The Red War

Nox would normaly ask if she had a permit to fly or good reason but now seemed like good reson.
'Look out,' Nox shouted. The warning came to late as The flying witch was tackled out of the sky by a grey demon with wings. The two crashed through a window of an office building.

 

Cherry squealed as the thing tackled her out of the sky. She winced as glass pierced her skin but as soon as they landed she pushed it off her and shot it several times, killing it but using up the last of her bullets. She pulled herself up and limped to the window, her hand went to her bag, the book was still there unharmed. This thing was not going to stop her helping, nor was a few scraches, though her back was soaked in blood.

 

Ryo sighed as he lowered his sword a bit "look I don't want to hurt you so lets just go on with our lives" Ryo said. The demon laughed and charged straight at him. Ryo sighed "I guess words won't work. There is only one thing left to do" Ryo said and began to run away from the demon. HE started to run into town

 

Neisa muffled a scream in her hand as the girl was tackled out of the sky. Quickly composing herself, she noticed that the sudden occurrence had created a break in the circle of demons. She ran towards the girl that gotten tackled out of the sky.

 

Ryo continued to run away from the demon and managed to out run the demon "that was close but I think I got away" Ryo said but suddenly noticed the many demons destroying the city. "what the hell is going on here?" Ryo said noticing somebody in a magical shield

 

Neisa hit an invisable wall. It was Nox's protection circle it was still up. She was safe but couldn't leave.
Nox wasn't sure if the girl who had tried to help them was alive or not. He couldn't see if she was and the demon hadn't flow out of the building.

The demons that had Nox and Neisa surounded took notice of Ryo and attacked him.

 

Cherry sighed looking out from the building, she needed to get back in the air but she knew it would drain her more, now she was injured. She considered a healing spell, she knew she was good at but it would take too long. She would jus have to grin and bear it. She took a deep breath and muttered a few strange words. Soon enough she was back in the air, though her blood soaked back hurt. She floated out and was quickly above the action once more, this time looking out for flying demons. She needed a new weapon and fast.

 

"oh crap this is not good" Ryo said noticing that the demons were heading towards him. Ryo turned around and noticed the pig demon from earlier right in front of him. Ryo drew his sword again and blocked an attack from the pig demon's claws

 

Saint charged the demon, taking it by surprise with his quick speed, and grabbed it by the face, slamming it backward into the ground, only to recieve a quick punch to the gut. "GET OUT OF HERE!" he yelled, still not knowing what drove him to protect this person, as he attacked the demon, kneeing it right where it hurt, before going full out on a barage of punches to its face, before begin knocked off by its legs.

 

Neisa staggered back some, taken back from the impact. The demons seemed to have changed target, switching to a single fighter. Neisa ran back over to Nox. "Open the shield for a second." she whispered. If the barrier was gone, she could go check on the attacked girl.

 

Nox stood up and looked around their suroundings, 'alright but take this.'
Nox handed her a P-90, 'it's a sub mechine gun so it fires fast. fire in short burst and don't miss. Ready?'

 

Neisa took up the P-90 and set her current gun on the ground. She glanced around, then nodded. "I'm ready."

 

Ryo began to dodge and block the many attackf from the hoard of demons. "damn it if this keeps up Im going to get killed" Ryo said barely dodging a slash from a demon's claws. It managed to cut his cheek

 

Nox nodded and touched the egde of the circle. It dispaered and it's energy flowed back into Nox. He took off running tords the building fireing a few shots to keep the demons away.

 

Cherry flew down lower towards the where the circe had been, she wasn't sure why they got rid of it but she was going to find out. She was aware she was in desperate need of a weapon and carefully watched all the nearby demons, making she she was out of reach. She flew towards the girl quickly, wincing from her back.

 

Mizuki took a step away, getting ready to make a run for it. Everything was telling her to run, to just get out of there. That this guy could handle himself, he was a werewolf after all. But then a little something, she didn't know what, maybe it was her own werewolf instinct was telling her to stay and help, but she didn't know what to do to help this man. She had never fought in her life, she was kicked out of her own pack for being too weak. There was nothing she could do.

 

OC: midnight star you understand we ran off to save Cherry right

 

OOC: Yeah, but she'd alredy flew out over them and has flew down near Neisia.

BIC: Cherry suddenly dropped in the air, without meaning too. She landed okay, without being hurt further but she knew she was now in reach of the demons without a weapon, her injuries must have been worse than she thought. Still, she couldn't worry about that now. Her gaze dropped to the ground, searching for anything to defend herself with.

 

Saint recieved a fist to the face, and then found his head being helled against the ground, one hand wrapped around his throat, choking him.

"It's your time to die, boy." the demon said, a smug look on its face, as it raised its other hand, with what appeared to be two horns sticking out from where his knuckles should be. "Time to die." he said, a smug look on his face.

Saint gave no time for the demon to attack though, and quickly swung his arm upward towards the demon, sticking his fingers out which were slightly pointed due to the transformation, slashing the demons neck, and causing it to stumble back, shocked now that its throat had been slit.
He got up and tackled the demon down, now that he had his chance, and pinned it, quickly diving down with his mouth, and biting the demons neck, hard, keeping still until the demon stopped struggling.
He then released the clench he had with his kanine teeth, and stood up. he wiped his mouth of the blood, as he slowly started to transform back, not looking to check if the girl was still there thinking that she had escaped.

 

Neisa grabbed her smaller gun ground for backup and shoved it into her back pocket. She ran out towards where the girl was now standing, holding the sub-machine gun Nox had handed her. The girl seemed to be fine, but as she got closer, she noticed that the girl's back was drenched in blood.
