Kingdom Hearts II The truth behind the world that never was behind the truck

I think it's just there to block off the area...and there was a truck/car in Deep Dive on the left side of Memory skyscraper, but it wasn't crashed just sitting there with it's lights on...

 

I thought Roxas drove the truk into there because he IS Sora's nobody.
Good thinking though!

 

I always just figured it saw just a pizza delivery truck that took a wrong turn. A VERY wrong turn.

 

I noticed the truck and wondered what it was all about.

I think it was just an added feature to give the world flavor,instead of buildings that look the same and are unenterable.

BTW its next to Memory's Skyscraper..no idea how you can miss it.

 

I think it just one of the add in things that the creators use to grab your attention. They are very interestion but usally meaningless && often used to distract you or waist your time - I know i waisted loads of mine :D

I think it's interesting.
I mean, look around you when you're in TWTNW. There's neon signs (like those that you'd find on hotels, bars, etc.), indicating that something lived there.
Also, in the picture timeless posted, you can see a car. That doesn't look like a truck.

So perhaps Nomura's trying to show that Org. XIII wasn't the only human-like Nobodies in the KH universe, and that once the Heartless started coming, the Nobodies were sort of pushed out of existence.

 

Your theories are based on guess work and personally i don't believe what you can't prove.

 

I agree, someone or something has inhabited that planet before, could TWTNW be a future Earth?

 

My theory was that it was Christmas time and Xemnas got emo, so he ordered a truckload of egg nogg. He got drunk and crashed the truck, but because he wanted to forget about it he left the truck there. Then, of course, Roxas and Axel snuck over and drank the rest of the egg nogg on Christmas Eve, with Axel firing flaming gas and Roxas singing Jesse McCartney songs. It's all in the RP Organization XIII Goes to an Amusement Park.

 

well then, I think that the World that never was was a copy of a disaster that happened on some world, and to give flavour to the world, pretending that The org has hearts...

 

I think it has something to do with BbS... no one ever said anything that the Organization created the World That Never Was...

 

Exactly; the surrounding area looks like a world taken over by the Nobodies.
And then the Heartless come and everything goes crazy. <_>

Anywayz, that would be neat if their were other human-like Nobodies.

I've always pondered on that Truck as well, spending about good five minues trying to figure out if I had to do something with it or not. xD
But it's a mystery.

Roxas and Riku learning to drive is EPIC.


Come to think of it... I did wonder about where the denziens of that world were. The place is filled with building, mostly apartment. [New York?? xD]
If TWTNW was indeed a modern town, and an inhibited city, and it was taken over by the Organization, then all the heartless and nobodies present there are the denziens. O.o

 

Or maybe there is another reason why the city is vacant...

And Organization XIII showed up after... I really doubt Organization XIII would go through all the trouble of wiping out a fully populated world...

Then again, the world seems well in tact... Perhaps the denizens are still there.

Also, the world was called "The Inbetween World" by Malificent, and Pete. They were reffering to the fact that The World That Never Was was in fact between both light and darkness... much like reality.

Also, all the Disney Worlds are extreamly happy and light, unlike our worlds... which can be terrorfiying and depressing.

Also, Disney Worlds do not exist, they never were (in our demention.) Perhaps to them, we never were... we do not exist!

 

hmm... I think you got a good point there, but I was merely throwing out random thoughts.

 

The City is Vacant because the nobody version of the Cloverfield monster killed all the humans, and destroyed the city. But the other nobodys re-built it.
