Larxene smiled at Xaldin's comment and said, "Thats what I expect from a freak."

 

Xaldin ignored the insult and kept his focus on keeping his arm from stiffening. Focusing through the pain from the cuts, he asked, "And being a sadist is different from being a freak?"

 

Larxene looked at Xaldin and said, "Yes."

 

Giving a somewhat feral grin, Xaldin asked, "Mind explaining how? In terms that can't be argued with?"

 

Larxene smiled and said, "Sure. Sadism is the social pleasure or gratification in the infliction of pain and suffering upon another person. The word is derived from the name of the Marquis de Sade, a prolific French philosopher-writer of sadistic novels, plays, and a unique philosophical discourse that championed the infliction and reception of extreme pain as an art form that to him was both sublime and beautiful. The words are now commonly used to describe personality traits in an emotional, rather than sexual sense. Although it is quite different from the original meaning, this usage is not entirely inaccurate. There is quite frequently a strong emotional aspect, taking the form of a need for domination or submission—the desire to control another, or to be controlled, as opposed to a simple desire for pain."

 

Frowning, Xaldin began to look for the last of the shards he'd worked from his arm. Picking one up, he muttered, "And care to explain why you've decided to call me a freak? I'm a manipulator, Larxene. There's more to being a so-called 'freak' than my tendency to twist other's perceptions."

 

Larxene rolled her eyes and said, "I called you a freak because your face looks like it has been hit by a grill of a truck."

 

Idly launching the shard in Larxene's direction, Xaldin returned, "And you're a cockroach."

 

The shard of glass trow at Larxene fell to the ground in mid flight. Larxene was looking at Xaldin with her face boiling with rage and she yelled with great rage, "What did you f***ing say?!!!!!"

 

Again, Xaldin smirked. Picking up another shard of glass, he leveled his somewhat cocky gaze on the Nymph. "I called you a cockroach," he repeated.

 

Where am I?

 

Larxene pulled out her kunai and yelled, "I'm going to f***ing kill you!!!!!"

 

'My poor head,' Lexaeus complained to himself and then yelled in the van so he could be heard, "Does anyone have some asprin?" and pinched the bridge of his nose again.

 

Where the heck is this going? Didn't the Organization die?

Oh crap. Now he was screwed. The only thing he could do in the van was pull a gust of wind in from outside and that wouldn't help much if Larxene decided to pelt him with all of her kunai. Still, Xaldin didn't back down. Instead, he held up what pieces of the window he had left and growled, "Just try to."

 

Larxene trew her kunai at Xaldin.

 

Xaldin quickly pulled a gust of wind in to somewhat block the knives and launched the window fragments at Larxene. Since not all of the kunai fell, he brought up his already injured arm to shield himself from the rest.

 

Larxene trew her other pair of kunai at Xaldin and getting rid of the air born window fragments.
