Zarax jumped back and stood infront of everyone "If you must do anything then do it to me!! I will not let my family be hurt, is there anyway I can do something. "

 

"No Zarax, you don't have to protect everyone. I would be happier if you stayed by me. You take too much on yourself."

Kyla was worried that she would lose him in such a fight as he was still recovering from his previous transformation. She wanted him to be safe, and knew he would feel driven to protect her, though she could protect herself.
