If Pinnochio was to say "My nose is about to grow." What would happen?

Examining the fact that "When Pinocchio lies, his nose will grow," possibilities are narrowed down.
Possibilities follow the statement "My nose is about to grow."

    1) Pinocchio lies and his nose stays the same. (This can't be due to his nose growing when he lies)
    2) Pinocchio tells the truth and his nose stays the same. (This can't be because if it were true, his nose should grow)
    3) Pinocchio lies and his nose grows. (This can't be because if it was a lie, that means his nose should not grow)
    4) Pinocchio tells the truth and his nose grows. (However unlikely, it is possible)

It's in the Spam Zone now, so I guess we should just make more pointless arguments...? Lol, I dunno.
