"Hmph, you think I'd let myself be channeled?" Kotone said. "My power is my mind. I am in control of it. And to trust him so simply would be naive and foolish."

 

" you're calling me naive and foolish?! you hardly know me! " Salix said, slightly annoyed, " i know that its risky trusting him but who knows! maybe he could help us? if not, i know how to kick him out alright?"

 

"Calm down," Kotone said. "I am not trying to aggravate you in any way. I'm merely stating the fact that trusting a complete stranger would not be prudent. And do you indeed know how to make him leave? Or will he keep bothering you?"

 

Salix took a deep breath and nodded, " i can block anything i wish. he hasn't bothered me ever since the outburst and he won't until i choose to let him"

Kotone stared at Salix for a moment, her cold eyes piercing through her. At last, she looked away and said, "Then continue to do as you please. Talk to him if you wish, but if he turns out to be...not who you thought he was, be sure to block him out. Now...let's stop number VII and number XIII before they do anything rash."

Kasha looked at the ground taking into considereation what Roxas said. Like a gaurdian..?

Arms still crossed, she watched Kasha walk to the other end of the room. Kotone and Salix seemed to be having a heated conversation. She found herself agitated. How could anyone expect to find an heir in five minutes? Nevertheless, Nycx did agree she believed there was an heir, and it proved to be enough for her. The argument seemed to be over.

She decided to at least pretend to join the search. She reached into the nearest drawer.

Jackpot.

Jackpot? She found a picture in the drawer. A familiar picture. The same exact picture she had seen in her father’s scrapbook. The one of just two boys alone. One sitting on top of what appeared to be a tree growing on it’s side, and another seeming to be smashing a coconut with a wooden sword. She continued through the drawer. She soon found a paper that read Riku across the top. It seemed to be an analysis on his whole life. She wondered if this was what they were looking for… She packed the entire drawer’s contents into her arms.

Walking over to Kasha, she reached into her pocket and pulled out another treat. She threw it out before her and invited Kasha to eat it (if she wanted to).

“You’ve got a good nose, I’m sure,†she said softly, “please, help me track down number one. You can protest of course, I’m nothing like Nycx.†She tried to say the words as sweetly as she could, but was completely serious nonetheless.

OOC: holy! page 14? are all the characters filled or is there still one left for me to double? :D

 

" right" Salix said as they continued to search for Nycx and Kasha.

Nycx continued reading the book, trying to ignore the voice in her head.

Nycx sighed with relief as the voice faded away. She could still sense the prescence, but it was smaller now. Not to mention, more sulky.

"Whatever," she said with a snort. "I must be going mad now."

 

"You hear that voice too?" Kasha asked Nycx, looking at her with one of her eyebrows raised.

"There's this guy Roxas, talking to me. Its like he's a gaurdian to me."

 

"Why should YOU care, Number XIII," Nycx snapped, glaring over the top of her book. "For all I know, YOU could be going mad, and I could be hearing dead spirits."

 

"I-I deal with enough of that..." Kasha said, and she closed her eyes tightly.

"They say they can't hurt you..But they can hurt you, as they please." She said looking at the ground.

You're not going insane..Don't worry. I was Number XIII before.

 

"Oh sure. Whatever," Nycx spat. She examined the lights above her head, and returned to reading. "Go and spout your soppy corny spirit crap elsewhere. Perhasp you should go and talk to Number V. Both of you seem insane enough to understand each other."

OOC: I don't mean to be mean. Nycx is like that.

 

"You don't have to be so stuck up and self revovled all the time!" Kasha said.

"You don't even understand the meaning of having a heart?! If you can't even forgive I don't see the point in having one!" She said, in her dog form and narrowered her eyes.

"I forgave you and yet-yet you can only continue holding a grudge!"

Well, its a way to solve this. I doubt she'll stop trying to annoy you.

Kasha went outside, she paced back and fourth.

That makes it wor- Kasha stopped looking up at the sky a huge breeze went through her fur and she could hear something, it was a thundering voice she nnever heard before. The sound swept downstairs to where Nycx and the others were.

"Who are you?!" Kasha yelled, having troubles understanding the voice, downstairs the sound was dulled and un-fluent. It sounded like someone breathing.

Ooc://I like you're icon xD And right now Kasha just ran off outside after arguing with Nycx. I forget what their fighting about. Something about having to go talk to Kry, I think..-Thoughtful- Anyway, Kasha is outside listening to Roxas inside her head at the same time she hears a strong voice up in the sky, after allmost getting blown back from a strong breeze, and it echoed downstairs but the voice sounded like someone breathing. xD what can I say?
