    I have seen this multiple times and it does qualify as creepy, but I think it was just one of those things in the KH series that the actors make a mistake.

    I personally think Vexen's laugh is creepier o.O But yes, the Replica's laugh is pretty strange too. I have the Japanese version of the game so I hear both of their laughs a lot. Lucky me...
