The 'Silent' Era

Well, this is my first shot at a Roleplay...Here goes nothing.

A man in a black cloak was walking through a hallway. Each time he passed a door, he had a flash back. He stopped at a door way, looking in, he saw The Three E.S. fighting, he watched, as one of them was frozen, then thrown down. He saw more events unfold, and, saw Kingdom Hearts. He walked on.

Crossing over many, many more doors, the man came to the second-to-last door. He peered in, and saw a young boy fight an E.S. He weilded a keyblade, it had a Steel hadbar with yellow metal around it. The keychain had a mouse's head. He also saw a Duck and a Dog. Seeing them win, they walked off, into a coversation. "He was wanting to engrave my heart...with his hate for Xehanort. " Sora said, as Donald and Goofy thought.

" Xehenort is Xenmas, but we already destroyed him, and Ansem. Plus, the real ansem died, remember? " Donald asked. Sora nodded, Goofy did also.

The man then looked away, he went to the final door. He entered into it. As soon as the door shut, he saw a familar face.

" So, have you decided yet...? Are you turning on us? " The familar face asked, smiling.

The man in the black cloak, pulling down his hood, said, " Ofcouarse, I am. ". " Too bad, you turned out to be a really strong Guy, if you kept on saving people, Sora." He said.

Sora smiled, he had his Kingdom Key appear in his hand. He rushed at the man, who, blocked it. They both jumped back, it started to rain inside the room. They leapt into the air and clashed again, Sora's keyblade agasint the man's red blade. They flipped, each of them going into complex movements with their weapons, using all of their powers to the maxiuim. At last, Sora found an opening, hitting the man, he landed. He fell onto his kness. Sora's Kingdom Key at his neck.

" Just because I took Xenmas's place but gave the Organization people instead of nobodys, makes me bad? Well...Goodbye, my old friend. " Sora said as he raised his blade, and brought it downwards at the man.

After that, everything strangely grew silent...

Well, sorry for the long Intro...but basicly, Sora has turned into the new Organization XIII leader, and has recruited people. His 'old' friend tried to stop him but aparently was killed. So, you have one of two choices, try to defeat Sora, or join him.

Romance is allowed but remember, the game really didn't have much of it.

Personality: Kiba is mostly calm, and thinks things out. yet likes to Cut down people. He does have a bruitile(sp?) side but it is rare to see it. He mostly is silent.

Appearance: Kiba has short black hair, deep, dark green eyes with tanned skin. He is about Six feet tall. He usually wears a black cloak(Similar to the person Sora fought, Organizaion Style).

Short History: Little is known about Kiba except that when he had turned on his own, the Organizaion had started to chase him, and anyone that was with him.

Weapon: Shadowsword- a scimitar that can cast waves of ash over a battlefield. Only the wielder of the Shadowsword can see clearly through the haze.

Personality: Cool and calculating, Jade would just as soon switch sides when it appears the others would serve her interests better. She's not above using her feminity to get what she wants from males. Is extremely vengeful; her talent for holding grudges is second-to-none.
Appearence: Long, dark-brown hair, green eyes, pale skin. About 5'6". Wears a black pilot's jumpsuit.
Short History: Gummi ship pilot, Jade fights Sora for the simple reason that she assumes he has unaccountable wealth hidden away for the taking.

 

OOC: In. I like that Ash Wave, reminds me of something...I really don't lie starting out just with two people but since no one is joiing now, Want to start?

 

OOC: We don't have to start immediately, but I'm game if you are.

 

OOC: In a little while, but dang! I've been on this site for a week, and I just got lost...No joking here...I'm going to start now. Ok? ANYONE ON?

 

OOC: ...It appears to be just me and you. YOu don't want to give it more time, see if more people join in?

 

OOC: No, I think if the Plot starts to move, people might join in. Going to see if a person I know would like to join. Also, I'm lagging so that's why I'm slow today.

 

OOC: Well, it's your plot... start whenever you want.

 

The air was humid, no sound was heard except from the Pub and Diner that was ahead. It started to rain lightly, Old men telling tales about Sora and whatnot. Kiba opened the door to the pub, if he was going to hunt Sora down, he would need a mode of Transportation.

He sat down to himself, watching all in the pub, seeing if anyone looked like they could pilot a Ship. Sighing deeply, he pulled his hood up.

 

A dark-haired female put both her feet up on the table and crossed them at the ankle. Her seat was in the corner, near the back, facing the door so she could see everyone who walked in. She took a sip of her drink and casually cast her gaze around the crowded pub. Drug deals, gambling, and violence ran rampant in this area; keeping one's back to the wall was not only a precaution for the learned, but a necessity to staying alive.

Her green eyes narrowed as she watched a man enter the pub, sit down, and almost immediately pull up his hood. She set down her glass on the table, uncrossed her feet, and headed over to his table; she had never seen this man before, and in her experience, unknown variables were a sure path to the authorities finding your body facedown in a ditch by morning.

 

Kiba's head slightly turned, seeing a women approch, he stayed still. On his back he had a shealth, that wasn't empty. The old men looked at him as he started to talk.

" There was a time, when Sora wasn't mad and evil, you know. " He told them and they laughed, saying " Good one Lad." or " Funny Boy you must be. ". He frowned under his hood. The person who ran the pub said to Kiba.

" Don't be spreadin that stuff in me pub, I don't want them nobodys in here, or Sora himself, don't talk about nonsense! " Kiba sighed in return, everyone was happy under Sora's rule it seemed, Kiba wasn't.

" Why be afraid of Nobodys? After all there not even people. That's what led to the downfall of the first Organization. " Kiba replied calmly. He then looked directly at the women.

 

The female's eyebrow rose. It wasn't every day someone had the courage to badmouth Sora in public. This could be interesting. "Nobodies aren't people, you say?" she repeated, sliding into the booth across from him. "Debatable, but let's say it's true. If so, you have some very good sources of information." She steepled her fingers and peered over them at the hooded man. "The name's Jade. I'm the best pilot this run-down dump of a world's got. And you are... interesting."

 

" Either that or I've been around. " Kiba replied, " Nobodys have NO heart, thus no Emotions and their an emtpy vessel. " Kiba said to her. " Nice to meet you. " he said, while taking his hood down, his scar in plain sight now. " I'm Kiba, or as everyone else calls me, Outsider. " He said calmly.

" Your a Pilot eh? I've been searching for one, that can fight also...to go on a, small trip. " Kiba said slowly. The Pub owner was frowning, his face turning red.

" Out of my PUB! " He shouted at Kiba, who coughed queitly. " Let the Nobodys see if you can back-up what you say boy! " He said again.

" I'm sure you'd like the outcome, of Nobody's piled outside your Pub, Sora coming down, maybe killing a few? To find out. If you think that will shut me up, it won't. Sora is just a weak-minded fool who sought out power. " Kiba said back and stood up, pulling his hood up.

He turned to Jade, " May I see your Ship? " He asked her in a normal tone. The Owner of the Pub's face looked like it was going to blow up, Kiba was nice and didn't laugh. He knew Nobodys were coming now...More fighting for Him.

 

OOC: I've been watching too much Death Note... I keep wanting to call you "Kira". Did you by chance name yourself after the main character of Wolf's Rain?

The corner of Jade's lip quirked in an almost smile, and she tossed a coin to the barkeep. "This way," she inclined her head in something that almost could have been interpreted as respect and gestured for Kiba to walk ahead of her as she held the door open. Glancing up at the clouded sky, a frown crossed her face at the light rain. "So, tell me," she said conversationally, flicking her green eyes over the man to take his measure as they walked. "Where exactly do you plan to go? I'll have you know I don't do anything for free."

 

OOC: Nope, I haven't seen that, is it good? I got the name...About a year ago..Don't remember how.

Kiba walked along side her, Staring into the sky. " Some people would kill me for what I'm going to do, or take my Heart away. " He said to her, then looked directly at Jade. " Jade, I'm going to kill Sora...if you provide help and transportation, I'll give you all the wealth in wherever he lives at know. " Kiba told her calmly. Taking a breath he said.

" When Sora had just turned to becomin an Insane freak, I fought him. It was a long battle, we each used the most complex sword techniques we could think of, I used to be on his side. Until I betrayed him that is. " Kiba paused, checking over his shoulder.

" At last he found an opening and striked me, I was down, he attacked. " Kiba stopped and tok down his hood, pointing to his scar. " I almost died that night, After that, I swore I would hunt him down, and I need you and your Ship to help. " Kiba said lastly, taking a breah and sighing.

 

OOC: Both Death Note and Wolf's Rain are amazing anime; DN somehow managed to knock out Fullmetal Alchemist as my all time favorite anime, which is shocking.

This time, Jade couldn't stop a disbelieving expression from crossing her face. "Remarkably open with a stranger, aren't you?" she managed at last, schooling her face into a state of impassiveness. "I don't know whether that means you trust me, or you're just stupid." She stopped walking and placed her palm against Kiba's chest. "I need proof that you're not some flunky of Sora's who's going to turn me in for treason," she said softly, her green eyes glaring unflinchingly into his darker green.

 

" I guess, I'm Stupid and trust you. But if I was one of Sora's flunkies, wouldn't I have done something already? " Kiba said as he was cut off, there, infront of them...was Sora.

" Well Well Kiba, looked what you got there, a friend? I thought you would be exiled from the City? After the little ' Incident' that you caused. " He said and looked at Jade, " Why are you with a Outsider? When you could join me? He speaks foolishness. " Sora asked Jade. But what he didn't see was what Kiba was doing.

Kiba's left hand twiched, as small bursts of lightning appeared he grabbed his cloak and ripped it off, showing his black jeans and shirt. He had his blade appear in his left hand, charging Sora, his blade down, ripping the ground up.

" You scared me for life, it's your turn! " Kiba shouted and jumped into the air, his free hand sent Lightning down on Sora, who was paralizyed(sp?). Kiba then spun, using a Complex move, did flips and slashed at Sora, who landed back, covering his face.

" Why you! " He said in pure hatred. Strill waiting for an answer from Jade.

 

Jade flipped back and summoned the Shadowsword. Her eyes flicked between the two combatants, weighing her options. She could either work with this complete stranger and fight what seemed likely to be a loosing battle against Sora, or she could simply drive her sword into Kiba's back and rid herself of both problems.

Indecision slowed her movements, and then she knew this hesitation would cost her. Sora would assume her a traitor for pausing. Her best hope was to throw her lot in with this Outsider and hope for the best. With a battle cry, she hurled herself forward and feinted with her blade, snapping her right leg up into a viscious side kick that sent the already pained Sora flying backwards. "Come on!" Jade ordered. "To the ship, before he gets up."

Not waiting to see if Kiba had followed, she pulled her sleeve up and keyed a complicated sequence into a small wristband. At the spaceport, a whine of engines starting up could be heard clear across the city. "The Blaze of Glory," she announced proudly as it soared into the sky, following the slave circuit embedded in her wristband.

Her eye narrowed, and she held Shadowsword in a low guard, waiting for the inevitable assault Sora would make before the ship could get there.

 

Sora wasn't done, he jumped at Kiba, making it harder for him to escape, They were in a tight sword lock. Not moving, either of them.

" Give it up...you know you can't win! " He sneered ruefully at Kiba. Kiba saw the ship in the sky, he had no choice. He flipped backwards, Shouting, Nobodys came around, they attacked him, and he sent them back at Sora who destroyed them.

Kiba was running up a building, his red blade in hand, he saw the ship, ~ My only chance! ~ He thought as he jumped into the ship, through a window, Sora sent lightning, at it. Kiba thrusted his blade and deflected the lightning. After that Sora disappeared.

Kiba fell on his back, part of his right arm was burnt.

OOC: I think I misread the post...Is she in the Ship?

 

OOC: No, I am not yet in the ship; it is on autopilot. I shall be joining you in the ship momentarily.

A curse flew from between Jade's lips as she watched Kiba jump through an open window in the Blaze of Glory. "When the hell did I leave a window open?" she muttered to herself. "Come on Jade; you're slipping." She raised Shadowsword and slashed it back and forth. A heavy rain of ash materialized from the blade's edge and filled the air. Though the haze was only slightly opaque to her vision, she knew it completely blinded anyone not holding her weapon. She keyed another sequence into her wrist, and the hatch opening, releasing the landing ramp.

"No time for that," she told the ship as it started to set down. Jade leapt into the air and dashed inside, keying for it to close. "Out of the way!" she snapped at Kiba, sliding into the pilot's seat and activating the controls that hadn't already been activated by the slave circuit (autopilot) with one hand and strapping herself in with the other. The acceleration pushed her back in her back in her seat; she didn't turn to see if Kiba had managed to strap himself in before blasting into space.

She carefully examined the sensors before letting up on the accleration easing her ship into a steady cruise. "We're not being followed," she declared, turning her seat. "Yet. Now, I'm assuming you have a plan that involves me not getting killed?"
