The 'Silent' Era

OOC: *waves* Made it! I think I'm stuck in some kind of forcefield right now, not too sure about that...

 

OOC: PHRAISE THE LORD! * CLears Throat* No Your not, anyway...back to the plot. Nice to talk to you by the way. ^.^.

The nearby buildings shrunk out of view as a giant castle came into view...Sora's base. The final battle was coming up. A Black Portal appeared, it was the only way.

Kiba appeared infront of it, loking back to see if Jade or Xidar were there.

 

OOC:

Umm, I'm not?

 

OOC: Nope, I waved my magic Stump and freed you.

 

OOC: *sweatdrop*

Jade let out a pained outcry as both the barrier and the mutilated man disappeared in a startlingly bright flash of white light. Acting on reflex only, she hurled clouds of ash through the air with her sword until it was opaque enough for her to see. Blinking spots from her vision, she saw everything surrounding her, all assailants, seemed to have disappeared without a trace.

A single word escaped from between her lips. "Kiba," she breathed, seeing him standing before a dark portal. Without another look back, she sprinted for him.

 

OOC: YAY! Jade!

BIC: Xidar saw Jade rush off and followed her. What is going to happen to us I wonder she thought whilst running.

 

Kiba, saw Jade and Xidar, he sighed a sigh of relief, but it soon ended, the ground shook. Parts of it broke, he was balancing one foot, he looked down, Oblivion. He said nothing.

" Sora...it's time... " He said and waited for the other two to catch up.

 

"Oh, this is bad," Jade muttered, precariously hopping across bits of solid ground, relying entirely on her training as a martial artist to keep her balance. "Please tell me this is part of the plan?" she asked as soon as she was close enough to Kiba.

 

Xidar ignored oblivion and carried on hopping until she was about ten meters away from Kiba. "ALRIGHT SORA! Come on! I've betrayed you! You want me dead don't you?" Xidar yelled waiting for something to happen.

 

Kiba grunted, " Come on! " He said to both of them and flicked his hand, a Dark Portal appeared, he ran intside. Then appeared in Sora's castle. He looked around. He grunted once more.

 

Xidar carried on waiting, but when it got too much she ran across and jumped in after Kiba.

 

"Oh yay; more dark portals," Jade muttered under her breath. With Oblivion nipping at her heels, she had little choice and leapt in.

"Oh." Momentarily slack-jawed, she glanced around the inside of what must be part of Sora's Castle. "Oh." Hanging on one of the walls was a painting; she strode over to it and glared at it for a moment. "Oh, this'll be worth money."

 

Xidar looked at the same painting. "That is worth alot. Sora stole it off a great artist. He said it was one of the best and most expensive paintings ever. I don't know if he was lying or not though."

 

Kiba walked on, soon met by Nobodys, of which he disposed of. He finished by getting to a single door room. He looked around. " What is this? " He muttered, he was confused.

 

OOC: Ow, ow, ow... coming down the stairs I almost broke both my ankles...

"You don't remember it?" Jade asked warily, hefting her sword in her hand.

 

" No. " He said roughly to Jade as he turned to her, just looking at her, then turned and ran to a wall, putting his hand he said nothing. He then hit the wall with his foot. He felt a shockwave in himself as he stopped. " Damn Wall... " Kiba muttered under his breath.

 

Xidar carried on walking to catch up with the others. "What are we doing here then?"

 

"Right, and what exactly did you expect that to solve?" Jade shook her head and stepped closer, tapping her fist against the wall. "It looks to be a fairly recent modification," she continued, staring down at where it met the floor. "Look," she pointed. "There's a stain there that, from the pattern visible, should continue further. There should be something on the other side."

 

"Huh? This wall? Yeah this is a secret door. Watch." Xidar walked over to it and rested her hands against the bricks.

 

Kiba said nothing, he sighed, he wasn't as samrt as he thought.

" You tow go ahead, I'll look for traps. " Kiba said and turned around, not waling off yet. He waited.
