The Royal Wedding

I'm convinced they were playing a Star Wars tune as Kate and William were walking out the church.

Kate + William = Hansolo + Leia

 

I seriously don't know who exactly is watching this. Only the media says that many people are watching it. I have asked many people. I have heard many people. Noone will watch it. Or watched it.

 

Millions of Brits, I guess. It's been made a public holiday here so many towns and communities have set up parties for it. I read somewhere that as many as 2 billion people worldwide would be watching it, but I think that's a wee bit exaggerated. xD

I don't care for the Royal Family, but it's not often you see a Royal Wedding. I think Kate will be the only person in the Royal Family I think well of. xD

 

Women.
Lots and lots of women.

 

I watched the vows on the Youtube stream, but that was it. Am I the only one who feels a tad bit sorry for Kate? I mean, being a royal in this day and age is anything but fun.

Aye, I do a wee bit. She won't be able to the stuff she used to and she'll always be followed by the paparazzi. In a way she's lost her freedom. But she'll make a positive addition to the Royal Family.

...hopefully William won't follow Charles footsteps and mess up the marriage.

I think people just want a reason to party. A lot of bad crap is happening these days, we need to have some kind of party.

Personally, I don't really care about the wedding. In my eyes, this kind of thing is suppose to be a private matter; not one that's televised all over the world.

 

I heard 2 billions will watch it too... but of course they will, that's the only thing tv is showing today! Anyone who have his tv on will be forced to see it, nothing else is on! xD
And I bet they will get a divorce soon.

And not one that will cost millions, that the brittish will pay from the taxes.

 

I wouldn't be so "meh" about it if the news stations hadn't reported each day on the hats that they'd be wearing. Holy gosh darn, they annoyed the novelty right out of it.
