That should be alright, and I'm not really surprised that you'd go for the normal type.

I'm sure it'll be tricky, especially since I won't be able to use any of the past gen Pokemon D:

Also, can we breed Pokemon with types other than our chosen ones to get Egg moves?

I figure that Poochyena won't be able to learn any of the HM moves I'll need, so I want to switch to Aron as my HM slave for those moves. I already caught it a while back and it's been able to learn Cut (weird, right) and Rock Smash.

I at least wanted to get the gym badge with Tate and Liza since I was already in Mossdeep. and I finished my roster and started grinding up my new recruits, Spheal and Chinchou which are now evolved into Sealeo and Lanturn
