoffing at the immediate pun. He glanced back at the kid once and then twice to see if he was even listening; "I have a family in America" he paused, "My daughter Jolyne" he said- pulling out a photo of a pre-teen girl

OOC The girl of my avatar/signature with the crazy-awesome hair and the resemblance to him but picture her more effiminate and small

IC: "Heh, she's precious to me" Jojo started walking faster again- and gesturing outwards, "Being around her would be dangerous since there's alot of people who want to kill 'The Invincable Jotaro Kujo'" the man shrugged, "Not sure why, though; but it keeps me from her"
He then watched the teen-making sure that the photo was being handled properly- "Ironic isn't it?" he said noting to Kamina being a child without a father and Jotaro being a father without his child. Jotaro then reached to scratched his neck and felt---pain...he then looked at his hand-being covered in blood, ".....................ow"

Jonathan blurted out, "Well of course I believe in the afterlife!" he then paused for a quick moment, "......Di.....did you ever see my father or Zepelli in the afterlife?" he then proceeded to signal what they look like, "my father looks JUST like me except old- and he has a mustache...oh and smaller too! Master Zepelli looks nothing like me but he has a BIIIG Top Hat!" the boy froze for a quick moment, "Ah! D-Are they okay!? I mean- ah" he took a deep breath, "Is-um-do their wounds still show int he afterlife?" there was quite a bit of fear in Jojo's voice as he wondered weather his master was dragging across Heaven in two halves or not.....
