The Shadow Period

Kyla ran to Zarax. She saw the bleeding and immediately prepared to heal him. Her hands rested over his chest and purple energy flowed into his body, sealing the wounds leaving no scars. She could see that this would not be enough, the damage was severe, and he would die unless she did more. She had one last option. Supporting him gently in her arms, she smiled down at him. "Part of my life to replace that which you have lost."

At this she lifted his head up and gently kissed him, allowing her life force to flow into him. She weakened as her life shortened.

"I do love you, I love you all. I said I would be there for you. You should have told me about this. I would have understood."

Kyla collapsed next to Zarax.

 

scarlet then sees kyla and zarax in the portal knocked out........

scarlet then took both of their bodies and took them in kyla's house and she put them on the beds
