The True Keyblade War

OOC: I'm picturing a giant Neoshadow here,much like the Novashadow
Glen ran to the shoulder of the giant heartless and leapt up. He stabbed the keyblade into one of its eyes, and slashed at its face with his blade. The giant heartless hit him away with its arm that Glen had just run up. He went crashing into the ground,the keyblade narrowly missing him as it slammed into the ground beside him.

 

Mixt smirked "Well there goes that theory of mine. I did say it was inconclusive though. Now tell me this. How can you be so sure that you don't have ties to Xera's heart, and yet say that you would sense if someone else did? Without a connection to her heart you should be just as blind as me as to what else could be connected." Mixt said to Tracy. He no longer was worried about secrets here. He wanted Xera to be on the same page as him, hiding stuff from this man was useless. And it wasn't woth the inconvenience to hide it from the other one. "By the way, what is your name?" Mixt asked Tracy.

 

OOC: I was picturing Sora's giant shadow heartless...thing... whatever it's called. o-o

Xero herd Glen hit the ground, she turned and saw the giant heartless reaching out.
"Wake up Nick!" She shouted trying to absorb more darkness from him.

 

OOC: Darkside.

 

OOC: Yeah, that thing.

 

Glen stood up,using the keyblade to push himself up. "This thing..not so easy" he stated.

 

Xero ran next to Glen with both weapons in her hand.
"I think you're gonna need some help with this one." She said holding her weapons back handed glaring up at the heartless.

 

"Help would be appreciated" Glen stated.

 

Xero looked at the keyblade Glen was holding with somewhat of a worried look.
"I think that keyblade has something to do with all of this." She stated.

 

Glen looked at the keyblade. "Maybe,maybe i'm just getting weaker" he said.

 

"It could be draining you." Xero said as the heartless hit its fist to the ground inbetween them. Xero jumped out of the way before it would try to hit them again.

 

Glen was suprised. "Keyblades can do that?" he questioned.

 

"I'm Tracy. And sometimes I just know things." That came out wrong. "I'm not the reason for Rae's memories because they were there when I first came in." Tracy paused and thought back to when he had first saw Mixt and Xera. He hadn't really thought of her feeling things then. "I'm fairly certain that I have no connection to Rae because for the first seven years of my life I lived in the world that never was and was closely watched by my parents. And the rest of my life I remember vividly." Tracy looked at the risen dark portal. "We really have to go if we want to catch up to those keyblade weilders."

 

Mixt nodded and stepped through. It wasn't like he had much to lose here. If worse came to worse he could just open a dark portal of his own and leave. And Tracy was right, if they hadn't come by now, they weren't coming.

 

Xera realized that she couldn't focus on heartless forever. If Tracy would accompany them indefinately, she would need to just accept that she had no secrets. Plus, curiosity was getting the better of her. "The world that Never Was? Now what world is that?" She asked as she ran through the portal.

 

Tracy went through the portal and came out in the dark corridor. "It's hard to explain." Tracy said to Xera. "Now lets find those hero's."

 

Xera smiled. "Found 'em." The might of Keyblades were working faster than she had expected. The dark corridor itself was teeming with heartless, and the Keyblade wielders were fighting them. In fact, it almost looked like the Wielders were losing. "Well, it sure looks like we got here just in time." Xera once again summoned her blade and began to fight.

 

"I didn't see them there." muttered Tracy to himself, pulling out his blades and joining in the fight. How were the keybladers losing? Maybe it had something to do with the corridor. He was suddenly startled to realize that Xera was pleased with this. Why was she pleased that the wielders were losing? didn't she want to stop the prophecy? He was suddenly confused and exasperated with himself, didn't he have enough on his plate without worrying about Xera's feelings. He turned from Xera and tried to gather his thoughts. Hadn't he played people before, just to turn on them last minute? He was the expert. Xera was just the tool.

 

Xera was indeed pleased. Not so much that the wielders were losing, but that the heartless were in the dark corridor. This was another proof that the prohecy was coming true. This world will perish under the might of Keyblades. With no survivors, Keyblades themselves will clash and all the worlds will be consumed by the Darkness. Obviously, the might of Keyblades were destroying worlds left and right. And now the darkness was breaking down the walls between the worlds. It was reasonable to assume that the worlds themselves were next.

 

Glen saw Xera and Tracy enter the dark corridor. "Uh...hey" he said. He looked up. Time for round two he thought as he leapt up onto the giant forearm and began to run up it.
