I hope this is in the right area...

    *ahem*

What makes the Nobody as it is after its heart is taken, and its Human self is casted aside?

As Explained, The Nobody is the discarded soul and flesh after the Heart leaves the Human Body and dies. How does the Nobody form? Where does it do so? If it doesnt exist, how does it not exist in what way? How does it claim its power? Supposedly the heart is the spirit, The very thing that makes us...Well us, Is what both the Nobody seeks to be whole again, while the mindless and lack of the ability to think Heartless, Only seeks it cause it must.

Does a Nobody retain its Organs after going under extreme transformation? What is even the thought of living as long as humans do [Except for being a threat (maybe)] without Emotion? Or the Heart?

The Mystery of the Nobody is like the Heartless, yet they share no relation.

Not sure this belongs in Intelligent Discussion but it is an interesting question requiring a lot of thought. I tend to think more that a Heartless consumes the Heart and the Body is eaten by Darkness.

However, the soul and mind of the person who has a strong enough will goes on to a place between destruction and creation (dark and light) and the memory and will is strong enough for a higher Nobody to make a body based on Darkness and the element they link with. There was really no proof that the Nobodies bleed even but instead their bodies dissipate as Darkness rises from them. Also, being defeated seemed to bring them down in desperation and so their wills were broken, thus ending them. I also don't think, due to this, that Nobodies age, since they made their bodies from the memories they had, and those bodies also are close to what they were before, but not exactly. I don't really think any of them had the powers of the elements either prior to becoming Nobodies, such as Axel probably was not a fire god, Vexen had no ice generation, etc, since no people in KH at all other than them were that elemental in nature. The elements matched the way they reacted to things.

So in the end, I don't think they retain organs and such things as blood and are kind of frozen, since they reform the bodies. I don't think that 'flesh' would make the journey onwards and so it is just consumed by Darkness after the Heart is taken. That's my take on it, though I know there are other views. To me it doesn't make much sense that a material thing such as the body would just dissapear and then reappear elsewhere, but the soul and mind would. Also, I have this theory because the higher Nobodies have their bodies in likeness of before they died, but the lesser Nobodies do not. The reason why the higher Nobodies are different as was explained by Yen Sid, is because prior to dying they had very strong hearts, aka wills. The lesser ones, obviously did not, and varied in that former strength of heart that would be carried on with the soul and mind. So they were 'sentient' in a way, but also kind of needing direction from the higher ones.

One other thing to mention that gives me the idea is that Namine was made and she literally had no body because Riku had found her and taken care of her. Her body was never destroyed. She was considered lesser of a Nobody in a sense, but she formed obviously with a powerful Heart, being from Kairi, who is a Princess of Heart, and a strong soul.

So to me, the name Nobody wasn't so misleading of a name as some people think it is.

*stares at Repliku, then gazes into the sky. Twitching ear* I see. Those are very good answers. I thank you for the answers, it raises some questions and leaves a few ones unanswered. But that keeps my mind occupied. Anyone else? OR thats it?

Thanks Mr.Repliku for your share of hard earn thought in the theory and matter.

lol, not a problem. I think too much. As I said, there are others who disagree, but that's what in the end I came up with that made the most sense out of the Ansem reports and the actual game, with what I saw of the Nobodies, and of course Yen Sid's info. I'm sure others will answer. =:)

actually bro, a mod can move it, just ask one, or a mod can find this eventually, then decide...but i think this belongs here, cause it does involve serious thought into it, but thats my opinion...

yea, it's a little in between, too hard to tell the difference where it belongs. it's discussing philosphocial things anyway. i guess a Nobody is supposedly a person who has no heart but used to have one? i guess Kingdom Hearts is saying that a heart is more than what you see becuz they make it seem like Roxas and Axel both had hearts

This isn't really considered intelligent because nothing that is being discussed is in any way real. So...(-Moved-)

..Sheesh. I know its a game, but i was hoping both intellectual conversation, and something for thought. First it was interesting, then i guess no one cared... Oh well, so much for first impression *laughs* Well, The Body makes up as the Body, soul and spirit. Your spirit is who makes you really, all your wrong and rights in memory are kept here, where Things of light or dark [if you let darkness into you] events takes place in it. the soul perhaps is the spirit in one way but it houses the spirit. The body, is nothing more then the flesh that houses and allows our spirit to become mobile and walk to earth. Some tend to take the body too seriously. Perhaps studying his spirit, when its obvious his heart which his very spirit, led him to opening his heart, falling into darkness, and ending up dead in the end, Ansem heartless that is.

I wish to explain more, but i must be boring you *chuckles* or i might cause some trouble.

    Oh thank you Sir ^_^. Thanks for moving it, sorry i had it in the wrong area ^_^;

I like you Rux! You respect people by calling them mister or sir! You are not someone who normally treats someone with much respect! Your are a unique person!

    Now on subject:
A Nobody to me seems a creature that is driven by instinct, an instinct to have a heart, to feel the joy and happiness, without emotions you can't feel love or appreciate being loved. It will do anything to achieve its goal. That’s why Naminé called them, 'a good or bad group' to Roxas, they search for Kingdom Hearts to feel incredible emotions that they once felt but can't now they are Nobodies.
Now why they aren't suppose to exist but do is because of the Heartless, the Heartless were never suppose to exist but since Ansem and his apprentices were doing test about how the heart works, they found the darkness, this is the point the Heartless weren't suppose to exist, Ansem said that their would be no more official test on the heart because of King Mickey’s warning, but since Xehanort and the others didn't listen, the Heartless and Nobodies were born, neither suppose to exist, but do.
Now the creators of the Nobodies, (not in the game but in real life, like Nomura), thought about how the Heartless were created, by losing your heart, now they had to think of a new type of enemy, so they developed the Nobodies as a new enemy, now thinking up a way to make them fit in with the story they made up a classic Heart, Body and Soul, circle, to make the concept easier to understand. I don't think any cartoon type game would include organs in it. And they probably gain power of Nothingness straight after being born.
    Hope that helped!

True... If the rebelious to realize his nature- Nobody even wanted to fool himself into thinking hes still human, hes destined to return to darkness. a Animal with no soul. Hm.. I Dont Know He who looks like Ansem... erm, Mr. Peace-and War. The Nobodies can choose there plans, where Heartless go blindingly and rentlessly after a heart, even if they could notice the dangers, they sacrifice themselves, even through the realm of light, just to get a heart that even has so much as a little amount of Darkness in it, However, the Nobodies know better. So far the Orgnization. XIII Dont seem to get along well, there like two face cheating illiterates. ..erm, IF i spelt that right, after almost 3 years of no Education, your heart opens more, but you become a bit short in attention spand and knowledge of everyday history and easy to know wisedom.

Its true, Perhaps I know now How Nobodies exist, when, by Gods plan he doesnt allow this, The Heartless is what birthed them, after the Heartless themselves came out of the womb of this plot. Hope im not saying offensive. You see, I hope your all with me and i know some of you are. But your right, Ansem... Erm Xehanort, Tinkered with something he didnt know when it was easy to know what it was at the start, perhaps the heart he experimented with perhaps had sins of pass humans/beings who had them before during there life period, recorded in there Spirit [oR Heart], and Darkness, the very sin, took the chance and formed the innocent looking yet relentless and powerful beasts we all call the heartless. The Darkness with in our hearts.

If Ansems apprentice DIDNT continue the experiment, We would of lived life normally and poor yet Ultimately powerful worriar of light Sora, wouldnt have to go through this, Light would reign supreme, but Darkness would only be the sins in our hearts, we would die and our nobody would not live to see another day. But your right, This does form a Body, soul, and Spirit. ... Reminds me of something biblically, but knowing the rules here, i wont get into it.

And Thank you Mr.Peace-and-War. I maybe a 9 foot lycan with powers next to Alpha...but im a loyal and kind friend once you know me. But perhaps im getting off topic. So far i like the both of you as well, Mr.Peace-and-War, and Mr. Repliku.

*gazes into the sky watching the stars.*

Anyone else have theories? Perhaps ones that may suggest the humans who became the Nobodies you see now. and perhaps there part and jobs in studying the heart before Sin manifested into the Heartless?

Edit: Someone changed my title, guess theres one thing to do...

Well, here's one thing that gets me about the Nobodies, when their original person loses their heart becomes a heartless, do they lose their phisical heart, or a spiritual heart?. It can really make you think...

I think Nobodies appear in Worlds that are in between the realm of darkness and light like :Twilight Town and Castle Oblvion.

The Heart in Kingdom Hearts doesn't really refer to the physical one. It refers to the metaphorical essence or emotions of a person. Though to me, the Nobodies seemed to also really not have bodies that were the same either as normal people. I doubt they aged and also when they dissipated, they were just darkness that rose into the air. So could be also physical if you think about it.

  20. But if they don't age, think about it, even though Sora and Roxas weren't suppose to exist at the same time, if Roxas was never fated to go inside Sora, will he still be the same age as Sora grows older? How about living a normal life? What would Hayner, Pence, and Olette say if he didn't grow like they did?

Also, they have to have organs. How can you explain Roxas and Axel eating Sea Salt ice cream? Does it disappear in darkness since they don't have a stomach? And if I read right, after a attack from Saïx in the KHII Novels, Axel in his POV said something about his ribs hurting.
