    My thoughts exactly...

    Personally, I do come from the land of the people who drink tea and eat crumpets. (or so they say)
    While not everyone cares a big deal about the wedding, it is an important thing for others.
    People can think what they want personally, of course, that is anyone's right.
    But does this negativity have to keep on being shown?
    If people don't care about the wedding then fair enough, but there are people who do care too and well, I think there is such a thing as some people being too negative.
    Just my opinion though. :/

    The person did note future.
    And the Royals do still have the power to veto whatever the Prime Minister/Parliment does. They just haven't used the power in 300 or so years.

    There were bets on what colour of hat the Queen was going to wear. Some folk will be very happy she wore yellow(ish) outfit.

    I'm really much more interested in the political aspect of the marriage. Does anyone recall any reports on how this marriage will affect the nation even before James gains power? Or how Kate's family will be affected? What about foreign affairs?
