The Sanctuary

"O-Okay..." Rea walked towards the bike and put a foot on one of the extensions. "So... what's your name?" Rea asked, trying to start a conversation with the man.

 

Kicking up the stand, and placing his helmet on the girls head, the delivery boy put the girl's arms around his waist.

"We'll have time for introductions later, but for now call me....Larenzo."

Ringing his bell, they sped off into the distance.

 

Rea nodded and repeated the name over in her head to insure she wouldn't forget it. She would tell him her name later. After all, they would have their introductions later. Rea held tight to Larenzo's waist so she wouldn't fall off.

 

Pushing the old bills into the trashcan, Eva sat down, thunking her head against the table and closing her eyes. So many...but they were all done at last. She smiled to herself, rubbing her forehead against the table. She had done them all, thank god.

 

Infront of a towering apartment complex, Larenzo and rea ground to a halt. Craning his head upward, he took in the sight. It was a nice pad, no doubt. The people in there must be loaded.

Unlatching the grub, he started to walk up the stairs, yellin back to Rea.

"Stay down here ok? I'll be right back."

climbing up the steps, Larenzo stopped infront of the mahogony door and banged on the bronze knocker.

"food's here."

 

Eva sighed, and dragged herself up, opening the door, she grabbed some money before looking at the delivery boy. That made her eyes go wide, her face pale, and her hand clench. It tooka while before she could even get enough air in her lungs to breath. "Larz?"

 

A small shushing noise passed the deliveryboy's lips his red lined eyes smiling.

"No no Evaline. Remember, I'm Larenzo. Larz is dead by that girl's hands."

Strolling into the room, the maniac threw the chop suey combo platters to the floor, splattering them everywhere before flopping down onto the comforter.

"So, miss me?"

 

Eva could only watch. "Of all the things you can't remember, it's my name." she finally murmured, pressing a button on the cell phone in herpocket. At least the director would hear what was going on. She muted his side, and slowly took a step toward Larenzo. "Not a day has gone by that you haven't been inside my head." she answered honestly.

 

Larenzo laughed in the chair, kicking his legs wildly as if he was told the best joke in the world.

"Oh Eva. I'd be truly flattered if you had dreampt about me, stud that I am. However, I know that's not the case. That weakling has been walking through your thoughts. Has he not?"

 

'Sure', walking back to his original corner, and sat back down in his corner. 'Just don't take too long, or else I'm getting out of here' he thought. He closed his eyes again, trying to think of things to distract him from the pain. It was enouph that he was even trusting someone to cause enouph stress to make it more painful for himself.

ooc: Oi, do you actually have any villains? If not then I could set up a bio or somethens

 

"I only watched him die, that's all." She replied, wrapping her arms in front of her chest to stop their shaking. "He may have been the one I cared about, but you're the one who took my gift from me." Now the gloves were off.

OOC: Larenzo is a villian, but I don't think there are any others, unless I missed something in the latest OC's.

"Your gift?" Larezo asked quizicolly. "What ever do you mean?" The intruder slowly got up from the soft velvet cushioning, staring into Eva's eyes.

"Gift, gift, what ever cold you mean? I'm not from that abc series deary. I'm something much more entertaining with a much wider scope.

Gently, Larenzo put his finger to Eva's cheek, sliding it down her jawline.

 

Eva shivered, shutting her eyes. "My ability to transform." Taking a step back, trying to compose herself, she gripped the wall next to her. "I want it back, Larenzo. And I want it now."

 

"I'm sorry" Larenzo grinned "But I can't do that. You see, I didn't steal a thing. The only thing I could have done is broken you and we both know you're too strong for that, right?"

 

Circling warily, feeling she had to move, Eva watched him. "Maybe you broke my gift. I want it back, Larenzo, and I want you out of my head. Both of you." Her hands clenched in agitation. "Why did you find us?"

 

Larenzo gave a soft shrug, closing his eyes as his lips receded to enhance his smile. "I simply came to do my job, deliver some chinese for some stuck up rich guys. It's not my fault that you enjoy a little eggroll."

 

He was seriously freaking her out. That was the first thought that came to mind. The second was, why wasn't Victor coming out? They were family, even if it was bad blood. And the third thought was that she should leave him, like now. "Well why don't you go make yourself comfortable, and I'll get you a tip." she smiled sweetly before turning to go into the bedrooms. She opened the door, keeping it only as wide as her body would fit.

Bio: Like most children with gifts, Drake was taken from his mother's hands and taken to the ORPHANAGE. At first he was just taken because of his strange eye color and did not know his gift but soon enough it was revealed when Drake went crazy and caused a lot of damage. He was locked up with the other manics and he stayed in his cell awaiting the time when he could escape. His time came when the king of Manics Larz set him free although unlike the other manics who were slaughtering everybody, Drake just took the opportunity and escaped from the place that held him
Personality: Drake has a split personality. At times he would be a pretty calm guy but other time he will become more brutal and sadistic

"It's...familiar, almost. Like I've smelled it before, or something like it."
She grinned slightly, one of her fangs showing. "You know, it's odd, you don't seem to be bothered at all by the fact that I can pick up scents like this. You're different than most people that I've met, Leon."

 

Leon returned his sight back out the window and remained silent for a moment, "Is that all your questions?", he asked as he folded his arms and lent back on his left foot slightly.
