The Shadow Period

''hmph.........*picks up scarlets body and take the box* dont worry viper those shadows are going to hold u for only 6 hours''

''get both u and ur friends for this.......i'll make sure ur friends suffer while u just watch........

zeke left with out saying anything.........

 

"Where are we going to go now?"

"Shall we use the car?"

 

*goes to were kyla and necros is*

''*pants* im so tired that ritual took alot out of me..........''''

 

"Everyone get in the car. I'll drive if no one else can."

Kyla took them to the garage where a large car was stored. She went over to Zeke, smiled and touched his chest. Purple light entered him, giving him energy.

"Take only possessions that you need."

She turned to Necros. "Please sit next to me."

 

"Right."Gets in.

 

Kyla helped Zeke put Scarlet in the car and helped him settle in.

"I've just got to get something."

She ran upstairs to the master bedroom and retrieved the crystal on the chain. Slipping it in her pocket, she ran down stairs.

"Come on everyone, hurry!"

 

Zarax watched Kyla run down the stars he ran straight to her grabbing her hand as he ran running to the car "We can go to mine, if anything happens no one will be able to get there Ive hidden it from tracking abilities" Zarax had never been in a car he had always flown everywhere his wings wouldnt fit in the car so he got out "Follow me Ill be flying above" Zarax then flew into there extrememly fast he then hovered 10+ metres above the car and waited for it to start he then started flying.

 

"Ok, though I have a beach house. We can use that if we need to. I'm driving the rest. Not everyone can fly, and I'm still too weak to run far. Necros saved my life, but I still need to recover. Viper is only restrained. Oh well, the house is insured!"

Kyla climbed into the now full car and started the engine.

Kyla put her foot on the accelerator and watched Zarax. She had a determined look on her face, as well as a bad temper. Something was upsetting her.

 

Zarax felt Kyla's emotion.
{What is wrong? I cant tell somethines is.....}
Zarax then fell out of the air he had either been hit or just fell unconcious it was unknown with the last ounce of strength he tried to land softly on the side of the road.

 

Kyla pulled over. 'It's a good job I don't keep passing out.'

She dragged Zarax to the car and shoved him inside. "Sorry about the squash."

She set off again and turned to everyone, "Beach anyone!"

 

Starr watched as Zarax fell, Starr was about to force her wings open then realised Kyla had got him in the car. The car was full, she forced her wings open and flew over to the car and landed on top . Star held onto the luggage rack and put away her wings again.
" Can i join you for the beach"

 

"The more the merrier!" Zarax was in the car whether he wanted to or not. Kyla didn't have time to mess about.

She sped off, wanting to get as much distance between them and Viper.

 

Zarax opened his eyes and looked around everything was red and fuzzy his eyes wear a dark red and his back where the wings connected where hurting alot. Zarax didnt want Kyla to see him in Pain so he telported out of the car and sat on the roof with Starr.
{Kyla, Im only above.}

 

Kyla sighed. All she wanted to do was go to safety. She knew the wings would make Zarax uncomfortable, but it was better than him and the others being dead at Viper's hands.

'It alright. Are you safe up there?'

 

Zarax nodded though no one could see.
{Yes I am fine, dont worry, if Viper tries to attack this car I will sheild it with these wings}
Zarax thought about what Zeke must have been going through, he then thought about his own past, but it made him uncomfortable so he stopped.

 

"Relax Zarax your hurting, are you well enough to be on the car, don't fall and push me off will you. I am not strong enough to catch you, I am only 5 feet 5 remember."
Starr couldn't wait to get off the car , she felt a bit uncomfortable , Zarax was huge compared to her if he fell she couldn't catch him, but could lift him with her mind with her powers ,but only Kyla had seen this,and Kyla had told no-one, Starr wanted to keep some things secret unless absolutley neccessary , she had the eliment of surprise if needed then.
