People of the court. I say to you that there are many reasons that Square Enix should make a Final Fantasy VII remake for the PS3. They'd make more money off of it and many fanboys will be happy with the high def graphics. And there will be many possibilities opened for the game when it's on the PS3 rather then the past systems of sony.

There is no reason why Square Enix should remake Final Fantasy VII for the PS3. The game was great on the Playstation. A remake would most likely ruin the game most of us love.

 

Hmmmmm... yes the nostalgia factor does play an important factor here, among other things. Ok, Prosecution, show me your first piece of evidence or call a witness.

 

Well, then, it's true that there has been many spin-offs to FF VII such as Dierge of Cerberus, Crisis Core etc. Most of them have been successful, so why not make a remake? Final Fantasy 7 is hard to find as it is; they might as well make one for the PS3 just like they did for other games such as Kingdom Hearts. They made Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts RE: Chain of Memories, and Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix and they were all successful in Japan and some people even imported it in the United States. So, think about the profit they'd make and how excited the fans would be if they released it for the PS3 in the US and in Japan.
