The Time Spiral

OOC: Apparently Starseeker left? how do we get a third now?
BiC: Hickari thought for a moment. "I don't particularly know anybody here, so i wouldn't have a clue who else we could get. The closest i've come to knowing somebody here was that Sess guy, and even then i've only seen him a couple of times back at Radiant Garden, never talked to him, i'm not even sure he knows i exist" Hickari said, thinking aloud.

 

Even with his limited knowledge about other worlds, Kaito had figured that the stars that he was looking at from inside the window of the ship were the other worlds. I wonder witch star is Destiny Island? He thought to himself as he slightly reclined in his chair and started to relax throughout the ride.

 

Alister listened to Skylar and Hickari with interest, smiling as the spoke about needing a third member. He moved from his spot and approached them, smiling widely with his arms out wide. "Hello," he hailed them, bowing low as he closed the distance. "My name is Alister..." the youth explained, for he wanted to be courteous. He introduced himself earlier, back when the rest of the Wielders have done so.

Alister arose from the bow. "And I seem to be shy of two people. At this rate, I'll faill the Exam!" Alister added, his joke carrying a certain, unnerving weight.

Sess flew Solace as fast as he dared, wanting to approach the World as soon as possible. The flight, once a delightful run, came to an abrupt end. Coming into view was a glowing blue sphere. It almost looked like water was surrounding a sun, so beautiful was it. However, upon closer inspection, a hand of Darkness gripped it, squeezing it tightly. White cracks were visible if they squinted, and from those cracks were black flame with sickly yellow lights.

Heartless.

Fortunately and unfortunately, Sess flew the ship too fast for it to slow. Sess gritted his teeth and turned to them. "Hang on tight!" He growled to them as he, too, braced himself for impact.

 

Hickari jumped onto the opportunity of having a group at last. "Then you should join us! The three of us would ace this exam, especially when i'm part of it!" he exclaimed gleefully, practically jumping up out of excitement.

 

Skylar turned and looked at the male who introduced himself as Allister. She smiled.

Finally, our thrid team mate.

The pinkette chuckled Welcome to the team Allister." She said egerly. They really needed this last memeber to start the exam! "Now with our third memeber we should see Hikari. Let's go." The girl turned and hurried on toward the master's office.

 

Hickari walked behind Skylar, following her to Hikari's office. He wasn't quite sure what to expect to be told. He hoped it was something dangerous, something to definately test his skills. A grin appeared on the youngster's face as he thought of the possibilities.

 

Solace plunged into the crystalline barrier, but met no resistance. The world accepted them, and in their pockets did the crystal shards glow brightly. The gummi flew into the mysterious lost world fast enough that the darkness couldn't follow their route, and met a resistance unlike any other. Impenetrable. The darkness outside went into a frenzy, beating at the barrier with renewed fury, enraged that it could not go in wholly like a black tsunami. And so, like the waves of a vast ocean, it beat into the barrier, bashing at it until it gave way.

A new crack appeared...

As Solace crash landed onto Atlantis, Katia and Kaito would awaken from the rough landing with a few bumps on the head and quite a few bruises. When they gathered their wits, they would realize that Sess was missing... and what's worse, was that the gummi gave a pitiful whine as it died and smoke flew out from every exhaust... and the engines would appear busted up.​

Were they to look out the window or leave the ship, the two Wielders would realize that they were in quite an idyllic place. Architecture of grand beauty surrounded them, though over the years there would be some vines spiraling around colossal columns. They would also note that there were many boats and many dark-skinned, white-haired, and blue-eyed people with mystical tattoos of archaic design. Around their necks were the same crystal shards that they, even Sess, possessed, glowing brightly. They were all young and beautiful, something of grand beauty. The sky was dismal, a faint twilight that came from a light-source mimicking the setting sun on other worlds.
Their ears heard the constant flow of water, and perhaps a waterfall, and there was a faint hiss off in the distance.​

This was Atlantis, the lost world that resided outside of Time.​

Sess awoke with a start, far from the crash site. He was, in all honesty, on the other side of the mystic city, on the other side of a wooden bridge. He slowly rose to his feet, wincing at the bump on his head, and dusted himself off. He was at the entrance of a cave, which was covered in moss and vines, and he himself was surrounded by tropical flora. The Wielder shook his head, but quickly stopped as he realized that it made him dizzy and sick. He heard the echoes of people and vehicles far behind him, but he took a step forward and began making his way into the cave...​

When Kaito finally recovered from the crash, he looked around to see where they were. By what he could tell they were in Atlantis which was looked like a beautiful place to stay. The next thing he noticed was that Sess was missing and the ship was in no flying condition. Great, what're we supposed to do now?

 

Sakura had walked in the Chamber of Awakening. She looked around to see if anyone was around. This room is so empty. I wonder if I'm in the right place.She thought to herself.
