Okay, this is what I've got so far.

A figure walks uneasily through a dark forest, his face is partly covered with cloth, his cloak billowing in the wind. After a few steps he collapses from fatigue, a metal necklace falls out from underneath the layers of clothing with the name, 'Cloaked-Schemer', on it.

Well, don't forget I'm 'converting' that story into a manga!

It's really about a person (Male aged 14) trying to find out who he is with his only clue being his name. He gets chased by a mysterious military organization and meets lots of people on his journey. I'm going to try to make it a bit comical but there will be some fighting involved and most likely some drama.
