The Shinigami

Story~The Ministry of Hades.
The largest bureaicratic institution in Purgatory, The Land of The Dead.
The ministry's largest department is the Judgment Bureau which is ruled by the king of Hell.
The Jugment Bureau's elite Summons Department specializes in handling problem cases.
Its special agents are called Shinigami or Guardians of Death, who are highly respected highlevel officials.
They are those who die with regrets and are tested in the afterlife.
The King of Hades chooses from among them...
Those chosen are given new bodies and new lives.
They can pass between both worlds, of the living and dead, in order to solve the cases they are given.
In some cases, they might even have to take lives.
In others, they give it and give new hope.
To do this,they each have special powers related to their life.
All shinigami learn how to summon special creatures and magic.
They work in pairs in order to discourage violations of the rules.

A new set of recruits are in, along with some seniors, and a whole mess of new cases.
They're assigned to a specific place and a partner.
Witht heir abilities, they solve cases given to them and maybe even find out how they died.
During the assignmets, you're on your own. I will offer assistance every now and then,but i'll try to let you and your partner finish it.
There will be times where all the shinigami will fight together during cases.
Can they solve them all while learning how to adjust to each other?

Due to a conversation i had, I will allow characters that are not Shinigami. Only ONE per person though. (after all, this is called the Shinigami)
You may have one other human or demon (Note: as a main charcterish. during cases, you may have as many as you want as long as they disappear later) The human or demon can be good or bad. ALL Shingami are good. (in a sense) Any questions, comments, or concerns about this pm me. *sigh* i wonder how this decision'll turn out....
