The True Keyblade War

"Nothing...you can satisfy" Glen replied. The effort became too much for him,and he laid down on the ground in pain.
OOC: Yeah,it IS kinda annoying lol

 

OOC: Lol... what Glen said sounded funny...XD

Xero became a little worried, "Are you... sure you're okay?"

 

OOC: Now that i read it again,it sounds slightly dirty lol
IC: "Do i LOOK okay?" Glen snapped.

 

Xero flinched then frowned, "Well you won't tell me what's wrong dumbass!" Sbe snapped back.

 

Master Xera needed a heart to follow, and his duty was to disrupt the keyblade weilders of light. In a setting like this is was too easy and they could take down two birds with one stone. This new Character though? Who is he? The positioning hardly seemed like a coincidence, and then to ask us what he was doing there? Was there an issue with his memory? And then there was the one that had followed them to the lab before, coming straight back. Again proving himself to be on an extreme of either cocky or stupid. Noticing Master Xera's action he almost smiled, almost. Mixt began to fight them bare-handed. His studies showed that heartless were not truly killed when defeated without a keyblade, allowing him to recycle them later. As well as the fact that he didn't really like using his keyblade. Furthermore, after each heartless was defeated Mixt spawned a few more to take its place, creating a Hydra effect to the battle. The harder everyone fought, the harder the battle became. Until eventually they got the results they wanted or they figured out why the heartless were really here.

 

"You wouldn't understand at all..nobody would.." Glen exclaimed,still laying on the ground.

 

Xero crossed her arms annoyed now.
"You don't know that Glen. Now just tell me."

 

"I hunger..for darkness" Glen said. The moment he said it,he felt slightly better. The pain was reduced to a dull ache,and he sat up,no longer groaning.

 

Darkness...Heh I just got done fighting that off and now it seems to be going crazy. Xero thought.
"Oh... yeah I know what you meen."

Nick almost forgot that he was standing there, considering he was still trying to take in everything that just happened. He looked at Trixis, realizing in a serious view they would've died without her. He didn't know how he could repay her. Everybody seemed hungry, and he was about to stick his hands in his pockets when his hand went right through and most of his pockets got slashed/blown up. Xero and Trixis seemed to be doing their own thing so he laid down and looked up at the trees, only now realizing how exhausted he was. Why did I even try to save Xero? She tried to kill me.. his mind filled with thoughts, as he started nodding off into sleep.

 

Xera was trying very hard not to laugh as she battled the heartless. Thrusting her blade into one of them and using her fist to deal with the one attacking from behind, she was barely able to keep a straight face. For one thing, She was drawing strength from the heartless as she fought them. For another, she was fulfilling her purpose. One had only to look at the jungle around them to see that her prediction was taking place. And finally, she was feeling exhilerated from using her Keyblade again. Why was it so addicting? Spinning in a complete circle, she destroyed five heartless and then in a downward strike, she took out two more. Yeah, she still could fight. Of course, these were only shadows, not a real threat. Still, she was thoroughly enjoying herself. Strange, she hadn't felt that way for some time. In fact, she couldn't really remember 'feeling' anything since she had lost her heart. Was it coming back to her? Or was she simply remembering how it felt? She would have to think about that later. For now, she thought that the battle could be taken up a notch. So she summoned a more powerful enemy: a darkside.

 

Xero stood up in front of Glen.
"I think you could at least eat something. Come on." She said walking back over to where Trixis and Nick were.
She noticed Nick lying down on the ground. She lightly kicked him in the shoulder.

 

Nick felt a slight nudge in his shoulder and quickly sat up, "Yes?" he asked, looking up at Xero and feeling a tiny twinge of annoyance. He looked over at somebody else with him..he'd never seen him before. But he could sense darkness. Before you know it he's gonna start trying to kill me he thought, chuckling a little bit.

 

Glen got up and followed Xero quietly.

 

Xero smiledsome, "Oh this is Glen, he's a friend of mine." She said as her smile quickly faded away as she asked a question she'd been wanting to ask.
"...Why did you save me...Even after I almost killed you...?"

 

"Well, technically I didn't save you, you saved yourself, I just got my ass kicked twice." he smiled a little bit, "But I guess nobody deserves to suffer, even when they try to slash you to pieces, am I right?" he replied, smiling and getting up.

 

Xero blinked, she felt bad for puting him in a death fight like that. She didn't intend for it to go that far.
"I'm sorry..." She said looking at the ground.

 

"It's fine," he said, patting Xero on the shoulder gently, giving a friendly grin, "Starts out as one thing, gets a bit too far. Let it go, things happen. So anyway..." he frowned for a second, forgetting what he was going to say, "Whats the plan now? Or are you just ditching me?" he asked, a sly smile on his face.

 

Xero shook her head, "I've actually been looking for someone." She said, "Someone who kidnapped me and dumped me in Twilight Town then took something of mine. I also have amnesia now after all of that, so I can;t really remember a whole lot. I was wondering if you would come with me to help." Xero said with a wondering look.

 

"Amnesia. I'm an expert on that, got my memory wiped when I was 10. I'm in." he looked over at the other kid, wondering who he was.
