THe onlt people I can think of who are oblivious to the internet would be tribes that live in South America or Africa, ro maybe some people woh are cut off from more advanced techology like Mongolia or ssome parts of Russia. Welif their is a reason for it, it is probably because they can't access it and would be uselss to even talk aobut it. And yes they are different from us, people who know nothing about the internet, are more instinctive, more primal, I guess, in which they can survive without the need of advacned technology. And yes, the people without internet will most likely not have a wider perspective on the world, and are confined to their own little area, their minds would most likely be more short-sighted because that's how their enviroment shaped them.

Alright, I'll give an elaborative expansion to my last post. I know someone who is very intelligent and athletic, though they do seem to lack tact. Either way they have many friends and a very tight group that they deal with both online and offline. However, this person had no clue what the "It's over 9000!" statement was referring to or where it was from. This person also had never been to a blog or forum and never knew about the numerous things found online outside of google and wikipedia. How would the internet shape this person's personality as far as what it would show? Would it be different for their norm where they are accepted already?

Sorry if my words are confusing at times it's just my failure as a communicator, I hope this amendment is a little bit deeper an more easily dealt with.

    Where do you live(nation)? USA
    Where do you live(address)? Hi.
What do you believe(religion)? Beliefs aren't restricted to religion.
Politically, where do you stand? Whatever helps everyone, I'll be there.
How old are you? 17 and 1/2
    Are you in school? Summer.
If yes, what are you studying? Will be studying normal, every day subjects.
If no, then what are you doing in place of formal education? I consider all education formal. =/
Why did you join this site? I love KH, and my account on KHI wasn't working until last year. >_>
What is your best academic subject? Science, English.
Do you think you're a good person? What exactly is a "good person"?
Do you think you're a righteous person? Righteousness is for Phoenix Wright
Do you lie often? Hmmm no, only when it helps.
Is lying wrong? No. There's no such thing as 'wrong'. :D
Do you consider all possible repercussions to any one action or reaction? How can I not? lol
What do you consider proper punishment for killing another? Ones self? Any form of punishment isn't proper. =/
What's the thing you think is the most morally deviant action? Willing counter-productiveness.
What do you think is most morally adherent action? ...Hm... not sure. lol
How would you describe morality? It's subjective and arguing over it is as pointless as arguing over which flavor of juice you want.
What is good to you? No such thing.
What do you think evil is? No such thing.
Why is the world how it is now? Because every organism got it there.
Are people all good or bad? If not, which way are they inclined? No, people shouldn't be inclined to be anything. It's entirely subjective, so we should stop separating each other so foolishly.
Who is the worst leader in history? Hmm... not sure.
Why do we think? Because we're organisms?
Why do we exist? Because we just do. For a little while.
Is it more interesting to interact with others or analyze them? I love doing both.
Is thinking or seeing the thoughts of others more interesting? For me, it's probably thinking.
Can life be definitely defined? Nothing can be, so no, it can't. :D

Like 2. Because it's the internet. lul
    See #1.

    Absolutely.
    ..... -head explodes-

Yes, in this culture. Especially this one, because we so encapsulated in an age of appearance and decisions that no one knows how to function anymore with just a simple action or mixture of words, like this post. @_@ Both you and myself. xD

I think any form of anything that involves communication and development can be a restrictor, because we always need something to hold it back from being over flown with true prosperity.

I think most people are honest about things that involve the way things work, but about personal information, most likely not.

Oh, forgive me, I understnad now, you meant how people's personalities would be shaped if one who had access to the internet, but didn't know about community type areas like this website, compared to another personwho does explore the internet and joined one or many forums and/or blogs.

Hmm, well it is a good question, because everyone here was once a person who didn't go on forums. Though I bet not that many people can remember. As far as I remember I was an isolated teen with no real social skills or positive personality, I was never optomistic about ever finding friends or anyone who cared for me, I never felt suicidal because I didn't know it existed when you were a teen, strange I know. As to where I would have gone in my life if I never found this website then I do not know, nor do I know how others would react to a closed enviroment such as the town or city they live in.
I've asked myself alot of times, how would the popular guys at school do on internet sites like this? Would they be popular like in real life, or be an annoying little upstart that never made friends?
I don't think it's an easy question to answer, nor do I really think you could ever find a solid answer. It depends really woh you socialise with, who calls you a friend, who calls you an enemy, forums like this are vitual equivalents of the real world but with more and less freedom in certain areas. We'd never be truly able to tell who could cope and who couldn't, only time could tell that.

I live in the United States. Nevada, answering your second question.

Honestly, I don't believe in anything. I'm confused at the moment, which leaves me as "agnostic", at the moment.

    Nowhere. I hate politics.

I am currently fourteen years old.

Yes, I am in school. Freshman at Shadow Ridge High School.

Well, I'm not in college yet, but I hope to take a career in photography.

I joined this site because of old memories. Plus, when I did join before, I joined because I saw the people on the forums and thought they were kickass.

Currently, my best academic subject would have to be English.

I do think I'm a good person, however, I don't think too proudly of myself at the same time.

When it comes to the right topic and situation, I consdier myself "brave" or "courageous". But there isn't any difference.

    When I have to.

    Depends.

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand the question. If you are asking if all actions, instead of the word "repurcussions", well then, I think they are directed by multiple reasons.

I personally think that punishment is a bright idea, however, nothing too serious.

I find shooting a friend, or possibly backstabbing them, would be one.

    Haha, that's a hard one.

I describe morality as doing the right thing, no matter what. I describe it as being rational enough to do what you want, however, think it through before doing it, and then doing it correctly.

    Look above.

    Backstabbing.

Because we have these small, bothersome dots on the Earth called "******s".

Of course they are. Sure, they may be nice, but people always have a bad side, truthfully.

Probably Adolf Hitler. Pointlessly killing Jews without a reasonable jurisdiction as to why, that's just both distrubing and agitatingly ******ed.

We think because sometimes, we have the rationality to think before syaing something or pulling off an objective that might physically, mentally, psychologically, etc. traumatize us.

We exist to reproduce and have the times of our lives before we are "reincarnated and given another chance.

I find it both interesting. I mean, sure interacting is always fun, but analyzing them and learning more about them really starts to hook you on the rail and shake you like a fish in anticipation for what's going to happen next.

    Pretty much both.

No, not really. Because there are billions of other definitions of what people consider as "life".

    Don't understand the question.

None, actually made me have to lie. I speak from the bottom of my heart, whether or not it be silly, smart, or just plain irrelevant.

People always spread different information as in real life. Reason why, is that maybe people think that life over the Internet is more trustworthy, and that people might be the same as you. And will understand.

It depends on the society, and the format of your "idea". But anyways, it could be differential.

Indeed, they are. The Internet has these really freakin' gay rules to some websites, where we must withhold some of our thoughts, actions, stories, and et cetera, to the virtual public.

They are more honest on the Internet, or maybe not. Personalities differentiate through personal experiences through real life. So, honesty could be abundant, or minimal, depending on the person and their background.

Both no, and yes. Reason why is that people can relate and make friends, but no, because they might go too far to a point where it could get hazardous.

    Where do you live(nation)?
    USA
    Where do you live(address)?
507 manor way, Granite Falls Washington, 98208. Pop by for a visit sometimes.
    What do you believe(religion)?
    I am open to possibilities.
    Politically, where do you stand?
    Democrat. with some exceptions.
    How old are you?
    12.
    Are you in school?
    yes.
If yes, what are you studying?
Just basic schooling, mostly advanced classes.
Why did you join this site?
I was into Kingdom Hearts and thought it'd be fun to make some friends into the same game as me.
What is your best academic subject?
    Language Arts and reading.
Do you think you're a good person?
    Yes.
Do you think you're a righteous person?
    Yes.
    Do you lie often?
I lie, yes, but not often.
    Is lying wrong?
Only when it's a lie that coud potentialy hurt someone else.
Do you consider all possible repercussions to any one action or reaction?
    Not often.
What do you consider proper punishment for the attempt to kill another? Ones self?
Anyone who murders with vile intent should be killed themselves or put in prison for life. Suicide... I think the dignity someone loses with such an attempt is punishment enough.
What's the thing you think is the most morally deviant action?
Nothing can be "Morally deviant", really.
What do you think is most morally adherent action?
This on the other hand, depends on sheer opinion, which I dont have.
    How would you describe morality?
    Justice.
    What is good to you?
    Justice.
What do you think evil is?
Jealousy. Hate. Greed. Lust. Immoraity. Sin. Crime.
Why is the world how it is now?
There are too many rotten people in the world. Humans have the right to pursue happiness and be happy-- but because of a certain handful of people, this right is easily cut short. It's not an accident, it's because of all the despicable people alive in this world, this fact is inevitable. The world has sunk to rock bottom. We're as low as we could be. If you look closely, even thought there are people trying to become happy, ceritfying whether they're with or without harm... or if their life has vaue or not... evil can only produce more evil. The nasty people causing these evil deeds to occur. If this spreads throughout the world, the weak people will learn from them and become just as rotten, and someday change their perspective to believe it's okay. Evil people, they are the ones who make our world like this. Isn't death the sole remedy for evil which has no salvation to begin with? Yet people rot, and evil does not die. The right to have happiness... we all equally posess it. It can't be gained by attacking, defaming, or much less killing others. To not hinder each others happiness; to give each other the rights and respect they deserve. To strive for each others happiness -- living with these thoughts in mind can make the world a much better place. When the world changes, so do people and vice versa. They grow more capable of kindness. Those who do not renounce their evil ways regardless are not fit to live as humans. As the most gifted beings on this planet, we should be ahead of everything and moving forward, but we're going the opposite direction. A rotten world. Politics, justice, education... What makes this world RIGHT, I ask you?
Are people all good or bad? If not, which way are they inclined?
As mentioned above, your either on the side of evil or justice.
Who is the worst leader in history?
Hitler, Saddam... actualy, there aren't too many bad leaders.
    Why do we think?
Because we need to to move forward. If we do not understand the unknown, we can only find out.
    Why do we exist?
I don't think this question can be answered.
Is it more interesting to interact with others or analyze them?
Nothing much to analyze unless you interact with them, eh?
Is thinking or seeing the thoughts of others more interesting?
While sharing thoughts with another is a good way to find out bout them, no one is completely honest. This survey of a sort, alone. I bet lots of people lied on this. Who are we to say they didn't?
    Can life be definitely defined?
No. Or, if it could the definition would be much too long.

Now tell me how many of those were made you consider lying? Why?
How many caused you to lie when answering? Why?

I didn't lie on a single one. Society is overrated. While I do agree that people are different online, it doesnt bother me. The majority of them I rarely ever meet irl. The only problem with people being so open on the net are the idiots who go and get raped. The media tries to put them forth as innocent people who were simply vioated, but in truth, that's a load of bull. My adress is right there. What's anyone on a Kingdom Hearts fan forum gonna do about it?

Simply put; I don't care. The internet is a second home to many. I have a social life, but that doesnt mean I'm too far up my own ass to have friends online as well, friends who, even though I don't really know, I talk on the phone with and chat with everyday. Maybe if the media actually browsed the better parts of the internet, they'd see. The internet is no different form reality. You can go into the dark alley and be assaulted and raped, or you can hang out at the mall with some friendly people. Just cause you don't know them doesnt mean they're any different. How many of your friends are keeping secrets from you in real life? Inside, we're all hiding something, no matter how much we deny it.

I thought about answering all of your questions, but I decided against it because to me, it just seems like you're trying to make your point. I can understand why some people would lie; some people don't feel comfortable sharing information on the internet. Then there are others who open and could care less sharing their information.

As for the whole different persona they put out when they're on the Internet, I don't think everyone is completely different. Some people may act differently just to get attention or to be liked by "popular" people on the Internet.

I think people may be more comfortable telling their ideas to an unknown community because they think that they'll get a more honest answer from an unknown person. There wouldn't be much bias if you didn't know the person and were just critizing work or ideas.

I think people are as honest as much as they feel the need to. It depends on the person. If they don't like sharing things, they may lie. People who really don't care will probably be honest. Or could lie. It really depends on the person.

I don't think this could cause a problem with communication. If the two people talk a lot, then they'll probably be themselves and less prone to lie. Which seems like something some people do in real life.
