donald's feathers are ruffled. i know why donald is evil now! every time in a mutant duck's life, he starts to shed his feathers.... and they get evil during the process. just keep donald in a small room, with no windows for about 2 months until he is done shedding. his voice will be clear as a bell after his shedding too.
