Implemented The smiley's need work again.

You know how we were at least trying to fix (I'm not sure if it ever got done) the smileys so that they don't have a white box around them? :lolface:

Like that. Well, I dunno if we did something with them before, but that needs to be done again. The white box around them needs to be removed.

 

I believe that's the only one with the white box, but the other ones are choppy. I suppose I can start on a few but I have other things to do... Smilies aren't really high on my priority list, but I can probably rope Wolfie into helping me. ;D

Oh god I made them with the white box because I was lazy and didn't think the skin would be changed xDD
