    Rule 8, basically, you can only use the trade system to evolve a pokemon.
    For example: You want Graveller to become Golem.
    You trade the pokemon, then trade back. It's probably better suited locally or with a friend you know.

    That doesn't exactly work with an Emulator, though...At least not to my knowledge.

    I think I've heard of trading instances with Gameboy emulators, but not DS emulators. If you or anybody else knows of a way to do this with no$gba (It's a DS emulator), then that would be just fantasticalicious.

    Trading is a bit touchy, especially for those using GBA games. But I still allow it, so long as its traded back to you.
    I myself am using the original cartridge, So try to pick a type/game cartridge you know you can work with.

    Small little update; leaving Pallet Town (Very slowly without my running Shoes >.>)

    Updated both.
    I also found my Diamond Cartridge buried deep in my closet...
    I'll stick with grass, but its come to my attention that there are only 4 plausible pokemon with grass in fireRed, while Platinum has more than 6...
    I hate conflict >_<

    Tempted to buy a copy of Pokémon Black and join in with this under the Ghost type. I already have White, but I've only recently restarted that anyway.
    I would wait for the inevitable Pokémon Gray, but who knows when that will be here.

    In my experience the Ghost type isn't very popular.
    Of course, knowing my luck, somebody would take it now that I've said that.
    Yes, please, reserve it for me. I'll buy Black tomorrow. (It's 5am here right now)

    There are 4 Ghost Pokemon Evolutions in Black/White.
    Since Fire Red only had 4 grass, I ended up switching over to platinum.

    If you can work with it, kudos to you, just giving you a heads up. You get 1 Helper and 1 HM Slave to make it easier

    Do you consider Gyarados a dragon type? I know in the newer games (including Crystal, which I am currently using), it is Water/Flying. However, it was originally considered Dragon. [The issue I am facing is that there are merely two dragon Pokemon in Crystal. Regardless of response, I won't change game nor type.]

    Since its still pretty early (As in before you get your 1st gym badge) you can change games if you want.
    I think Hoenn has 7 dragon types.

    Also, sorry, but since Gyarados is a Water/Flying, it doesn't count,
