Did anyone even pay attention to him... , 'cause he makes perfect sense. Besides, don't they show Terra with Ven a lot?

 

Yeah, and looking at the picture, I still don't think it's Terra. If you look Terra has armor on his left shoulder and nothing on his right arm besides the wrist band. If he was standing there looking at Ven the arm you can see clearly wouldn't have anything (visible) on it.

Even if he was facing the other way, the shape doesn't match what he wears on his arm.

 

Terra is at Destiny Island while Ven is at Twilight Town isn't it?
They watch sora and riku play, but at different coast?

 

yo yo it is probably Terra's shadow but maybe it could be Axel before he became a nobody hair would maybe kinda match lol

I see it know, I can believe it being Terra good save. The pants are alot like his, although those sleeves throw me off, cause they are different. But so far this makes the most sense/

I say it's not any of the above and it is someone we are either completely forgetting about or someone not introduced, or hell, even a character in a different outfit, I mean, they're human, they CAN change clothes...

 

I agree with moodkip, i mean come on, its just a shadow. -_-' you dont know, maybe it was just a random screenshot taken from the game. maybe they didnt even nothiced the shadow when they published it.

(but, i think the hair looks like Riku.)
