The Shadow Period

"My evil side says leave it as a surprise and watch his little doggy face drop when he sees the happy family. Oh yes, and time moves differently there. A day here is a year there. So tomorrow they will have been alone together a year."

"She didn't. I suppose as long as it takes for them to train together. I like you more and more. You're actually colder than me!"

"Of course. We can't let Zarax & Kyla steal all the glory. They are training to achieve some kind of merging. Not sure what that entails, but it sounds awful. Imagine a being made up of those two! I'll tell you what, you train the others with shadows, and I'll act as the aggressor. As you see I can escape shadows, and they won't hurt me. You'll need a target for them, and as everyone hates me, I'm ideal!""

 

''well ur shadow form isnt really made of shadows its a shadow creatures true power........and wat would zarax and kyla look like merged together.......''

Zarax woke up he got up and cheaked on Ark he picked young Ark up and put him on his back, Zarax then woke up not wantting to invade Kylas privacy he knocked twice and then waited. Zarax looked back at Ark who looked so happy and Peacful, Zarax knew that soon Ark would start looking up to Kyla as a mother and Zarax as a father, Zarax smiled at the fact that he was helping two people, Zarax just hoped that nothing would go wrong when they got back.

 

Kyla yawned and padded over to the bedroom door. She opened it and saw Zarax standing there. "Good morning!" She kissed him on the cheek. "Is Ark still asleep?" she whispered.

Kyla felt warm that Zarax was there to greet her when she awoke. She knew that this was what she wanted in life. She hugged Zarax, he really wanted to have the same sort of life that she wanted. Nothing would go wrong or stop them this time, Kyla would see to that. She would be the mother of this family, and she would love and protect them.

She looked at Zarax. "What do you want in life, if anything was possible? Not what Ark or I want, but you, Zarax. What is your deepest desire?"

 

zeke looked up at the sky.............

{the shadows are restless this could only mean that something unexpected is going to happen......}

 

Gharanth nodded at him. "How's Scarlet's training going. We may need her help. I will do the best I can, but it's a shame Kyla's not here. She is the light warrior."

 

'' scarlet's white magic and boxing fighting skillz are all ready at their limit and she all ready has a shadow form and knows quickenings so shes all ready......''

"Well knowing our luck his shadow form chases sticks and scratches himself behind the ear with his foot...... I'm not sure he even has a shadow form. Hey, Kyla's been gone a day already."
