Nikki looked up at the azure sky. "Time goes by so slowly here." She muttered, shaking her head. She walked off towards the one tree in the desert she lived in. She sat under it, messing with the jacket that kept her neither warm or cold.

Joseph brought his katana back up and brought it back down.

Abbie blocked it again, the force pushing her blades down at her face. She cried out slightly, and her eyes became blurry, until she saw darkness. She gasped out, trying to blink. Every time she blinked she could see for a few second, before her eyes faded back.

 

Lyra shook her head..."I've already fed, but thanks anyway..." Lyra looked away from the girl, up at the stars..."I Wonder...Pfft.."

 

Jacob sat down and focused on the girl he was controllong makin her go uncoutios"that should make her forget" he said then he looked at his company"so whats your name"he asked her.

 

"Lyra, but please, call me Ly...And you?" Lyra asked, sitting down on the grass, staring at a Cave in the distance.

 

"Alright Ly my name is Jacob nice to meet you"he said to her with a smile

 

Lyra smiled..."Nice to meet you to. Also, you really shouldn't be walking around like that, using your powers in eye sight. The paladins will probably slay you..."

 

"realy ill just make them kill their selves o also i heard the night shift are recruiting have you heard anything about it" Jacob asked her.

 

"Maybe...I overheard a conversation about an hour ago that sounded relative...Hmm...Do you know where I can find them?" Lyra asked, turnig her head to look at him.

 

Jacob put a hand on his chin poundering"well all they humens i got information from told me they saw some vampires talking about something near here" he said to her

 

Lyra nodded..."I Want to join the group, but at the same time i'm uncertain. So therefore, I refuse to join myself unless i get invited in.."

 

"Watch it!" Max warned to the man who accidentally ran into her. "B-but.." the man started but his voice broke off. That made it official, Max definitely hated this city.

 

"well ill wait myself why be in a group if you dont have anybody to talk to" Jacob said with a smile

 

Marcus had been listening in on the two vampires, he wouldn't let them know of his presence and he wouldn't kill them, yet. These fools could lead me to the jackpot, then i'm sure to be rewarded. Marcus thought, he knew about the secrets of the vampires bloodline traits and he wanted to try it, but he would wait for his chance.

Kain continued to watch the fight, he was interested on how the Paladin fought with his sword but the girl seemed to struggle under the strength of it. These Paladins are stronger than normal, He thought coming to understand his original defeat.

 

Abbie held her block and blinked every so often. She finally got her sight back... She was struggling hard.
"Back... off!" she hissed, kicking him off. She jumped up and ran at him, swords in hand.

Joseph blocked her swords when she attacked, chuckling softly, until he felt his body lift into the air. he looked at her and gasped. She had telekinesis. Smart girl...

 

Kain saw Abbie's power at last. He smirked finding her suddenly useful. He now waited for her to finish with the Paladin or Kain would intervine.

 

Lyra stiffened..."Well, I'm going to go find someplace to sleep....Meet me here tomorow night..." She said, getting up quickly and making her way towards the cave she had been looking at.
