"jordan?"Lyra said"i doubt he even had friends...and if he does....its girls...and they're not just friends....but he calls them 'friends....'..."she said rolling her eyes"i hate it when girls fall all over him....i mean...your way cuter than him..."she said not noticing what she said

 

Casey looked at her with an odd expression. "Wh-what?"

 

"what? cos i just said that....well its true...."she said shrugging"see thats the thing with girls they can say someones cute as if they say it all the time...sometimes its a big deal....but im telling you the truth..."she said washing the dishes from that morning

"ew gross...ovbiously i dont...."Lyra said pulling a face..."you know he never says i look nice...or anything...like some brothers do....dad doesnt even say it....he just pulls a face with jordan..."she rolled her eyes

"Ly come move this stuff your dear grandfather left behind...."Lily called

"coming mum!"lyra said leaving the kitchen

 

Casey dropped his head onto his hands as soon as Lyra left the room. I hate this... I really hate this...

 

"Just stick alex and albus stuff in jordans room,hes gonna have to share while they're here....and when alex gets here....dont let him wind you up...."lily said

"Oh goodie...alex....is coming..."Lyra mutters dragging the case's

"James and kerain are coming too..."

"they anit cute no more!"lyra said

 

"Do you need any help?" Casey asked. "It's not like I've got anything else to do."

 

"can you get my grandparents and put them in the guest room?"Lyra said,as she dissappered round the corner

 

"Sure." Casey grinned taking their bags.

 

lyra kicked jordans door open,he was sitting playing his x-box"get off your lazy a** and help!"she said

"bite me!"Jordan said then shouting started,then there was a bang"OW! LYRA! LEMMME GO MMMMMMMMMUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMM SHES GOT MY HAIR AGAIN!!!!!!!"he shouted as lyra dragged him down stairs

she dragged him outside"HELP BY GETTING RID OF SOME OF THIS SNOW!"she said turning and going back inside

"Im going to get ready so i an get outta here..."she said going upstairs,coming back with a light blue zipper,jeanz and a dark blue top on,her hair back in a low pony tail"Mum...im going to hogsmead...be back soon...are you coming casey?"

 

"I guess." He said following her.

 

"bye mum...meet you there case"she said appaerating

 

"Bye..." He said quickley before disaaperating soon after her.

 

she looked around the little village.."not normaly this quiet..."she mutterd smiling

 

"Hey." Casey greeted as he appeared with a loud CRACK!

 

hey"she said"really quiet..."she said"its nice when its quiet..."

 

"Yeah, it makes a change from all the loud noises at home and at school." He smiled looking around at the snow covered buildings.
