The True Keyblade War

Glen turned to look at Xero. "And why do you need it so badly?" he asked,intrigued.

OOC: Ok,i'm off to bed. I'm that tired i almost typed "Gexln turned to look at Xero" lol, not to mention various other spelling mistakes in that one simple sentence. Night all lol this is me going to bed at 2:12am

 

OOC: Lawl okay, bye bye!

Xero just gave Glen a sarcastic look.
"I can't believe you really just asked me that..." She said burrying her face in her hand.
"D-Link can lend me powers from others that I can't use on my own. I usualy use it when ever I'm in tight situations." She explained.
"And due to him having it, I cant use them, and he could be using them for some...universal domination...thing...or something." Xero said not exactly knowing what she said.

 

Xera's head was swimming. The darkness was all around her and she could feel a dull pain somewhere on her person. Slowly the fog in her head cleared and she realized she was still alive. As she did so, the pain in her arm (For that's where it was) intensified until She felt she couldn't bear it any longer. That's when she opened her eyes. The darkness faded away and she found herself in Deep Jungle, with Tracy still passed out beside her and Master Mixt standing over her, protecting her from the heartless as a bodygaurd. Two new emotions welled up in Xera at that moment: relief that she was still alive, and embarrasment that she had lost control of herself when fighting with Tracy. Usually she had been able to fight that kind of battle easily, and she had lost control and even consiousness when facing this person. She stood up quickly, and almost fell back down again. She wasn't completely recovered from the fight. "Cura." She muttered the spell, and right away, she felt much better. the pain in her arm was gone and now she could think even more clearly. It was reasonable to assume that something had happened to her heart. This could explain the return of her emotions after an absence of forty years. And as for almost losing the fight, She hadn't had a decent battle in all those years of waiting, and it could be expected that she would not be as powerful as she had been. Also, she had been unable to concentrate on the battle because she had been focusing on her new-found emotions. Sufficiently convinced, Xera regained her composure and matter-of-fact capabilities and joined in the fight with the heartless. Thank you," She said to Master Mixt. She looked again at Tracy. "What should we do with him?"

 

Zurinax noticed Xera strange look when he arrived."Problem?" he asked with a smirk

 

"That was a fast recovery" Mixt said as Xera regained conciousness. "I'm not entirely sure. I don't trust him, but after your fight I'm thinking I would rather have him as an ally. If nothing else his powers are intriguing and he needs to be watched." After a few punches to heartless he heard Zurinax. "The problem here is you not pulling you weight" Mixt said, delivering a kick to a heartless to emphasize his point to Zurinax. Interesting company, Mixt thought to himself A normally stoic researcher that lost control of darkness. Another stoic that had the power to look into people's heads. And a keyblader that seemed overly naive. Speaking of naive where were the other keybladers. With how quickly they tore up this place he figured they would come to a battle with heartless like bees to a flower

 

Zurinax was defeated. "your rite" he said as he summoned his weapon to stop the heartless. "hows this?" he asked as he knocked out a few Heartless

 

Tracy was happy. He was in pain and slightly shaken, but he was happy. A hard fight like that was just what he'd needed. It reminded him that he wasn't all powerful, that he could be brought down. Tracy opened his eyes and saw he was still in deep jungle. Had he collapsed? Tracy searched his memory, yes he had collapsed, what next? He hadn't seen anything else. Of course you didn't see anything else, Tracy told himself, You blacked out remember. Tracy sat up with a small groan and rememberd Xera. He looked around and saw her fighting the heartless with master Mixt. Why didn't the heartless devour him? Why didn't She send them over to attack him? Tracy got to his feet with difficulty. Healing himself never occured to Tracy. He thought useing magic was cheating. Tracy slipped into the tree's and tried to go unoticed. "I like that girl." he whisperd to himslef his eyes on Xera, his mind focusing on her mind. "I like her alot."

 

As she fought the heartless , Xera smiled at Mixt's words, and at Zurinax's. He was finally starting to fight. As for Tracy, she had noticed. But she didn't know how she felt about him staying or leaving. How she felt? Xera almost laughed at the simple words, meaning so much and yet so little. She didn't know how she felt, but her logical reasoning made more sense. "Where do you think you're going?" Although Tracy had made her lose control, he obviously was a strong fighter, invaluable to the prophecy. She didn't want him to stay, but she couldn't allow him to leave. Besides, Master Mixt was right. A fighter that strong needed to be watched. She couldn't let him leave just to have him come upon them unawares at a later time. Keep your friends close, the old saying went, and your enemies closer.

 

Tracy stepped out of the tree's and gave Xera a dazzling smile. "If I had been going somewhere I would have been gone already." Tracy's black blades slashed through the air as he joined in the heartless fighting. "What prophecy are you talking about, Rae?" Tracy glanced at Master Mixt, who was he? And what part did a Nobody who could feel have to play?

 

"I didn't say anything about a prophecy." Xera was getting irritated at Tracy's mind-reading. "And I've already told you, My name is no longer Rae." She plunged her Keyblade into a nova shadow and realized that she felt irritation. After all these years, she had forgotten how annoying emotions were. Annoyance. Yet another emotion. Perhaps Tracy was the cause of this. She hadn't begun to feel until he had come into play. It also might have had something to do with Zurinax, or Master Mixt. It even could be Deep Jungle that was causing her to feel, although she didn't see how that might be. All her life she had lived at Radient Gardens, so Deep Jungle had no real meaning to her. Unless... was this where freed hearts gathered? The Heart of all worlds? She couldn't see that. No, this couldn't be the Heart of Worlds. It had seen too much destruction. A heart that strong wouldn't be affected as this one had been. turning swiftly, her keyblade slashed through three shadows and she grew impatient. The other keybladers should have heard the battle by now. Why weren't they coming to 'help'?

 

"You said everything about a prophecy." Tracy turned to Mixt and rolled his eyes, clearly exasperated at Xera's denial. Tracy destroyed a darkside and turned back to Xera. "I've been to Radiant Garden." He said, "It's a beautiful place." Tracy wondered why no one was coming to help or at least see what was going on. If he knew hero's they'd be here any minute, swinging their keyblades and trying to act stronger then they were. "I'm not the cause of your stupid feelings, anyway. I'm just as intrigued by this as you."

 

In between attacks Mixt took a few glances between Tracy and Xera. Xera was like an open book in his hands, but as far as has been shown thus far only Xera. It was far to early to try and claim that but it could be. But he was also intrigued by what he was saying about Xera. The presence of emotions at all seemed to be a suprise, rather than losing control of them. Why would she not have emotions? He had extracted a few hearts in his time but the body never remains. The body is annhiliated leaving you with not even a corpse. But what if the body was able to reform? Could the soul alone actually be powerful enough in some cases to bring the body back and keep it alive without a heart? That would explain her not having emotion. But then what of her emotions now? Could the heart be coming back to her? No, it would surely be a heartless. But what if the heartless was destroyed? No, not even then. It would surely be drawn to the other hearts that don't have bodies to return to. At this thought Xera's question to Zurinax echoed through his head. 'Where does the heart go?' That would explain why she wanted to know, but why would she be having emotions again now? There must be something to bring them. Is there a heart nearby that is connected to hers?

 

Xera was exasperated. Now he knew that she suspected him as the cause of her feelings? This man was simply too much to deal with. Her thoughts served her well, but she had to bury them deep or Tracy would be able to use them against her. So she focused on the heartless, thinking of nothing else. She slashed her blade into the nearest one and then turned to plunge it right into a nova shadow that had started to attack. Then, with a quick back handspring, she landed right next to Tracy and destroyed one that had risen behind him as well.

OOC: lol, I just had to throw my star wars bit in there too. It's not a direct quote, but it's close!

 

Xenree lost herself in her thoughts in the darkness again. Darkness...isn't that where I came from? It's the last thing I remember. That and these new people. I've never seen that boy in the darkness before. He had no keyblade...does that mean he's not included in the prophicy? I can feel them...the Keyblade wielders of Light. What was that line?.... 'Keyblade Wielders of Light and Dark shall clash in epic battle,
Causing the rip in peace and chaos to shatter and bind themselves to the endless fighting of harmony and destruction.' Xenree didn't like that part of the prophicy...it had no rhyme. Distracted she stepped out of darkness onto cobblestone again. Her boots scruffing the stone floor. Radient Garden...? Is this where that boy without a Keyblade has gone? Is that why I'm here? Or...am I following the path of a Keyblade Wielder?"

 

"Hmmm...we'll just have to get it back. How long,if you remember,was it since he attacked you?" Glen asked.

 

"A week before I met you, somewhere around there." Xero replied, "But I think we should hang on to this for any further needs." Xero said handing it to Glen, "Suits you more than it does me." She said with a shrug.

 

Glen examined the weapon closely as he held it. So this is what it feels like to hold a keyblade..it doesn't feel any different at all suprisingly he thought to himself. "If it was only a week ago,he couldn't have done too much damage with your D-Link" he stated.

 

"True, but still... Oh I'd be carful with that weapon if you use it, I felt a huge amount of darkness within it." Xero said, "Even though how much dark power you use it could still be fatal if you loose control." She said as she thought for a moment.

 

Glen smirked. "Me? Loose control? Not gonna happen" he said with a laugh.
OOC: The ironic thing there,is that in almost all of the other RP's he has been in,he HAS lost control! haha

Xero just gave Glen a, "You better not" look.
"So now that we've got that taken care of, we should probrably go to that castle place. Right? I've heard lots of weird things happen there." Xero said, "That bald guy may have been there too possably..."
