The Night World.

he sat on the bed next to her it's ok don't worry about it, we all have bad memories we don't want to remember he said reassuringly

 

Jesse looked forward not meeting his gaze. Heh, yea I guess. She said with a pinch of laughter.

 

well its getting late and we should probably hit the sack he said as he layed down next to her. at first it felt strange sleeping in the same bed as her, but over the next few days he got used to it

 

The next day​

Jesse was already bright and awake the next morning. Hmm. . . She said to herself, looking down on Night World from the balcony. Its nice today. . . Then, for the first time in a while, she smiled.

 

As the next morning rose, so did Finley. She ruffled her messy hair, looking down to Randall sleeping at the foot of her queen bed. As to not disturb his sleeping form, she slipped out quietly and down the stairs. One foot after another, down the stairs, she knew the house's creaks in the wood so avoided them. Going to the kitchen, she prepared her morning brew. Her hair was a mess, she was in a robe, she was a sight for sore eyes. She thought about the man yesterday, how he talked about the "Night World" and how Randall was one of its denizens, wearing a fake form. "Maybe I should check him..." she muttered.

 

Alucard was sleeping in. as he awoke, he sat up and looked over to jesse awake already? your quite the early riser huh?

 

Jesse looked back at him. Oh, I guess. She looked back on Night World. Ah, the times me and my mother looked down on the city when I was a little girl. Jesse memorably thought to herself.

 

he walked over and stood next to her its a nice day. he said looking over at her and for the first time really noticed how beautiful she was.

 

Jesse shrugged. I guess so. Not that good of a day but, it alright. She said still looking forward.

 

alucard returned his gaze to the landscape and stared at it for a while then said so what do you want to do now?

 

Jesse smiled. I-Im sorry for how I was acting before. I-It wasnt right of me. She said in a sorrowful tone, looking down.

 

he rested his hand on her shoulder its alright, i shouldn't have said what i did he said trying to reassure her

 

Jesse looked up at him and smiled. Thats alright.

 

alucard smiled back down at her i'm glad that you've forgiven me

 

She smiled. Well, I cant stay mad at the guy im about to marry. This amused Jesse and she started laughing.

 

he laughed with her thats true then without thinking about it he bent over and kissed her on the cheek

 

Jesse was quite shocked, but instead she did something much more shocking. Jesse pulled Alucard closer to her and she put her arms around his neck and kissed him. Oh my gosh. Jesse really? Ack! She thought, but she didnt care, and muted the voice in her head.

 

he was rather suprised by this at first but he then wrapped his arms around her and was kissing her back

 

She laughed a bit and turned back to the landscape. Uhm, well. . .

 

Danny knocked lightly on Finely's door. He was rather tired of the commotion that was caused. "I truely hope we're welcome here....returning home wouldn't be wise...a wanted man in the human world and the Night World."

Izzie whined beside him and sniffed at the door, So tired....
